Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于车内乘员保护系统的气袋的盖,尤其是在机动车仪表盘面向前排乘客座椅一侧安装的这种盖。该盖的特征在于盖板面向仪表盘(12)的一侧模制有至少一个板状凸耳(14),它从固定在仪表盘内侧的保持架(16)下穿过,而在其与盖板相对的那一端是加宽的,以防止该端从保持架下滑脱。
Description
本发明涉及一种车内乘员保护系统的气袋的盖,尤其是涉及到在机动车前排乘员座椅一侧之仪表盘上这种盖的连接。
用于乘员保护系统的气袋的盖通常通过一个织物带或分别由几个织物带以可以随意打开的方式连接到机动车的仪表盘上。因此该盖能够进行三维调整而其最终位置仅取决于仪表盘中打开的区域的几何形状。通过发泡成型或模压成型固定在盖上或盖中、或缝合在盖上的织物带仅在由于气袋涨起而使盖打开后起固定盖的作用。此时,织物带吸收冲开盖的动能。
带分离织物带的盖的制造成本较高。此外,织物带与盖的塑料材料的连接是不能避免安全方面的危险的。
本发明的目的是克服上述缺点。
因此,本发明提出一种用于车内乘员保护系统的气袋的盖,它具有一个设置在仪表盘上的盖板,其特征在于在盖板面向仪表盘的一侧模制出至少一个板状凸耳,它从安装在仪表盘内的一个保持架下伸过并在其与盖板相对的一端加宽,以防止该端从保持架中滑脱。
如果几个用来与保持架配合的树节状或肋条式保持元件按横向形成在板状凸耳的上侧则更好。按照这种方式,织物带在保持架下滑动所必须克服的摩擦力增大,因此为冲开盖,需消耗附加的动能。
现在参照附图详细说明本发明。
图1示出一个位于前排乘客座椅侧的盖的示意图。
图2是盖打开后的一个示意性的视图。
图3示意性地说明了盖的连接。
图1示出了一个位于机动车副驾驶员或前排乘客座位侧的用于乘员保护系统的气袋的盖的实施例,它有一个装配在仪表盘12上的盖。当置于仪表盘内的气袋充气涨开后,盖的盖板10被冲开。
图2示意性地显示出打开状态的用于乘员保护系统的气袋的盖。在这种安装状态下,在盖板10的面向仪表盘内的一侧模制有至少一个板状凸耳14,例如用注塑模成型,即盖板10或在其背侧布置的插入部分及板状凸耳14各自均由相同材料一次性注塑成型。该凸耳14从一个固定在仪表盘内的保持架下穿过,并且其远离盖板10的自由端被加宽。这样的端部构成一个止档18。止档18不能从保持架16中脱出。板状凸耳14的数量及止档18的形状可随意选择。
如图3所示,模制在盖板10上的板状凸耳14最好具有遍布并横穿其上的保持元件20。这些保持元件20最好为肋条和/或树节状形式(本实施例中未示出)。肋条或树节接靠着保持架16,因此由于摩擦力的增加,在带14从保持架16下滑动穿过前,需要更多的能量。在所示的实施例中,保持架16被安装在一个固定于仪表盘内的杆22上。止档18最好具有一个大致为圆形的截面。其直径大于杆22上边到保持架16下边之间的净宽度,由此使保持止档18不会从保持架16下面滑脱出来。
由本发明的盖可以以低成本制造并且提供高度可靠的功能,这是由于盖板10或相应的插入部分和凸耳14均使用相同的塑料材料,并且破裂的危险减少了。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于车内乘员保护系统的气袋的盖,包括一个设置在车辆仪表盘(12)上的盖板(10),其特征在于:在盖板面向仪表盘(12)的一侧模制有至少一个板状凸耳(14),它从固定在仪表盘内侧的保持架(16)下穿过,而在其与盖板相对的那一端是加宽的,以防止该端从保持架下滑脱。
2.如权利要求1所述的盖,其特征在于几个保持元件(20)布置并横穿过板状凸耳(14),所述元件适于接靠该保持架(16)。
3.如权利要求2所述的盖,其特征在于所述的保持元件(20)是肋条或树节状形式。
