Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED汽车尾灯,其透气孔上外翻形成有自透气孔上缘朝下弯折延伸至透气孔下缘的挡片,挡片和灯罩外壳的外壁形成开口朝下的并与透气孔相通的防水口,空气可以更为快速地经由透气孔排出,且在挡片限制下雨水难以经由防水口自下而上地流向透气孔;灯罩外壳的内壁自中心区域下部朝上延伸具有覆盖透气孔的扰流壁,扰流壁与灯罩外壳的内壁之间形成供气流通过的间隙,且扰流壁上部与灯罩外壳的内壁之间形成第一排气口,空气经由灯罩内壳的散热微孔排出后会在扰流壁的阻挡下减缓排出速度以使空气充分携带LED灯板及LED灯珠产生的热量;透气孔的设置区域更合理宽阔,更有利于散热排气且能有效地避免雨水进入到灯体内。

Description

一种LED汽车尾灯
技术领域
本发明属于汽车配件技术领域,具体涉及一种LED汽车尾灯。
背景技术
为了提高LED汽车尾灯的散热效果,达到快速散热、延长LED汽车尾灯使用寿命的目的,现有的一种LED汽车尾灯如中国实用新型专利(公告号CN210197193)所公开的,其通过设置进风机构向汽车尾灯的灯腔室内通入空气,并将汽车尾灯的灯罩设置为具有腔体的双层结构,在灯罩的内罩壳上设置散热微孔,并在灯罩的外罩壳最底端设置若干透气微孔,空气经由散热微孔、透气微孔排出并将LED灯产生的热量通过空气流通携带排出,来达到快速散热效果。
然而这种考虑到为防止雨水经由灯罩的外罩壳的透气微孔进入灯体内,而将透气微孔局部设于灯罩的外罩壳最底端的方式,透气微孔的排气效果有限,在空气经由进风机构导入后,设置区域面较窄的透气微孔难以快速地使空气排出灯体,空气在灯腔室内与LED灯板及灯珠进行热交换时仍会大量滞留于灯腔室内而无法快速地即时排出,散热效果并没有达到理想中的快速散热效果;因此,有必要提出进一步改进方案。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种透气孔的设置区域更合理宽阔地利于散热排气、且能有效地避免雨水进入到灯体内的散热快速的LED汽车尾灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种LED汽车尾灯,包括安装于安装底座的灯罩内壳及安装于灯罩内壳外侧的灯罩外壳,灯罩内壳的内侧形成安装LED灯板及LED灯珠的灯腔,安装底座安装设有进风机构,进风机构具有设有干燥组件的进风导管及延伸至灯腔的出风导管,灯罩外壳和灯罩内壳之间形成有空腔,灯罩内壳分布设有散热微孔,灯罩外壳的中心区域分布设有透气孔,透气孔上外翻形成有自透气孔的上缘朝下弯折延伸至透气孔的下缘的挡片,挡片可以是一体注塑形成于透气孔或者熔接固定于透气孔,挡片和灯罩外壳的外壁形成开口朝下的并与透气孔相通的防水口,空气可以更为快速地经由透气孔排出,并且在挡片的限制下雨水难以经由防水口自下而上地流向透气孔,可以有效防止雨水进入灯体内;灯罩外壳的内壁自中心区域的下部朝上延伸具有覆盖透气孔的扰流壁,扰流壁与灯罩外壳的内壁之间形成供气流通过的间隙,且扰流壁的上部与灯罩外壳的内壁之间形成第一排气口,空气经由灯罩内壳的散热微孔排出后会在扰流壁的阻挡下减缓排出速度以使空气充分携带LED灯板及LED灯珠产生的热量,再经由第一排气口、透气孔排出,在不影响排气散热速度及效果的前提下通过设置扰流壁来在一定程度上减缓空气流动速度,达到充分携带热量的目的,同时扰流壁的设置还能对少量经由防水口、透气孔进入的潮湿空气进行阻挡,起到安全防护作用。
作为改进方案,灯罩外壳的内壁自中心区域的上部朝下延伸至扰流壁的下部形成有气流挡壁,气流挡壁位于扰流壁的内侧并与扰流壁之间形成供气流通过的间隙,且气流挡壁的下部与扰流壁之间形成第二排气口;气流挡壁可以进一步减缓空气流动速度,使空气在经由灯罩内壳的散热微孔排出后以迂回路径流向透气孔排出,提高空气携带热量能力。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明LED汽车尾灯,其透气孔的设置区域更合理宽阔,更有利于散热排气且能有效地避免雨水进入到灯体内,相对目前在灯罩的外罩壳最底端设置若干透气微孔、以较窄区域面的透气微孔排气散热方式,在散热排气速度上更为快速。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的描述,以便于更清楚地理解本发明要求保护的技术思想。
