本发明公开了一种温和抗菌组合材料,涉及化工、材料和生物清洁技术领域,其原料为:漂白水、洗洁精、白醋和水。本发明中漂白水的主要成分为次氯酸钠和氯化钠,洗洁精的主要成分为烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、泡沫剂、增溶剂、香精、水、色素和防腐剂,白醋的主要成分为冰醋酸和水。其中漂白水起到抗菌作用,洗洁精起到增强液体清洁能力作用,白醋调节温和抗菌组合材料的pH,温和抗菌组合材料pH不低于5.50。本发明中所使用的原料源于日常生活用品,制备方法简单,过程无污染,成本低,易获取且性能温和。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工、材料和生物清洁技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种温和抗菌组合材料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对身体健康越来越重视。个体防护用品和个人清洁用品得到更为广泛的关注,得以快速发展。个人清洁用品在日常生活中的存在形式多种多样,例如香皂、湿巾、沐浴露、洗发水、洗衣液和洗手液等。
在日常生活中,人体皮肤黏膜直接与外界接触,会受到各种暴露在外界的污染物的短期或长期沾染,仅仅靠水的冲洗作用难以达到有效的个人清洁目的。通过个人清洁用品与流动水的洗涤作用可去除皮肤表面污垢、碎屑和部分致病菌。在可能接触更多致病微生物的条件下,如医院、公共场所、传染病流行暴发季节的家庭和学校等,使用具有抗菌作用的个人清洁用品,无疑是更为安全有效的清洁手段。经常使用有效的抗菌清洁产品清洗裸露的皮肤,对于医务工作者和公众都是防治的重要手段之一。基于此,越来越需要能够具有抗菌作用的温和的液体清洁制剂,能够在杀死细菌的同时不引起或较少引起皮肤刺激。
表面活性剂是指能使目标溶液表面张力显著下降的物质。具有固定的亲水亲油基团,在溶液的表面能定向排列。表面活性剂的分子结构具有两性:一端为亲水基团,另一端为疏水基团;亲水基团常为极性基团,如羧酸、磺酸、硫酸、氨基或胺基及其盐,羟基、酰胺基、醚键等也可作为极性亲水基团;而疏水基团常为非极性烃链,如8个碳原子以上烃链。其中,阴离子表面活性剂广泛用于个人清洁组合物中。一方面,许多阴离子表面活性剂中包含细长胶束且具有粘弹性,这十分重要;另一方面,阴离子表面活性剂相较其它表面活性剂更加温和,对人体无害,耐高温且发泡力更强。
液体抗菌剂包括有机抗菌剂、天然抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂。有机抗菌剂包括酰基苯胺类、咪唑类、噻唑类、异噻唑酮衍生物、季铵盐类等。天然抗菌剂主要来自天然植物的提取,如甲壳素、芥末、蓖麻油、山葵等。无机抗菌剂包括金属离子抗菌剂、光触媒抗菌剂、无机酸抗菌剂、金属氧化物抗菌剂等。其中有机抗菌剂一般化学稳定性较差,天然抗菌剂抗菌能力相对较弱,在个人清洁用品中,以无机抗菌剂使用较为广泛。次氯酸作为一种无机酸抗菌剂,能够抢夺微生物包括病毒、细菌和霉菌细胞表面蛋白的电子,使得表面蛋白被氧化而失去活性,达到抗菌杀菌效果。另外,基于组合物直接作用于人体皮肤,应当保证组合物对皮肤的温和性,接近皮肤的pH,在5.0-7.0之间,最多不能超过 8.0,强酸性和碱性都会对皮肤有较强的刺激性。
本发明提出的一种温和抗菌组合材料所需原料来源广泛,制备方法简单,过程无污染,成本低,温和不刺激。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种温和抗菌组合材料。
本发明的另一个目的在于这种温和抗菌组合材料制备方法简单,能够用于应急情况。
为达到上述目的,本发明提出一种温和抗菌组合材料,按质量百分比,由以下成分组成:漂白水1.0-2.0%,白醋1.0-2.0%,洗洁精0.5-1.0%,去离子水余量,各组分之和为百分之百。
进一步地,所述的漂白水主要成分为次氯酸钠和氯化钠,有效氯含量高于40000mg/L。
进一步地,所述的洗洁精主要成分为烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、泡沫剂、增溶剂、香精、水、色素和防腐剂。
进一步地,所述的白醋是将冰醋酸稀释至pH为2.40,达到食用醋酸标准。
进一步地,制备的温和抗菌组合材料pH为5.50左右。
本发明提出的一种温和抗菌组合材料,制备方法简单:
S1、按照比例关系将漂白水、白醋、洗洁精和水投入至清洗容器中;
S2、将S1中的混合物缓慢搅拌混合均匀。
本发明中含氯漂白水在弱酸条件下,主要抗菌成分是其中的次氯酸,通过抢夺微生物细胞表面蛋白的电子,使得表面蛋白被氧化而失去活性有效抗菌。同样的,抗菌组分可选用银离子抗菌剂等。
本发明中洗洁精含有两种阴离子表面活性剂(烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠),协同提高温和抗菌组合材料的清洁能力,提高去污效果。同样的,阴离子表面活性剂可选用N-月桂酰基氨酸钠、脂肪醇羟乙基磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠等。
本发明中的洗洁精中含有香精能够调节改善温和抗菌组合材料的气味。
本发明中的白醋能够调节温和抗菌组合材料的pH为5.50左右,合适的pH 范围在5.0-7.0之间,最高不超过8.0。同样的,可选用柠檬酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、乳酸等作为pH调节剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种温和抗菌组合材料通过含氯漂白水和洗洁精的协同作用,在抗菌和清洁方面起到更为明显的效果,用水多倍稀释后仍能保持良好物性,保持温和且低刺激。
本发明的一种温和抗菌组合材料主要成分均取自于家庭日常生活用品,易获得,制备方法简单,没有特殊要求的反应条件。遇到应急状况,可以迅速简单制备所述的温和抗菌组合材料。
本发明的一种温和抗菌组合材料在保证能够抗菌清洁的前提下,便于储存和携带。

下面对本发明中的技术方案进行更为清楚、完整的描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种温和抗菌组合材料,按质量百分比,由以下成分组成:漂白水2.0g,白醋2.0g,洗洁精1.0g,去离子水195.0g。
实施例2
一种温和抗菌组合材料,按质量百分比,由以下成分组成:漂白水3.0g,白醋3.0g,洗洁精1.5g,去离子水192.5g。
实施例3
一种温和抗菌组合材料,按质量百分比,有以下成分组成:漂白水4.0g,白醋4.0g,洗洁精2.0g,去离子水190.0g。
所述温和抗菌组合材料的制备方法:
S1、按照比例关系将漂白水、白醋、洗洁精和水投入至清洗容器中;
S2、将S1中的混合物缓慢搅拌混合均匀。
测试例1
选取四种不同比例原料的样品滴在一次性使用的丁腈手套上,通过观察其滴加后的光学图像和测试其液滴的接触角对比四种样品的润湿效果,四种样品组成如下:
#1漂白水1.0%,去离子水余量,各组分之和为百分之百;
#2漂白水1.0%,洗洁精0.5%,去离子水余量,各组分之和为百分之百;
#3漂白水1.0%,白醋1.0%,去离子水余量,各组分之和为百分之百;
#4实施例1
结论:实施例1在滴加在一次性使用的丁腈手套上瞬间铺开,测试不到接触角,说明润湿效果良好。
测试例2
选取测试例1中的四种样品对比在不同保存条件下样品的pH变化来判断实施例1的最优保存条件。不同保存条件本测试例中包括:短时间敞口放置在空气中、短时间闭口放置在空气中、短时间敞口放置在暗室中、短时间闭口放置在暗室中;长时间敞口放置在空气中、长时间闭口放置在空气中、长时间敞口放置在暗室中、长时间闭口放置在暗室中。
结论:实施例1应该封口且在酸性条件下保存最优,无论长时间保存还是短时间保存pH基本无变化。在这样的保存条件下,这种温和抗菌组合材料的 pH在5.50左右,接近人体皮肤的pH,温和不刺激,能够保证在有效清洗的同时不刺激皮肤。
测试例3
对实施例1进行杀菌能力测试。
检验依据:《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版);
试验菌株名称:大肠杆菌(8099),菌株代数:第五代;
中和剂悬液定量鉴定试验:参照《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版)2.1.1.5 中和剂鉴定试验方法进行;
检验环境温度:22℃,相对湿度:46%;
细菌鉴定的中和剂成分:0.5%硫代硫酸钠、营养肉汤;
试验重复三次,作用时间分别为0.5min、1.0min、1.5min。
检测结果:
结论:该样品为实施例1,作用时间0.5min、1.0min、1.5min,实验重复三次,对大肠杆菌(8099)的杀灭对数值>5.00,对所测菌株为消毒合格。

Claims (9)
1.一种温和抗菌组合材料,其特征在于,按重量比计,由以下原料组成:漂白水1-2%,白醋1-2%,洗洁精0.5-1%,去离子水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温和抗菌组合材料,其特征在于,按重量比计,由以下原料组成:漂白水1%,白醋1%,洗洁精0.5%,去离子水余量,各组分之和为百分之百。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种温和抗菌组合材料,其特征在于,按重量比计,由以下原料组成:漂白水1.5%,白醋1.5%,洗洁精0.75%,去离子水余量,各组分之和为百分之百。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种温和抗菌组合材料,其特征在于,按重量比计,由以下原料组成:漂白水2%,白醋2%,洗洁精1%,去离子水余量,各组分之和为百分之百。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种温和抗菌组合材料,其特征在于,所述漂白水主要成分为次氯酸钠和氯化钠,有效氯含量高于40000mg/L。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种温和抗菌组合材料,其特征在于,所述洗洁精主要成分为烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、泡沫剂、增溶剂、香精、水、色素和防腐剂。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种温和抗菌组合材料,其特征在于,所述白醋是将冰醋酸稀释至pH为2.40。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种温和抗菌组合材料,其特征在于,所述的一种温和抗菌组合材料为酸性,pH为5.50。
9.一种根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的一种温和抗菌组合材料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、按照比例关系将漂白水、白醋、洗洁精和水投入至清洗容器中;
S2、将S1中的混合物缓慢搅拌混合均匀。
