技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种银离子抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠。
背景技术
衣服是人们生活的必需要素,俗话说人靠衣装,衣服除了穿上好看之外,衣服的清洁也是人们日常生活非常关注的问题。随着现代人们生活质量的提高,洗衣用的化工品也在不断提升,从最早用的洗衣用化工品为肥皂、洗衣粉,但肥皂块状难溶解,以及洗衣粉在使用时也经常出现在水中溶解不充分,又由于碱性较强,局部溶解不均匀部分会对衣物造成损伤,且对皮肤刺激性较强,容易伤害手部皮肤。因此,现如今分散性更好的洗衣液逐渐在市场占有率越来越大,洗衣液良好的分散性使得洗衣液能够均匀的洗涤衣物,同时也易冲洗,解决了表面活性剂沉积问题。然而随着社会的发展进步,人们生活节奏的逐渐改变,方便、便捷成为了人们新的喜好。于是,有了洗衣凝珠的诞生。
随着人们健康意识的不断提高,虽然洗衣用的化工品的剂型在不断改变,但是人们对洗涤剂的要求不单单局限在洗干净衣服,衣服是皮肤直接接触的日用品,每天都难免会沾染皮肤分泌的汗液、皮屑以及会沾染其他细小病毒细菌等有害污染物。螨虫通常分为尘螨、粉螨、革螨、恙螨等几大类,是一种肉眼不易看见的微型害虫,在皮肤里面吸取营养成分,刺激毛细血管以及细胞组织,引向皮肤恶化。轻者会引起皮肤瘙痒、小丘疹等,严重会导致过敏性皮炎和痤疮。市面上也越来越多的洗衣产品有抑菌除螨作用,市面上用于洗衣用品的杀菌剂大多数为醛类、酸类抗菌剂(甲醛、苯甲酸)和氯制剂(次氯酸钠、84消毒液、次氯酸钙、漂白粉、漂粉净、优氯净),这些抗菌剂清洁去污能力、除螨能力、广谱杀菌抑菌效果以及对人体皮肤致敏性方面都不尽人意,有待提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所解决的技术问题是如何提高抑菌剂产品清洁去污能力、除螨能力、广谱杀菌抑菌效果且对人体安全性较高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是一种银离子抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠,按质量百分比包括以下组分:
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5-10%,
C14-16烯烃磺酸钠8-12%,
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-10%,

为了更好地说明本发明的有益效果,进行以下功效评价测试:
(1)去污力测试:
本发明产品的去污力测试参照GB/T13174-2008《衣物用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》进行,选用实施例1-3制得的本发明产品和某三款市售抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠进行对比,实验结果表明,实施例1-3本发明产品以及某三款市售抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠对炭黑油污布、皮脂污布去污值与标准洗衣液去污值的比值如表1所示:

表1的数据表明,本实施例1-3制备的本发明产品具有更强的去污力。
(2)螨虫去除率测试:
以规格为10cm×10cm的棉布为试样,将试样棉布在太阳下暴晒10h,然后分别采用医用定量取螨器在人面颊、额部等部位取螨虫,采用牙签将含有螨虫的皮脂分泌物从取螨器上取出,并刮刀试样棉布上,加1-2滴甘油在皮脂分泌物上,涂匀,在显微镜下观察并分别计数,每个试样棉布上活螨虫数量均在100-105之间,然后分别将实施例1-3与市售例1-3制得的洗衣凝珠按1:20体积比兑水后,分别将试样棉布放入,浸泡20min,然后揉搓10min,然后取出,自然晾干后,对处理后的各组试样棉布存留的螨虫进行测试,并分别计数,计算螨虫去除率,对比:

由表2可以看出,本发明的除螨效果明显优于市售产品。
(3)抗菌性测试:
依据《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.11.3.3的检验依据和分析方法,选择实例1-3及市售产品做了以下测试,得到以下测试结果表3

结论:依照试验结果表3,本发明产品对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀菌率均达到90%以上,明显高出市售产品对应值,产品具有较强的抗菌作用,能有效杀灭大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的。
(4)持续抗菌性测试:
依据《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.11.3.3的检验依据和分析方法,选择实例1-3及市售产品进行测试,得到以下测试结果表4。

结论:依照试验结果表4,本发明产品对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀菌率均达到90%以上,明显高出市售产品对应值,产品具有较强的抗菌作用,能持续48小时有效杀灭大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的。
(5)毒理性测试:
依据《消毒技术规范》2002年版,第二部分2.3.1的检验依据和分析方法。
受试物质:本发明产品为受试样品,称取5g样品,加入灭菌水定容至20mL,混匀。
实验动物:动物种属品系:SPF级KM小鼠。
试验环境:环境温度22-25℃,相对湿度40-70%。
试验步骤:实验前,实验动物禁食过夜,不限制饮水。试验时,称量动物体重,随机分组,一次给予受试样品经口染毒,每只小鼠灌胃量为0.2mL/10g体重,剂量为5000mg/kg·BW,染毒后禁食3-4h。染毒后对每只动物进行单独全面的记录,观察实验动物的中毒表现和死亡情况,其后每天进行一次仔细检查,于给药D0、D7和D14称量体重。观察期限为14d。观察结束后,处死动物进行大体解剖学检查。
试验结果,表7:
注:14天观察期内所有受试动物未见明显中毒症状及死亡。
结论:在本次试验条件下,受试物对SPF级KM小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5000mg/kg·BW,属于实际无毒。
通过上述功效评价项目测试,可以知道,本发明相比于现有技术,其清洁去污能力、除螨能力、广谱杀菌抑菌效果均优于现有技术且对人体安全性较高。

Claims (2)
1.一种银离子抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,按质量百分比包括以下组分:
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5-10%,
C14-16烯烃磺酸钠8-12%,
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-10%,
甘油2-5%,
丙二醇5-20%,
甲基异噻唑啉酮0.001-0.009%,
三乙醇胺0.5-5%,
冬青提取物0.5-5%,
香茅提取物0.5-5%,
银离子溶液0.1-5%,
香精0.3-3%,
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的银离子抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,按质量百分比包括以下组分:
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠6-8%,
C14-16烯烃磺酸钠9-10%,
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4-8%,
甘油3-4%,
丙二醇8-15%,
甲基异噻唑啉酮0.004-0.007%,
三乙醇胺1-3%,
冬青提取物2-4%,
香茅提取物2-4%,
银离子溶液2-3%,
香精0.5-1.5%,
余量为水。
