Description

Traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating aural vertigo and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating aural vertigo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Deafness, tinnitus and vertigo are three common clinical symptoms of otology, and the incidence rate is high; and the traditional Chinese medicine composition is frequently accompanied and mutually influenced, and brings difficulties in life, study and work and psychopsychological trauma to patients. Vertigo is an illusion of movement or position caused by a disturbance in the spatial orientation of the body, and a patient feels a rotational movement of the head or the surrounding environment, or shows an unstable feeling or a disturbance in balance. Vertigo is one of the common clinical symptoms, and 0.5 to 1.0 percent of people suffer from vertigo. The incidence rates in men and women over 70 years old were 47% and 61%, respectively. Aural vertigo refers to sudden vertigo caused by the disorder of the ear orifices and dysfunction of the ears, accompanied by tinnitus, deafness and ear distress, which is usually caused by the invasion of pathogenic factors into the inner ear, or weakness of zang-fu organs, malnutrition of the inner ear, or phlegm, turbid water and dampness overflowing the inner ear. Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, and difficulty in opening and closing the eyes. Patients with this disorder usually have tinnitus as a precursor, followed by deafness and vertigo. Vertigo is usually rotational, even more severe with nausea, vomiting, pale complexion, cold sweating or blood pressure reduction, but clear consciousness and other symptoms are manifested suddenly, with attack time of minutes to hours and intermittent period of days to months or more.
Vertigo is considered as some basic syndromes in western medicine, and clinical departments related to vertigo comprise otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics and internal medicine. The main treatment methods include using promethazine and tranquilization rhizoma Zingiberis recens, using atropine and anisodamine to prevent emesis, and using mannitol to promote urination. The disease is treated, symptoms can be relieved, but the disease has repeated attacks, the attack time interval is not fixed, but the attack is carried out once and no more. The disease has high incidence rate, the existing Chinese and western medicines have no special curative effect, the treatment difficulty is high, the cost is high, and the problems are all urgently to be solved.

Examples of the experiments
87 patients with aural vertigo are selected as research objects and divided into a control group (28 cases) and an experimental group (59 cases) according to different treatment schemes, wherein the control group comprises 15 men and 13 women; the age is 22-49 years old. The experimental groups were 27 men and 32 women, aged 24-53 years. The experimental groups were randomly divided into 2 groups, 29 in experimental 1 group, and 30 in experimental 2 group.
Inclusion criteria were: the diagnosis standard of otolaryngological diseases of traditional Chinese medicine is met; the vertigo assessment scale is less than 80 points; the age is 22-59 years old; patients and family members voluntarily participated in the study.
Exclusion criteria: long course of disease and recurrent attacks; it can be used for treating hypertension, anemia, and other intracranial and otic organic diseases.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: the control group was treated with vertigo treating tablets (Guilin Sanjin pharmaceutical industry GmbH, national Standard Z45020605) which are administered after meal 3 times a day, 3 tablets per time. Experiments 1-2 groups of the Chinese medicinal preparation prepared in example 2 and comparative example 1, respectively, in the form of granules were treated. The medicine is orally taken after meals, 8g per time and 3 times per day.
And (3) clinical evaluation:
the reference Vestibular Symptom Index (VSI) of the control group and the experimental group comprises dizziness, nausea, headache, balance and visual effect, each item is 0-10 points, and the higher the score is, the heavier the symptom is prompted. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003740425430000121
In combination with table 1, it can be seen that the treatment effect is most prominent in the experiment 1 group before and after the treatment, while the treatment effects are lower in both the experiment 2 group and the control group than in the experiment 1 group. Compared with the experiment 1 group and the experiment 2 group, the experiment 2 group uses the traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared in the comparative example 1, and the difference from the experiment 3 is only that the nacre is replaced by the keel, but in terms of curative effect, the curative effect is obviously faster than that of the experiment 3, because the medicine proportion of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is reasonably considered by the inventor of the application, although the efficacy of the nacre and the keel is similar, the efficacy of the medicine of the experiment 3 is obviously outstanding due to the cooperation of the medicines. For both the experiment 1 group and the control group, the treatment effect of the experiment 1 group was superior to that of the control group in the post-treatment scores of items of dizziness, nausea, headache, balance and visual effect. This shows that the Chinese medicinal preparation prepared by the application has outstanding treatment effect on aural vertigo.
In conclusion, the inventor of the present application thinks that the pathogenesis is caused by various reasons, one of which is that the pathogenesis is caused by falling from a sudden onset, head trauma, blood overflow and extravasation, qi stagnation and blood stasis, or qi deficiency and blood stasis after a long period of disease, or phlegm and blood stasis, so brain collateral obstruction, earhole obstruction, qi and blood can not nourish and clear orifices, so vertigo is caused; the two livers are the organs of the wind-wood, internally catch fire, use yang for body yin, like to be in a state of being in water being in a state of being in the body, being in a state of being; the third is improper diet or overstrain/anxiety, which injures spleen and stomach, causing dysfunction of spleen in transportation, inability to transport and transform water-dampness, accumulation of dampness and generation of phlegm, phlegm turbidity blocking the middle energizer, clear yang failing to rise, turbid yin failing to descend, and dizziness due to obstruction of clear orifices. Based on the reasons, the inventor uses the rhizoma cyperi, the ligusticum wallichii, the ginger, the calamus and the beautiful sweetgum fruit to cooperate to play the roles of ventilating and activating channels, inducing resuscitation and dredging collaterals, facilitating qi and blood circulation, and nourishing and clearing orifices; the bupleurum, the uncaria and the nacre are matched for practical use, so as to sooth the liver, regulate qi, calm the liver, stop dizziness, lower the adverse flow of qi and stop vomiting; rhizoma Acori Calami, Atractylodis rhizoma and Alismatis rhizoma are used in combination for promoting digestion, regulating spleen and stomach, invigorating spleen, eliminating dampness, and eliminating phlegm with rhizoma Zingiberis recens and rhizoma Acori Calami. The medicinal materials have comprehensive effects of stopping dizziness and stopping reverse flow, and can be used for treating various vertigo diseases.
According to the application, the radix bupleuri, the rhizoma cyperi, the ligusticum wallichii and the uncaria rhynchophylla are extracted by using ethanol, other medicinal materials are extracted by using water, effective components in each medicinal material can be fully obtained, and the clear paste obtained by extraction is combined and dried, so that the obtained traditional Chinese medicine preparation is obvious in effect, and the raw materials are fully utilized. In addition, the raw materials in the application are all easily available, and the composition does not contain endangered or scarce medicinal materials, is easy to produce and has easily available resources.
The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the present application.
