发明公开了一种天然纤维复合面料的热转移数码印花工艺,具体包括以下步骤:制备高温升华迁移染料:高温升华迁移染料由甘油、n‑甲基吡咯烷酮、木质素磺酸钠以及分散染料组成;打印转移纸:根据需要的花型,采用喷墨式数码打印机将步骤S1制备的高温升华迁移染料打印到高温碳酸转移纸上;压烫转移面料:设置压烫机的参数,将花型从高温碳酸转移纸上迁移到含涤成分较高的化学纤维面料上,压烫PE膜:基于步骤S3的压烫机,在具有花型的化学纤维面料上依次放置含有树脂粒的双面PE膜、天然纤维面料,实现化纤面料和全棉面料复合过程,最终形成棉质热转印面料,本发明保留了原花型颜色的艳丽,增加了适用面料的范围,保留了面料原有的的透气性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种热转移印花技术领域,尤其是一种天然纤维复合面料的热转移数码印花工艺。
背景技术:
热转移数码印花现已广泛应用于印染行业,其特点有:环保、色彩还原度高、成型快,减少了制版过程与费用,但目前热转移印花仅于化纤成份面料,限制了产品种类,对服装的使用形成了局限性。
发明内容:
本发明的目的提供一种天然纤维复合面料的热转移数码印花工艺,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的创新点在于:具体包括以下步骤:
S2、制备高温升华迁移染料:高温升华迁移染料由甘油、n-甲基吡咯烷酮、木质素磺酸钠以及分散染料组成;
S2、打印转移纸:根据需要的花型,采用喷墨式数码打印机将步骤S1制备的高温升华迁移染料打印到高温碳酸转移纸上;
S3、压烫转移面料:设置压烫机的参数,将花型从高温碳酸转移纸上迁移到含涤成分较高的化学纤维面料上;
S4、压烫PE膜:基于步骤S3的压烫机,在具有花型的化学纤维面料上依次放置含有树脂粒的双面PE膜、天然纤维面料,实现化纤面料和全棉面料复合过程,最终形成棉质热转印面料。
进一步的,上述高温升华迁移染料的动态粘度为1.8-4.0 N·s/㎡。
进一步的,上述高温碳酸转移纸是在原纸涂上涂料,经过干燥后,再用压光机使纸张的表面平滑,使纸张具有良好的光学性质及印刷性能。
进一步的,上述化学纤维面料为平纹布或者绒布。
进一步的,上述压烫机的参数为:烫压温度:210度、烫压时间:15秒、烫压压力:3.5MPA。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供了一种天然纤维复合面料的热转移数码印花工艺,通过数码打印精细花型到高温碳酸转移纸,在花型转移过程中,调节温度、压力、面料张力,添加天然纤维的面料进行一步复合,保留了原花型颜色的艳丽,增加了适用面料的范围,适用于T恤、运动服、瑜伽服,手感柔软,保留了面料原有的的透气性。

本发明提供了一种天然纤维复合面料的热转移数码印花工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
S2、制备高温升华迁移染料:高温升华迁移染料由甘油、n-甲基吡咯烷酮、木质素磺酸钠以及分散染料组成;
S2、打印转移纸:根据需要的花型,采用喷墨式数码打印机将步骤S1制备的高温升华迁移染料打印到高温碳酸转移纸上;

S2、打印转移纸:根据需要的花型,采用喷墨式数码打印机将步骤S1制备的高温升华迁移染料打印到高温碳酸转移纸上;
S3、压烫转移面料:设置压烫机的参数,将花型从高温碳酸转移纸上迁移到含涤成分较高的化学纤维面料上;
S4、压烫PE膜:基于步骤S3的压烫机,在具有花型的化学纤维面料上依次放置含有树脂粒的双面PE膜、天然纤维面料,实现化纤面料和全棉面料复合过程,最终形成棉质热转印面料。
