The implementation principle of the kitchen waste comprehensive treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: when kitchen waste is required to be treated, the kitchen waste is firstly put into the material guide plate 17 from the material inlet 141, the kitchen waste falls on the material guide plate 17, the kitchen waste is extruded through the external heavy hammer, the water in the kitchen waste can flow out rapidly, the kitchen waste enters the fermentation chamber 14 along the material guide plate 17, the water in the kitchen waste can enter the water collecting bin 154 through the connecting pipe 173, and the occurrence of the condition that the kitchen waste is mixed with the water again is reduced; then, starting a motor 32 and an external breather pipe, wherein the motor 32 drives a first bevel gear 321 to rotate, the first bevel gear 321 drives a second bevel gear 163 to rotate, the second bevel gear 163 drives a stirring shaft 16 to rotate, stirring kitchen garbage, and the breather pipe ventilates the stirring shaft 16, so that kitchen garbage and air can be fully contacted, and a microbial supplement in the stirring shaft 16 can react with the kitchen garbage in a fermentation chamber 14; meanwhile, the motor 32 drives the third conical gear 322 to rotate, the third conical gear 322 drives the fourth conical gear 411 to rotate, the fourth conical gear 411 drives the threaded cylinder 41 to rotate, the threaded cylinder 41 drives the mounting plate 31 to vertically move, the mounting plate 31 drives the stirring shaft 16 to vertically move, and when more kitchen waste is contained in the equipment body 1, the stirring shaft 16 can fully contact with the kitchen waste, so that the kitchen waste can fully contact with air, and the fermentation rate of the kitchen waste is improved; the gas generated by the kitchen garbage enters the deodorizing chamber 13 through the vent hole 111 and is filtered and discharged outside through the deodorizing component 2; liquid in kitchen waste enters a water collection bin 154 through a filter screen 122; when the liquid in the water collecting bin 154 gradually increases, as the oil stain is positioned on the upper layer, the oil stain can flow into the oil collecting bin 153 through the liquid separating plate 18, so that oil and water can be separated, kitchen waste can be treated through one device, and the problem of high kitchen waste treatment cost is solved.