如图1-3所示的LED汽车尾灯,包括安装于安装底座1的灯罩内壳4及安装于灯罩内壳4外侧的灯罩外壳5,灯罩内壳4的内侧形成安装LED灯板2及LED灯珠3的灯腔6,安装底座1安装设有进风机构7,进风机构7具有设有干燥组件9的进风导管8及延伸至灯腔6的出风导管10,这种进风机构7属于现有技术,在此不对其具体构造及工作原理进行详细阐述。灯罩外壳5和灯罩内壳4之间形成有空腔41,灯罩内壳4分布设有散热微孔40,灯罩外壳5的中心区域50分布设有透气孔51,透气孔51上外翻形成有自透气孔51的上缘朝下弯折延伸至透气孔51的下缘的挡片52,挡片52可以是一体注塑形成于透气孔51或者熔接固定于透气孔51,这都是通过现有生产工艺能够实现的。挡片52和灯罩外壳5的外壁形成开口朝下的并与透气孔51相通的防水口53,空气可以更为快速地经由透气孔51排出,并且在挡片52的限制下雨水难以经由防水口53自下而上地流向透气孔51,可以有效防止雨水进入灯体内;灯罩外壳5的内壁自中心区域50的下部朝上延伸具有覆盖透气孔51的扰流壁54,扰流壁54可以采用熔接方式固定于灯罩外壳5的内壁,因为这种结构采用注塑方式在目前常规工艺水平还难以实现。扰流壁54与灯罩外壳5的内壁之间形成供气流通过的间隙,且扰流壁54的上部与灯罩外壳5的内壁之间形成第一排气口541,空气经由灯罩内壳4的散热微孔40排出后会在扰流壁54的阻挡下减缓排出速度以使空气充分携带LED灯板2及LED灯珠3产生的热量,再经由第一排气口541、透气孔51排出,在不影响排气散热速度及效果的前提下通过设置扰流壁54来在一定程度上减缓空气流动速度,达到充分携带热量的目的,同时扰流壁54的设置还能对少量经由防水口53、透气孔51进入的潮湿空气进行阻挡,起到安全防护作用。此外,在灯罩外壳5的内壁自中心区域50的上部朝下延伸至扰流壁54的下部形成有气流挡壁55,气流挡壁55也可以采用熔接方式固定于灯罩外壳5的内壁,气流挡壁55位于扰流壁54的内侧并与扰流壁54之间形成供气流通过的间隙,且气流挡壁55的下部与扰流壁54之间形成第二排气口551,气流挡壁55可以进一步减缓空气流动速度,使空气在经由灯罩内壳4的散热微孔40排出后以迂回路径流向透气孔51排出,提高空气携带热量能力。
在此需要解释说明的是,虽然扰流壁54和气流挡壁55的设置会减缓空气排出,但其作用在于延长空气与LED灯板2及LED灯珠3产生的热量接触时间、提高空气携带热量能力,在设置有第一排气口541、第二排气口551的情况下,并不会影响空气经由透气孔51向外排出的速度,相对在灯罩的外罩壳最底端设置若干透气微孔、以较窄区域面的透气微孔排气散热方式,携带热量的空气经由透气孔51向外排出的速度仍是明显远远快于现有透气孔设置方式的。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种LED汽车尾灯,包括安装于安装底座的灯罩内壳及安装于所述灯罩内壳外侧的灯罩外壳,所述灯罩内壳的内侧形成安装LED灯板及LED灯珠的灯腔,所述安装底座安装设有进风机构,所述进风机构具有设有干燥组件的进风导管及延伸至所述灯腔的出风导管,所述灯罩外壳和所述灯罩内壳之间形成有空腔,所述灯罩内壳分布设有散热微孔,其特征在于,所述灯罩外壳的中心区域分布设有透气孔,所述透气孔上外翻形成有自所述透气孔的上缘朝下弯折延伸至所述透气孔的下缘的挡片,所述挡片和所述灯罩外壳的外壁形成开口朝下的并与所述透气孔相通的防水口,所述灯罩外壳的内壁自所述中心区域的下部朝上延伸具有覆盖所述透气孔的扰流壁,所述扰流壁与所述灯罩外壳的内壁之间形成供气流通过的间隙,且所述扰流壁的上部与所述灯罩外壳的内壁之间形成第一排气口。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED汽车尾灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩外壳的内壁自所述中心区域的上部朝下延伸至所述扰流壁的下部形成有气流挡壁,所述气流挡壁位于所述扰流壁的内侧并与所述扰流壁之间形成供气流通过的间隙,且所述气流挡壁的下部与所述扰流壁之间形成第二排气口。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED汽车尾灯,其特征在于,所述扰流壁及所述气流挡壁分别熔接固定于所述灯罩外壳的内壁。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的LED汽车尾灯,其特征在于,所述挡片一体注塑形成于所述透气孔。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的LED汽车尾灯,其特征在于,所述挡片熔接固定于所述透气孔。
