Abstract
The invention discloses a morchella culture material formula and a cultivation method thereof, wherein the morchella culture material formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of wheat, 35-65 parts of sawdust, 1-6 parts of humus soil, 5-30 parts of field soil, 0.5-2 parts of lime, 1-10 parts of chaff and 1-5 parts of vermiculite, and the formula of the culture material has sufficient raw material sources, can greatly reduce the mu usage amount of morchella strains and shorten the time for generating spores and forming primordia in the growth process of the morchella.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of toadstool cultivation, and particularly relates to a toadstool culture material formula and a cultivation method thereof.
Background
Morchella esculenta, also known as bamboo eriosema hainanensis, belongs to the kingdom of Ascomycotina, class of Discomycetes, order of Discomycetales, family of Morchellacaceae, and is named by its pileus surface with many small pits, which looks like Morchella esculenta. The morchella is the most famous delicious edible fungus in ascomycetes, and has delicious taste, unique flavor and quite rich nutrition; the morchella is determined to contain 20% of crude protein, 26% of crude fat, 38.1% of carbohydrate and 19 amino acids, wherein 8 amino acids essential to human bodies account for 47.47% of the total weight. Therefore, the morchella esculenta is considered to be a 'good protein source' and is also known as a 'meat in vegetable morchella esculenta'. In addition, morchella was determined to contain at least 8 vitamins: vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, hickory nut, biotin, folic acid and the like, the nutrient components of the morchella can be equivalent to cow milk, meat and fish meal, the morchella also contains a large amount of mineral elements necessary for human bodies, the content of potassium and phosphorus in each hundred grams of dry samples is 7 times and 4 times of that of cordyceps sinensis, and the content of zinc is 4.3 times of shiitake mushrooms and 4 times of hericium erinaceus; the iron content is 31 times of that of mushroom and 12 times of that of hericium erinaceus, so that the mushroom is internationally called one of the health foods. Meanwhile, the morchella esculenta also has the effects of enhancing the immunity of the organism, resisting fatigue and virus, inhibiting tumors, whitening and the like, and has very important medical value.
With the great improvement of living standard of people, the demand of people for morchella is more and more, the demand of people for the use amount of morchella in daily life cannot be met only by the yield of wild morchella, and the artificial cultivation becomes necessary; in the prior art, the artificial field substrate-free cultivation can increase the yield of the morchella to a certain extent, but the artificial field substrate-free cultivation is greatly influenced by the environment, has low and unstable yield and low economic value, and is not suitable for commercial popularization and large-scale cultivation;
in recent years, research is carried out by experts on improving the yield of morchella by preparing a proper culture material and adopting a proper cultivation method and the like so as to realize large-scale commercial artificial cultivation of the morchella, however, the artificial cultivation technology in the prior art is still not mature enough, and the problems of large usage amount of strains, long growth period, low yield of the morchella and unstable yield in the cultivation process exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a morchella culture material formula and a cultivation method thereof, and solves the problems that in the prior art, the morchella artificial cultivation process is large in strain consumption, long in growth time and incapable of realizing high and stable yield.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a morchella culture material formula which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of wheat, 35-65 parts of sawdust, 1-6 parts of humus, 5-30 parts of field soil, 0.5-2 parts of lime, 1-10 parts of chaff and 1-5 parts of vermiculite.
Further preferably, the formula of the morchella culture material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 100 parts of wheat, 50 parts of sawdust, 3 parts of humus soil, 20 parts of field soil, 1-1.5 parts of lime, 5 parts of chaff and 5 parts of vermiculite.
Preferably, the wood chips comprise the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of coarse wood chips and 5-15 parts of fine wood chips, wherein the wood chips are broad-leaved tree wood chips.
Further preferably, the wood chips comprise the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of coarse wood chips and 10 parts of fine wood chips, wherein the wood chips are broad-leaved tree wood chips.
Preferably, the composition also comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-0.5 part of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.1-0.5 part of magnesium sulfate, 0.5-3 parts of light calcium carbonate, 10-30 parts of bran and 0.1-2 parts of cane sugar.
Further preferably, the composition also comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.2 part of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.1 part of magnesium sulfate, 1.5 parts of light calcium carbonate, 20 parts of bran, 0.5 part of cane sugar,
In a second aspect, the invention also provides a cultivation method of morchella esculenta, which comprises the following steps:
1) preparing culture material
Weighing the following raw materials according to the formula ratio: 80-120 parts of wheat, 35-65 parts of sawdust, 1-6 parts of humus soil, 5-30 parts of field soil, 0.5-2 parts of lime, 1-10 parts of chaff and 1-5 parts of vermiculite;
soaking the weighed wheat, the saw dust and the rice husk respectively with water until the wheat is not provided with white cores and does not break the husk,
fully and uniformly stirring the soaked wheat, wood chips and chaff with humus soil, field soil, lime and vermiculite, bagging or bottling, wherein the water content is 60-65%, and quickly cooling for later use after sterilization.
2) Cultivation of cultivars
Inoculating morchella strains into the compost prepared in the step 1), and then culturing for 12-25 days at the temperature of 12-15 ℃ to obtain a target morchella cultivated species;
3) seeding
