本发明涉及厨具设备技术领域,可调式切菜机,包括底座和切刀,底座上有加工台面,所述加工台面上设有导菜板和导菜板转轴,导菜板的一侧边设有导菜板转轴套,导菜板转轴垂直于加工台面且设在加工台面靠近切刀处,导菜板和底座之间设有卡紧件,通过卡紧件固定在底座上的导菜板与切刀夹角最小角度小于等于90度且最大角度大于等于135度。本发明产品可调整导菜板与切刀的角度,切片面积增大效果明显,解决了小块肉类需要混合冷冻成袋才能加工以及根茎类食品切片大小形状固定的问题,具有结构简单,且能提高切菜工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及厨具设备技术领域,尤其涉及可调式切菜机。
背景技术
目前可调式切菜机仅能够对根茎类及冻肉进行固定截面切削,无法根据食品的形状和大小及加工需求进行加工,特别是羊肉类食材通常较薄,直接加工的切片面积往往较小,需要将多块肉放入冻物袋里冰冻合成一体,再进行垂直切面加工,影响切菜效率以及切菜质量。
发明内容
本发明目的是解决上述问题,设计一种简单快捷的可调式切菜机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:可调式切菜机,包括底座和切刀,底座上有加工台面,所述加工台面上设有导菜板和导菜板转轴,导菜板的一侧边设有导菜板转轴套,导菜板转轴垂直于加工台面且设在加工台面靠近切刀处,导菜板和底座之间设有卡紧件,通过卡紧件固定在底座上的导菜板与切刀夹角最小角度小于等于90度且最大角度大于等于135度。
进一步的,所述导菜板上设有夹菜板。
进一步的,所述卡紧件设在导菜板和导菜板转轴上方。
进一步的,所述导菜板转轴套与导菜板转轴固定相连,卡紧件设在加工台面的背面的导菜板转轴下方处。
进一步的,所述底座与导菜板转轴的下端部固定相连,导菜板转轴和导菜板转轴套内部最少设有一组限位齿。
进一步的,所述加工台面设有导菜板的导轨槽,导菜板通过卡紧件固定在导菜板的导轨槽上。
更进一步的,所述加工台面在靠近切刀处设有导菜板转轴导轨槽或设有数量大于等于2个且数量小于等于10个导菜板转轴连接孔。
更进一步的,所述底座在一侧边设有切刀转轴导轨槽或设有数量大于等于2个且数量小于等于10个的切刀转轴连接孔,切刀转轴导轨槽或切刀转轴连接孔直接设置在底座一侧边或通过设置在设有的连接轨上与底座一侧边相连。
更进一步的,所述切刀为直切刀或波浪切刀或网刀,底座在切刀一侧设有长条辅刀。
更进一步的,所述底座设有连接加工台面的导轨,切刀为圆形切刀,圆形切刀连有电机。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明的可调式切菜机通过调整导菜板与切刀的角度,实现改变食品加工切片的形状和大小,导菜板与切刀夹角大于135度后切片的面积远大于直切的切片面积,切片面积增大效果明显,解决了小块肉类需要混合冷冻成袋才能加工以及根茎类食品切片大小形状固定的问题,具有产品结构简单,且能提高切菜工作效率。

实施例1,如图1所示,可调式切菜机01的底座13一侧有切刀05,底座13的加工台面02上有导菜板11和导菜板转轴07,导菜板11一边有导菜板转轴套06,导菜板11由夹菜板架09连接夹菜板10。
导菜板转轴07设在靠近切刀05的加工台面一边12处,导菜板转轴07垂直于加工台面02,导菜板11通过导菜板转轴套06内导菜板转轴07连接在加工台面02上,导菜板11围绕导菜板转轴07转动,导菜板11与切刀05的角度发生变化,待加工的食品沿着导菜板11向切刀05移动予以切削加工,使待加工食物的切面形状和大小发生变化。夹菜板架09和夹菜板10为稳固待加工食物作用,便于待加工食品能连续切削加工。
卡紧件08在导菜板转轴07上方位置通过螺紧或卡紧使导菜板转轴套06与导菜板转轴07位置固定在底座13上,从而固定导菜板11和切刀05角度。卡紧件08为螺丝或卡扣件等零部件,也可以是限位结构件,能够把导菜板11固定在底座13上即可。导菜板11与切刀05夹角最小角度小于等于90度且最大角度大于等于135度,导菜板11与切刀05夹角为90度时,被加工食物切片面积最小,导菜板11与切刀05角度逐步增加,被加工的切片大小面积也逐步增加。
切刀05以切刀的转轴03为中心转动对加工食物切削加工。在加工台面一边12设有辅刀04,切刀05向下切割时,辅刀04与切刀05之间形成剪切,对骨棒类较硬食物可进行剪断加工,辅刀可为可拆卸结构,现有技术均可达到,不进一步予以阐述。本实施例加工台面02与底座13合为一体,加工台面02也可以作为单独部件设置在底座13上。不同类型切刀可实现切出不同形状的食品,如切刀05为直刀时可切出平面切片食品,切刀05为波浪形切刀或网刀,可以切出波浪状切片或条状食品。
实施例2,如图2所示,可调式切菜机17底座的加工台面19上设有导菜板26,导菜板26以导菜板转轴25为中心转动。本实施例有两种通过卡紧件固定导菜板26与切刀片20角度的结构:结构1,底座的加工台面19上设有圆弧形导轨槽18,导菜板26通过卡紧件27固定在圆弧形导轨槽18不同位置上,可以调整和固定导菜板26与切刀片20的夹角角度。结构2,导菜板转轴25下端固定在底座的加工台面19上,导菜板转轴套23和导菜板转轴25最少设有一组转轴限位齿予以调整和固定导菜板26与切刀片20的角度,如导菜板转轴25设有一组转轴限位齿24,转轴限位齿24为卡紧并限制导菜板26转动的卡紧件,导菜板转轴套23内也可以设置转轴限位齿。
切刀架28上有切刀片20、切刀挡板21及调节螺丝22, 通过调节螺丝22调节切刀片20和切刀挡板21距离可控制待加工食品的切片厚度。
实施例3,如图3所示,导菜板转轴34与导菜板转轴套35固定合成一体,如导菜板转轴34仅在与导菜板转轴套35下方固定相连时,导菜板转轴套35起到导菜板32的转轴作用。导菜板转轴34在加工台面背面38通过卡紧件36固定,卡紧件36控制导菜板转轴34来调节和固定导菜板32与切刀31角度。根据待加工食物硬度及大小,调整导菜板32与切刀转轴39的距离,可改变切刀31加工食物用力大小,本实施例有两种调节导菜板32与切刀转轴39的距离结构:一种结构,加工台面背面38设置不同的转轴孔,如图所示导菜板转轴34位置调整到转轴孔33位置,可改变导菜板32与切刀转轴39的距离,转轴孔的数量可设置为2个至10个。另一种结构,可调式切菜机30上有导菜板转轴的导轨槽37,导菜板转轴34在导菜板转轴的导轨槽37上移动后由卡紧件36固定,可改变导菜板32与切刀转轴39的距离。
实施例4,如图4所示,可调式切菜机44上有导菜板45,底座一侧边50设有切刀41,调整导菜板45与切刀转轴49的距离,能够改变切刀41切力大小,本实施例有两种调节导菜板45与切刀转轴49的距离结构:结构一,切刀转轴49在切刀转轴导轨槽47上可移动结构,切刀转轴49在切刀转轴导轨槽47上移动后,由切刀转轴紧固件48固定切刀41。结构二,切刀转轴49固定在不同的切刀转轴孔的结构,如调整切刀转轴49至切刀转轴孔51或切刀转轴孔46,切刀转轴紧固件48予以固定切刀转轴49,切刀转轴孔数量大于等于2个数量小于等于10个。
切刀转轴孔51或切刀转轴孔46以及切刀转轴导轨槽47可直接设置在底座一侧边50上,也可以设置在连接轨43上,连接轨43通过螺丝42固定在底座一侧边50上。连接轨43不仅能加固切刀41对可调式切菜机44的冲击,也可为辅刀。
实施例5,如图5所示,可调式切菜机62的加工台面64通过导轨65与底座66相连,加工台面64上有导菜板56,导菜板56边部有导菜板转轴套58,导菜板转轴套58内有导菜板转轴59,导菜板转轴59垂直于加工台面64并靠近切刀60,导菜板56围绕导菜板转轴59转动,调整导菜板56与切刀60之间的角度,再由卡紧件55固定导菜板56的转动位置,导菜板56在加工台面64上通过导轨65进行移动,实现对加工物品的切削。切刀60连有电机61,电机61转动实现电动切片代替人工切削食物。夹菜板57在夹菜板导轨槽63上移动协助导菜板56固定待加工物品。

1.可调式切菜机,包括底座和切刀,底座上有加工台面,其特征在于:所述加工台面上设有导菜板和导菜板转轴,导菜板的一侧边设有导菜板转轴套,导菜板转轴垂直于加工台面且设在加工台面靠近切刀处,导菜板和底座之间设有卡紧件,通过卡紧件固定在底座上的导菜板与切刀夹角最小角度小于等于90度且最大角度大于等于135度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调式切菜机,其特征在于:所述导菜板上设有夹菜板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调式切菜机,其特征在于:所述卡紧件设在导菜板和导菜板转轴上方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可调式切菜机,其特征在于:所述导菜板转轴套与导菜板转轴固定相连,卡紧件设在加工台面的背面的导菜板转轴下方处。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可调式切菜机,其特征在于:所述底座与导菜板转轴的下端部固定相连,导菜板转轴和导菜板转轴套内部最少设有一组限位齿。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可调式切菜机,其特征在于:所述加工台面设有导菜板的导轨槽,导菜板通过卡紧件固定在导菜板的导轨槽上。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的可调式切菜机,其特征在于:所述加工台面在靠近切刀处设有导菜板转轴导轨槽或设有数量大于等于2个且数量小于等于10个导菜板转轴连接孔。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的可调式切菜机,其特征在于:所述底座在一侧边设有切刀转轴导轨槽或设有数量大于等于2个且数量小于等于10个的切刀转轴连接孔,切刀转轴导轨槽或切刀转轴连接孔直接设置在底座一侧边或通过设置在设有的连接轨上与底座一侧边相连。
