Abstract
本发明涉及日化用品的技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种除菌除螨洗衣液及其制备方法,除菌除螨洗衣液包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、多元醇酯、氧化胺类表面活性剂、烷基糖苷、抗再沉积剂、生物酶、茶皂素、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、有机盐、着色剂、香精以及水;其通过先将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、多元醇酯、氧化胺类表面活性剂以及烷基糖苷和抗再沉积剂加入至水中,搅拌,然后加入有机盐、茶皂素和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,搅拌均匀,最后在40℃下,依次加入生物酶、着色剂和香精,搅拌均匀,得到除菌除螨洗衣液。本发明提升了洗衣液的除菌除螨效果,且具有低刺激性、安全无害的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品的技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种除菌除螨洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对衣食住行的品质要求和自身健康问题的关注度不断提升。日用衣物和家居物品的清洁是日常生活中重要的问题之一,有效的清洁不但可以清除衣物和用品表面的灰尘和污垢,还能对衣物和用品进行除菌,从而使衣物和家居物品保持一个干净健康的状态。衣物和家居用品在穿着和接触的过程中,会吸收人体汗渍和皮脂,从而使表面产生大量细菌,这些细菌再通过平时人体接触,产生交叉感染,从而容易产生皮肤疾病和一些其他的细菌感染疾病,因此,使用除菌除螨功效的洗衣液,不但可以清洁衣物表面脏污,同时还可以去除衣物细菌和真菌,保护衣物的同时减少细菌对人体产生的危害。
目前市面上常用的除菌洗衣液以传统除菌剂为主,主要包括以下几类:氧化除菌(双氧水),这类除菌剂添加在洗衣液中容易不稳定;酚类除菌(对氯间二甲苯酚、三氯生),这类除菌剂除菌效果虽好,但对皮肤刺激性大;氯类除菌(次氯酸钠),除菌效果好,但具有腐蚀性;还有一些阳离子除菌剂,虽然性能温和,但除菌范围小,除菌效果不佳;纳米银除菌虽除菌效果好,但除菌作用时间久,用于洗衣液中不能做到彻底除菌。此外,为了增加洗衣液的保存时间,通常还会加入卡松这一防腐剂,有些个体会对卡松有过敏现象,长期使用对身体造成伤害。
针对上述情况,需要开发一种除菌除螨洗衣液,提升洗衣液的杀菌除螨效果的同时,降低洗衣液的刺激性以及提高安全、环保性能。
发明内容
本发明提供一种除菌除螨洗衣液及其制备方法,提升了洗衣液的除菌除螨效果,且具有低刺激性、安全无害的优点。
第一方面,本发明提供一种除菌除螨洗衣液,采用如下的技术方案:
一种除菌除螨洗衣液,包括以下重量百分数的组分:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 13-18%;
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物 5-10%;
多元醇酯 2-5%;
氧化胺类表面活性剂 5-8%;
烷基糖苷 1-3%;
抗再沉积剂 1-3%;
生物酶 0.5-2%;
茶皂素 0.2-1%;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 0.1-0.2%;
有机盐 0.5-1.5%;
以及余量水。
采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为除菌除螨洗衣液的非离子表面活性剂,是因为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对各种纤维都有较烷基苯磺酸钠更好的去垢能力,特别适用于由合成纤维织物上洗去人体排泄出的油脂污垢,具有的良好的去污力、润湿、乳化、抗硬水性、较低的刺激性和生物降解功能。脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物与抗再沉积剂均具有较好的分散力,在净洗过程中能够有效地防止污垢的反沾污。
本发明为了在不使用刺激性除菌剂的前提下,能得到较佳的除菌除螨效果,采用氧化胺类表面活性剂复配茶皂素、生物酶和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,其制备得到的除菌除螨洗衣液,除菌除螨的效果得到了提升,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌和绿脓杆菌等细菌真菌具有良好的去除效果,同时可以有效地去除织物上的灰尘和螨虫,除此之外还具有去污效果强和柔软织物的功效。
优选的,所述氧化胺类表面活性剂为月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺、椰油酰基丙基氧化胺、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和十八烷基二甲基氧化胺中的至少一种。所述氧化胺类表面活性剂可以为月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺。所述氧化胺类表面活性剂可以为椰油酰基丙基氧化胺。所述氧化胺类表面活性剂可以为十八烷基二甲基氧化胺。所述氧化胺类表面活性剂可以为月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺和椰油酰基丙基氧化胺的混合物。所述氧化胺类表面活性剂可以为椰油酰基丙基氧化胺、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和十八烷基二甲基氧化胺的混合物。

优选的,所述生物酶为碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶和果胶酶中的至少两种。碱性蛋白酶能将血渍、奶渍等含有的大分子蛋白质水解成可溶性的氨基酸或小分子的肽,使污迹从衣物上脱落。碱性脂肪酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶也能分别将大分子的脂肪、淀粉和纤维素水解为小分子物质,使洗衣粉具有更强的去污能力。提高去污力,降低表面活性剂的用量,这让洗涤剂朝向无磷化的方向发展,更可减少环境污染。
优选的,所述生物酶为碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶和纤维素酶三者的混合物,所述碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶和纤维素酶的重量比为1:(0.5-3):(0.5-3)。所述碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶和纤维素酶的重量比为1:(0.5-1):(0.5-1)。所述碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶和纤维素酶的重量比为1:(1.5-2):(1.5-2)。所述碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶和纤维素酶的重量比为1:(2.5-3):(2.5-3)。进一步优选的,所述碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶和纤维素酶的重量比为1:1:1。

优选的,所述有机盐为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、柠檬酸钠和柠檬酸三者的混合物。优选的,所述乙二胺四乙酸二钠、柠檬酸钠和柠檬酸的重量比为3:5:1。三者组分采用该配比时,能在配方体系中达到最佳的pH值和最佳螯合分散性能。
优选的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-5和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-3中的至少一种。
优选的,所述多元醇酯为多元醇聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯和椰油酸脂肪酸酯中的至少一种。
优选的,所述抗再沉积剂为陶氏改性聚丙烯酸钠445N。改性后的聚丙烯酸钠,提升了产品的抗油污再沉积性,增加了螯合性,提升产品的抗硬水性能。选用陶氏改性聚丙烯酸钠445N作为除菌除螨洗衣液的洗涤增效剂,增强了产品的洗涤性能。
第二方面,本申请提供一种除菌除螨洗衣液的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:一种除菌除螨洗衣液的制备方法,包含以下制备步骤:
(1)将电导率小于10μS/cm的水调节温度至55-70℃;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的水中依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、多元醇酯、氧化胺类表面活性剂以及烷基糖苷和抗再沉积剂,在速度为3800r/min的条件下,搅拌至完全乳化混匀;
(3)将有机盐、茶皂素和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵溶解成溶液后依次加入至步骤(2)得到的溶液中,搅拌均匀;
(4)将温度降至40℃,依次加入生物酶、着色剂和香精,搅拌至完全均匀,得到除菌除螨洗衣液。
综上所述,本发明包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.本发明的整体配方具有较佳的配伍性,采用氧化胺类表面活性剂复配茶皂素、生物酶和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,提升了洗衣液的除菌除螨效果。
2.本发明选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、不同碳链的烷基糖苷和多元醇酯复配,有效渗透织物内部纤维结构,在增加去污力和除菌效果的同时有效调节产品泡沫效果,具有优异的漂洗性能。
3.本发明制备得到的除菌除螨洗衣液,不含磷、荧光增白剂、重金属、卤素等有害物质,具有刺激性低、对人体温和无害、易生物降解、对环境安全环保的优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种除菌除螨洗衣液,包括以下重量百分数的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9 13%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物8%、多元醇聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯2%、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺6%、C8-C10烷基糖苷2%、陶氏改性聚丙烯酸钠445N 2%、碱性蛋白酶0.5%、碱性脂肪酶0.5%、茶皂素0.6%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.1%、柠檬酸钠0.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.3%、柠檬酸0.1%、着色剂0.06%、香精0.3%以及余量水。其中,香精为植物提取松木原液、柠檬香精、茉莉花香精、薰衣草香蕉中的至少一种。在本实施例中,香精为植物提取松木原液。植物提取松木原液具有舒缓、抑菌防腐的作用。
上述除菌除螨洗衣液的制备方法如下:按照重量百分数计,
(1)将电导率小于10μS/cm的纯水加入反应釜中,调节温度加热至55-70℃。
(2)向步骤(1)得到的水中依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、多元醇聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯(多元醇酯)、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺(氧化胺类表面活性剂)、C8-C10烷基糖苷(烷基糖苷)、陶氏改性聚丙烯酸钠445N(抗再沉积剂),在速度为3800r/min的条件下,搅拌至完全乳化混匀。
(3)将溶解好的柠檬酸钠(有机盐)、乙二胺四乙酸四钠(有机盐)和柠檬酸溶液(有机盐)、茶皂素溶液和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵溶解成溶液后,依次加入至步骤(2)得到的溶液中搅拌,搅拌均匀。
(4)将温度降至40℃,依次加入碱性蛋白酶(生物酶)、碱性脂肪酶(生物酶)、着色剂和松木提取原液(香精),搅拌均匀。
(5)静置消泡,过滤即得除菌除螨洗衣液。
实施例2-6
一种除菌除螨洗衣液,与实施例1的区别在于,除菌除螨洗衣液的各组分的物质和用量不同,具体参见表1。

一种除菌除螨洗衣液,与实施例3的区别在于,未添加氧化胺类表面活性剂,采用同用量的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚替代。其余与实施例3相同,此处不再赘述。

一种除菌除螨洗衣液,与实施例3的区别在于,未添加茶皂素,采用同用量的烷基糖苷替代。其余与实施例3相同,此处不再赘述。

一种除菌除螨洗衣液,与实施例3的区别在于,未添加生物酶,采用同用量的水替代。其余与实施例3相同,此处不再赘述。

一种除菌除螨洗衣液,与实施例3的区别在于,未添加十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,采用同用量的水替代。其余与实施例3相同,此处不再赘述。
性能检测试验
1.除螨检测试验:根据NY/T 1151.2-2006《农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效试验方法及评价第二部分:灭螨和驱螨剂》对实施例1-11以及对比例1-5进行试验,按照原液作用24小时后,记录除螨率的数据,具体的试验结果如表3所示。

2.除菌检测试验:根据QB/T 2738-2012《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》对实施例1-11以及对比例1-5进行试验,按照1:100对原液进行稀释得到稀释液,将稀释液作用20分钟后,记录对金黄色葡萄球菌的除菌率数据,具体的试验结果如表4所示。

根据实施例1-11和对比例1-5并结合表3-4,可以看出,本发明在基础配方体系上,采用氧化胺类表面活性剂复配茶皂素、生物酶和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,制备得到的除菌除螨洗衣液在除螨测试试验中,其除螨率能从低于70%提升至高于85%,除螨能力具有显著的提升;在除菌测试试验中,其除菌率均能达到99.9%以上,除菌能力具有显著的提升。
对比实施例3和对比例1-5并结合表2-3,可以看出,当除菌除螨洗衣液的配方体系中缺少了氧化胺类表面活性剂、茶皂素、生物酶和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵中的一种或多种,其制备得到的除菌除螨洗衣液均无法达到明显的效果,表明上述组分复配使用在本发明的配方体系中能起到协同效应,具有相互促进作用。

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 13-18%;
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物 5-10%;
多元醇酯 2-5%;
氧化胺类表面活性剂 5-8%;
烷基糖苷 1-3%;
抗再沉积剂 1-3%;
生物酶 0.5-2%;
茶皂素 0.2-1%;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 0.1-0.2%;
有机盐 0.5-1.5%;
以及余量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于:所述氧化胺类表面活性剂为月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺、椰油酰基丙基氧化胺、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和十八烷基二甲基氧化胺中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种除菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于:所述氧化胺类表面活性剂为椰油酰基丙基氧化胺和十二烷基二甲基氧化胺的混合物,所述椰油酰基丙基氧化胺和十二烷基二甲基氧化胺的重量比为(0.5-5):5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种除菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于:所述烷基糖苷为C8-C10烷基糖苷、C10-C12烷基糖苷和C12-C14烷基糖苷中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种除菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于:所述烷基糖苷为C8-C10烷基糖苷和C12-C14烷基糖苷的混合物,所述C8-C10烷基糖苷和C12-C14烷基糖苷的重量比为(1-5):1。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种除菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于:所述生物酶为碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶和果胶酶中的至少两种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种除菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于:所述生物酶为碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶和纤维素酶三者的混合物,所述碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶和纤维素酶的重量比为1:(0.5-3):(0.5-3)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种除菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于:包括以下重量百分数的组分:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 13-18%;
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物 5-10%;
多元醇酯 2-5%;
椰油酰基丙基氧化胺 3%;
十二烷基二甲基氧化胺烷基糖苷 5%;
C8-C10烷基糖苷 2%;
C12-C14烷基糖苷 1%;
抗再沉积剂 1-3%;
碱性蛋白酶 0.5%;
碱性脂肪酶 0.5%;
纤维素酶 0.5%;
茶皂素 0.2-1%;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 0.1-0.2%;
有机盐 0.5-1.5%;
以及余量水。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种除菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于:有机盐为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、柠檬酸钠和柠檬酸三者的混合物。
10.一种除菌除螨洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:包含以下制备步骤:
(1)将电导率小于10μS/cm的水调节温度至55-70℃;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的水中依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、多元醇酯、氧化胺类表面活性剂以及烷基糖苷和抗再沉积剂,在速度为3800r/min的条件下,搅拌至完全乳化混匀;
(3)将有机盐、茶皂素和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵溶解成溶液后依次加入至步骤(2)得到的溶液中,搅拌均匀;
(4)将温度降至40℃,依次加入生物酶、着色剂和香精,搅拌至完全均匀,得到除菌除螨洗衣液。
