In some embodiments of the present application, the bile acid is used by being added to the feed at all times.
The bile acid is added into the feed all the time, so as to play the role of the bile acid and promote the digestion and absorption of the poultry on the feed, thereby reducing the load of the liver, ensuring the detoxification of the liver, flushing lipid scales such as denatured fat, drug toxin, mycotoxin, heavy metal and the like deposited in the liver out of the liver together, discharging the lipid scales into an intestinal canal through the circulation of the liver and intestine and discharging the lipid scales together with excrement to maintain the health of the poultry.
In addition, in some embodiments of the application, fennel is further added into the feed, and the fennel also has the effects of tonifying spleen, stimulating appetite, warming intestines, removing fish and botulism in Rihua herbal, so that when the fennel is applied to the poultry raising process, the fennel has the effect of discharging exotoxin and has the effect of protecting liver and gallbladder together with bile acid.
The features and properties of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
Example 1
Selecting healthy and qualified chicks to enter a factory (feeding), strictly disinfecting a brooding room for three times before feeding the chicks, and alternately disinfecting with different disinfection solutions every time at an interval of seventy-two hours. After the sterilization is finished, the brooding room is preheated to the required temperature, and whether the brooding room sealing meets the requirements or not is checked, and all equipment conditions such as no harmful wind, normal use of a waterline stockline and the like exist.
Preparing feed water one hour before the chicks come back, adding liquid supplementing salt into the water, adding the liquid supplementing salt according to the standard of 0.2g/L, and disinfecting the water and supplementing various vitamins and immunopotentiators by using a disinfectant (Baidu, with the active ingredient content of 10%) containing decamethylbromide solution every day in three days before the chicks come back. The vitamin complex is added into drinking water according to the standard of 0.5 g/L.
The method comprises the following steps of performing vaccination from the fourth day, performing vaccination once every four days, performing drinking water disinfection on chickens and thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the whole field after forty-eight hours after each vaccination, and in addition, performing probiotic bacteria once a day, and adding a probiotic bacteria synergist (acidifier) for coordinated use when using the probiotic bacteria.
The compound vitamin is used once every half month from the end of the fourth week, the immunopotentiator (isoprinosine) is used once every half month, the probiotics is used once every half month, and the rest is unchanged every week. And at the fourth week, the crushed chicken feed produced by a feed factory is fed into the feed self-batching instead of all additives (such as mildew removal agents, insect repellents and the like) by the feed self-batching, and the quality and flavor of chicken are changed by completely utilizing the five cereals and adding natural seasonings.
Three days of multivitamins, probiotics and immunopotentiators are used every half and a half from the eighth week until marketing.
The environment for controlling the chicken raising must be strictly controlled in the whole raising process. The concrete using methods of the decamethonium bromide solution, the rehydration salt, the multivitamins, the probiotics, the immunopotentiator and the acidifier are as follows in the whole breeding process from feeding to slaughtering:

Liquid supplementing salt: one kilogram of water is added into the feed every 20 grams once a day in the first week of seedling feeding, the feed can be properly prolonged to 10 days according to the condition, the drinking time is not less than four hours every time, and the feed is guaranteed to be finished every time within 2-4 hours.
Vitamin complex: the time from the seedling feeding to the tenth day is not less than four hours every day, and the time is twice a month every three days every ten days later, so that the complete drinking in 2-4 hours every time is ensured.
And (3) probiotics: the time of each time is not less than eight hours every day from four days of seedling feeding, probiotics are used in coordination with the acidifier, and the acidifier is added according to one thousandth of water consumption. Note that: when the probiotics and the acidifier are used coordinately, the acidifier is poured into the acidifier and stirred uniformly, then the probiotics are poured into the acidifier and stirred uniformly, the acidifier is continuously used for one month from the fourth day for the first time according to 200 times of dilution (the probiotics using amount is calculated according to the water using amount of the whole day), the acidifier is diluted for one week every half a month from the second month according to 300 times, and the acidifier is diluted for one time every half month from the third month every three days according to 500 times.
Acidifying agent: the waterline is disinfected once a week and soaked in the waterline in a ratio of two thousandths of a night, and the waterline is discharged outdoors in the next day and is flushed by clear water for normal use.
Isoprinosine (immunopotentiator): after seedlings are fed, the water is continuously used for four weeks once a day, 10 g of water is added into every hundred kilograms of water, and the water is added twice after drinking each time because the isoprinosine aqueous solution is unstable. After four weeks, the medicine is used for three days every half month.
Bile acid: the additive is added into the self-batching material from the beginning, and 200-400 g is added into each ton of the self-batching material.
First, first four weeks old: the first three days are freely drunk by using Baidu water (the decamethylammonium bromide solution is used once a day, more than four hours each time and less than twelve hours), the first ten days are once the compound vitamin and the fluid infusion salt once a day, the fluid infusion salt is stopped after ten days, and the compound vitamin is used for three days to four weeks every week.
It should be noted that: baidu killing of newly-hatched chicks was performed according to the following ratio of 1: diluting by 2000 times, and adding 1: diluted by 1600 times, and the weight of the big chickens aged for more than 8 weeks is 1: 1200-fold dilution, 20 g of Baidu per bottle cap, 10% content, attention: some are only 16 g or 16 ml, and the dosage of the bottle cap needs to be corrected when the bottle cap is used every time, otherwise, the effect is poor. If the drinking water concentration is too high, the larynx or the oral cavity is easy to be damaged, and fester, red swelling and inflammation are caused, so that the medicine concentration must be strictly controlled when the medicine is used.
Three days later probiotics were administered once a day to the fourth week. The water is alternately drunk and the waterline is cleaned once a week by using the Baiduexin and the Securin (the Securin is diluted by 1000 times for a long time or the compound feed acidifier is added in the feed for a medium and long time). Isoprinosine is continuously used for four weeks once a day, and the isoprinine is used coordinately every time when the vaccine is prepared.
Two, four to eight weeks old:
the probiotic bacteria, vitamins and isoprinosine (three are used alternately) are used for one week every fifteen days, and the Baidujing (Baidujing is diluted by 1: 1600 times for drinking water) and the Cefacai are fed once every week. The Baidusha and the Saikai can be alternately used and the waterline is cleaned at the same time, probiotics are forbidden when the Baidusha is used, and the Baidusha and other disinfection medicines are not used one day before and after the vaccine is made. The racel is added to drinking water continuously for 12 hours, preferably 24 hours, with free access to water.
After age of three or eight weeks
Three days daily probiotics were mixed with vitamins, isoprinosine (two were also used alternately weekly), and warfarin (1200 fold dilutions of warfarin) and saxabexatin were fed alternately weekly and washed together with the waterline. Fifthly, when the feed is changed from the preparation of the feed (after brooding for one month, 4 weeks old), bile acid is added into the feed to protect the liver and the gallbladder, and 200g of bile acid is mixed with each ton of the feed.
The formula of the self-prepared material is as follows (the following components are expressed by weight percent):
64% of corn, 3% of bran, 14% of bean pulp, 2% of alfalfa, 2.2% of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.8% of calcium carbonate, 7% of peanut cake and 7% of broad bean.
It should be noted that the self-formula of the present application does not contain any mildew-removing agents or anthelmintics.
The obtained formula comprises the following nutritional ingredients (100g of self-prepared materials): 12.4MJ/kg of metabolizable energy, 18.5g of crude protein, 0.88g of calcium, 0.44g of phosphorus, 0.74g of methionine and cystine, 0.17g of tryptophan, 0.90g of arginine and 0.90g of lysine.
In addition, flavoring agents and bile acids (as 100g self-prepared) were added to the feed:
0.4g of fennel, 1g of dried orange peel, 5g of soybean lecithin, 0.2g of monosodium glutamate, 0.3g of salt and 0.02g of bile acid.
After the antibiotic-free breeding process is applied, the growth speed of ecological chickens is obviously improved, the feed meat ratio is reduced, the weight of 30-day-old black-Yao chickens in the past common breeding process is 500g, the weight can reach 600g to 750g at present, and the feed meat ratio in the past one month is 1.2-1.3: 1, and the current feed-meat ratio is 1.1-1.2: 1, and the weight can reach 1kg in forty-five days, which is obviously higher than the weight of the common breeding before.
In addition, compare the process of raising that has used the antibiotic, this application obviously reduced the cost: for example, when the starter is used, one thousand chickens are used once, at least one bag (100g, 25% content) of amoxicillin (antibiotic) is needed, the market price of one bag of amoxicillin is about 20 yuan, the antibiotic generally needs to be used for 4-5 days, and the starter cost is calculated to be about 100 yuan. This application uses the disinfection of Baidu to kill (10% decamethyl ammonium bromide solution) drinking water to solve because the disease of mother source vertical propagation, and a bottle 500mL market price is about 20 yuan, once only with 3 ~ 5mL, uses three days, and the opening medicine cost is only about 4 ~ 6 jianchuan.
Example 2
This example is substantially the same as example 1, except that: the concrete using methods of the decamethonium bromide solution, the rehydration salt, the compound vitamin, the probiotics, the immunopotentiator, the acidifier and the isoprinosine in the whole breeding process from the seedling feeding to the slaughtering are as follows:
adding rehydration salt into drinking water according to the standard of 0.25 g/L; adding the compound vitamin into the drinking water according to the standard of 1 g/L; the mass ratio of isoprinosine to water is 1.5: 10000.

Example 3

adding rehydration salt into drinking water according to the standard of 0.3 g/L; adding the compound vitamin into drinking water according to the standard of 1.5 g/L; the mass ratio of isoprinosine to water is 2: 10000.

In summary, the present application proposes a method for raising poultry with no resistance during the whole course, which comprises adding a disinfectant, a nutritive feed additive and a non-nutritive feed additive to the feed or drinking water during the raising process, wherein the disinfectant, the nutritive feed additive and the non-nutritive feed additive do not contain antibiotics; the disinfectant comprises a decamethyl ammonium bromide solution; the nutritional additives comprise liquid supplementing salt and compound vitamins; the non-nutritive feed additive comprises an immunopotentiator, an acidifier and a probiotic. The method can realize the raising of poultry without resistance completely, further stop the use opportunity of antibiotics and achieve the aim of green production.

1. A method for raising poultry without resistance in the whole process is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding a disinfectant, a nutritive feed additive and a non-nutritive feed additive to feed or drinking water during the feeding process, wherein the disinfectant, the nutritive feed additive and the non-nutritive feed additive do not contain antibiotics; the disinfectant comprises a solution of decamethylammonium bromide; the nutritional additives comprise rehydration salt and vitamin complex; the non-nutritive feed additive includes an immunopotentiator, an acidifier, and a probiotic.
2. The method for raising poultry with global antibiotic-free activity as claimed in claim 1, wherein the solution of decamethyl ammonium bromide has an active ingredient of 10%.
3. The poultry raising method without whole antibiotic according to claim 2, wherein the acidifier has an acidity pH of 3.5 to 5.
4. The method for raising poultry with global nonresistance according to claim 3, wherein the immunopotentiator is isoprinosine.
5. The method for raising poultry with global antibiotic-free activity as claimed in claim 4, wherein the nutritional feed supplement is used in the following specific dosage amounts:
