A double-track shuttle production line is characterized in that a production line (2) of a product (1) comprises a tray (2-1), a rack (3) and a track shuttle (4), the product (1) is placed on the tray (2-1), the rack (3) comprises a cover plate device (5), a groove (6), a bearing track (3A) and a lateral track (3B), the cover plate device (5) comprises a left cover plate device (5-1), a right cover plate device (5-2) and a middle cover plate device (5-3), the groove (6) comprises a left groove (6-1) and a right groove (6-2), and the bearing track (3A) comprises a left bearing track (3A-1) and a right bearing track (3A-2); a left groove (6-1) is arranged between the left cover plate device (5-1) and the middle cover plate device (5-3), a right groove (6-2) is arranged between the middle cover plate device (5-3) and the right cover plate device (5-2), the left bearing track rail (3A-1) is positioned below the left groove (6-1), the right bearing track rail (3A-2) is positioned below the right groove (6-2), the track shuttle car (4) is composed of a left car (4A) and a right car (4B), and the left car (4A) and the right car (4B) respectively reciprocate on the left bearing track rail (3A-1) and the right bearing track rail (3A-2); the rail shuttle (4) comprises a vehicle body (4-1), traveling wheels (4-2), a traveling drive (4-3) and a jacking device (7), wherein the traveling wheels (4-2) and the jacking device (7) are installed on the vehicle body (4-1), the vehicle body (4-1) comprises slotted holes (4-1A) and outer guide rollers (4-1B), the outer guide rollers (4-1B) are installed on two sides of the vehicle body (4-1) and run on a lateral track (3B), a jacking rod (7-1) vertically lifts in the slotted holes (4-1A), the traveling wheels (4-2) run on a bearing track (3A), the jacking device (7) comprises a jacking rod (7-1), lifting power (7-2) and a bottom transverse strip (7-3), two ends of the bottom transverse strip (7-3) are hinged with the bottom of the jacking rod (7-1), the top of the lifting power (7-2) is installed on the vehicle body (4-1), the bottom of the lifting power is connected with the bottom cross bar (7-3), when the jacking device (7) jacks, the top of the jacking rod (7-1) running in the groove (6) is higher than the cover plate device (5), the rail shuttle vehicle (4) is lower than the groove (6) except the jacking rod (7-1), the lifting power (7-2) drives the bottom cross bar (7-3) to lift, and the tray (2-1) is supported by the top of the jacking rod (7-1) to be higher than the running of the groove (6).

The double-rail shuttle production line according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate device (5) comprises a fixed support (8), the fixed support (8) comprises a left support (8A) positioned on the left cover plate device (5-1), a right support (8A) positioned on the right cover plate device (5-2) and a middle support (8C) positioned on the middle cover plate device (5-3), namely the left support (8A), the right support (8A) and the middle support (8C) are respectively positioned on the left side of the left groove (6-1), the right side of the right groove (6-2) and between the left groove (6-1) and the right groove (6-2), and during production, the tray (2-1) is placed on the fixed support (8).

The production line of the double-track shuttle car according to claim 2, wherein the track shuttle car (4) comprises an RGV (red, green and blue) car (4R) and a chain car (4L), a walking drive (4-3) of the RGV car (4R) is installed on the car body (4-1), and a walking drive (4-3) of the chain car (4L) is installed on the frame (3).
4. A double track shuttle production line as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that said body (4-1) includes internal guide rollers (4-1C), the internal guide rollers (4-1C) being mounted in the slotted holes (4-1A), the lifting rod (7-1) running vertically in the internal guide rollers (4-1C).

A production line of a double-track shuttle as claimed in claim 3, wherein the traveling wheels (4-2) and the traveling drives (4-3) in the left vehicle (4A) of the track shuttle (4) are main traveling wheels and main traveling drives, respectively, and the traveling wheels (4-2) and the traveling drives (4-3) in the right vehicle (4B) are auxiliary traveling wheels and auxiliary traveling drives, respectively; when jacking device (7) in track shuttle (4) held in the palm tray (2-1) operation, right car (4B) has A, B, C three kinds of operation modes:
A. the auxiliary walking drive does not provide power, and the auxiliary walking wheels are dragged by the tray to run;
B. the auxiliary walking drive only provides small power, and the auxiliary walking wheels are driven to run along with the power;
C. the auxiliary walking drive provides power, and the auxiliary walking wheels and the main walking wheels run synchronously.

A double-track shuttle production line according to claim 5, characterised in that said intermediate deck means (5-3) comprise intermediate means (9) higher than the intermediate deck (5-3A), on actuation the pallet (2-1) rests on the intermediate means (9), the intermediate means (9) comprising swivelling means (9A) for swivelling the pallet (2-1) to a set angle by means of the swivelling means (9A).

A dual track shuttle production line according to claim 6, characterised in that said production line (2) comprises a longitudinal line (21) and a transverse line (22) perpendicular to the longitudinal line (21), the slot (6) comprises a longitudinal slot (61) in the longitudinal line (21) and a transverse slot (62) in the transverse line (22), the carriage rail (3A) comprises a longitudinal carriage rail (3A 1) in the longitudinal line (21) and a transverse carriage rail (3A 2) in the transverse line (22), the RGV carriage (4R) comprises a longitudinal carriage (41) in the longitudinal line (21) and a transverse carriage (42) in the transverse line (22), the transverse carriage (42) runs in the transverse carriage rail (3A 2), the cover device (5) comprises a longitudinal and transverse cover plate device (512) in the region where the longitudinal slot (61) overlaps the transverse slot (62), the transfer of the pallet (2-1) on the longitudinal carriage (41) and the transverse carriage (42) is achieved by means of the longitudinal and transverse cover plate device (512) I.e. to realize the transition of the pallet (2-1) between the longitudinal line (21) and the transverse line (22).

The production line of the double-track shuttle car as claimed in claim 7, wherein the track shuttle car (4) comprises a longitudinal and transverse car (4C), the longitudinal and transverse car (4C) comprises a longitudinal parent car (4C 1) and a transverse child car (4C 2), the lower part of the middle cover plate device (5-3) comprises an idle track (3C), the longitudinal parent car (4C 1) carries the transverse child car (4C 2) to run on the idle track (3C), the top end of the lifting rod (7-1) in the transverse child car (4C 2) is lower than the middle cover plate (5-3A), and the top end of the lifting rod (7-1) of the transverse child car (4C 2) supports the product (1) to run transversely when the transverse child car (4C 2) runs in the transverse bearing track (3A 2).
9. The production line of the double-track shuttle car according to claim 8, wherein the production line (2) comprises an elevator (2A) and a return line (2B), the elevator (2A) is positioned at two ends of the production line (2), the return line (2B) is positioned below the track shuttle car (4), and the empty pallet (2-1) is returned through the return line (2B) by the elevator (2A); the lifting power (7-2) comprises hydraulic lifting power (7-2A) and screw rod lifting power (7-2B), the lifter (2A) comprises a hydraulic shear type lifter (2A 1), and the return line (2B) comprises a chain conveyor (2B 1).
