Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of compound biofertilizers, in particular to a preparation method and application of a ferment fertilizer for improving the yield and quality of fruits and vegetables, wherein the ferment fertilizer comprises the following ingredients: 20-30 parts of composite straw powder such as edible fungus residues, waxy corn green stalks, tomatoes, watermelons, melon green stalks and the like; 10-15 parts of brown sugar; 1-2 parts of bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis and bacillus amyloliquefaciens and 2-4 parts of EM composite microbial inoculum; 6-8 parts of a fruit and vegetable stock solution; 5-7 parts of vinasse; 5-6 parts of rape oil meal; 3-5 parts of traditional Chinese medicine residues; 5-6 parts of cow dung; 4-6 parts of biomass charcoal; 3-5 parts of a multi-chain ethylene high polymer; 2-3 parts of wheat bran; 1-2 parts of alginic acid; a fertilizer synergist. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compound biofertilizers, in particular to a preparation method and application of a ferment fertilizer for improving the yield and quality of fruits and vegetables.
Background
The unreasonable use of industrial fertilizers not only causes huge resource waste, but also causes deterioration of natural ecology and environmental pollution. With the national demand for ecological agriculture and sustainable agriculture, and the rise of global green food production and consumption, the development of green and nontoxic biological fertilizers becomes a hot tide. Biological fertilizers refer to a class of biological products rich in effective active microorganisms, which exert their specific fertilizer effects by improving the growth environment, nutritional conditions, conversion of nutrients of crops through the activity of microorganisms and inhibiting the biological activity of harmful microorganisms. At present, microbial fertilizers are divided into two categories, one is that the supply of plant nutrient elements is increased through the life activity of microbes contained in the fertilizer, and the nutrient condition of plants is improved; the other is that the plant growth hormone produced by the contained microorganism is utilized to promote the absorption and utilization of nutrient elements by plants, or the pathogenic action of antagonistic pathogenic microorganisms is utilized to relieve the plant diseases and insect pests of crops so as to increase the yield of the crops. The patent application 'fermented ferment fertilizer and a preparation and use method thereof' (application number: 201510162424.2) is that vegetable garbage in facility agriculture and/or vegetable garbage in agricultural product trade markets are cut into pieces, vegetables, brown sugar and water are mixed according to a certain mass ratio, and the mixture is subjected to sealed fermentation for more than 3 months to obtain the fermented ferment fertilizer.
In the prior art, as no special bacterial liquid for fermentation is added in the fermentation process, the time for fermenting the materials is long, and the production performance of the produced ferment fertilizer needs to be further improved.

(1) taking waxy corn green stalks, edible fungus residues, tomatoes, watermelons and melon green stalks according to the mass ratio of 1:3:2:2:1, crushing the waxy corn green stalks, the edible fungus residues, the tomatoes, the watermelons and the melon green stalks into straw powder, and performing ultraviolet sterilization treatment for 30 min;
(2) treating cow dung with ozone for 10-20 min. Adding water and brown sugar into straw powder and wheat bran, mixing well, adding bacillus subtilis and bacillus amyloliquefaciens, sealing, and standing at 25-28 deg.C for 25-30 days to obtain A;

(4) adding biomass charcoal, multi-chain ethylene high polymer, alginic acid and a fertilizer synergist into the mixture A and B to form a mixture C;
(5) and drying, sieving, subpackaging and ultraviolet sterilizing the composition C to obtain the ferment fertilizer for improving the yield and the quality of the fruits and vegetables.
