Abstract
本发明公开了一种纺织涤纶纱组合浆料,包括以下重量比例的组分:聚乙烯醇20‑25kg,工业玉米淀粉1‑10kg,尿素0.2‑0.5kg,羧甲基纤维素0.8‑1.2kg,辅料0.5‑10kg,用水补全至1000kg。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本组合式浆料不但成本减轻了一半,而且浆纱附着力强,光滑毛羽少好织造,而且最大的特点是退浆容易,排放的污染物、废水固体含量减少了一半。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体是指一种纺织涤纶纱组合浆料。
背景技术
由于纺织技术的快速发展,对织物的要求也在提高,对32支以下的涤纶纱而言,浆纱是必要的一道工艺,原配方聚乙烯醇50kg,变性淀粉25kg,其他辅料、油脂、甲酯、丙烯类助剂、甘油等,不但成本高,在退浆时还产生大量的废水,固体废料等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对以上问题提供一种纺织涤纶纱组合浆料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种纺织涤纶纱组合浆料,包括以下重量比例的组分:
聚乙烯醇20-25kg,工业玉米淀粉1-10kg,尿素0.2-0.5kg,羧甲基纤维素0.8-1.2kg,辅料0.5-10kg,用水补全至1000kg。
作为改进,气温较低时增加抗静电剂1kg,可以有效的防止静电对浆料的影响。
作为改进,辅料为聚丙烯酰胺。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本组合式浆料不但成本减轻了一半,而且浆纱附着力强,光滑毛羽少好织造,而且最大的特点是退浆容易,排放的污染物、废水固体含量减少了一半。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明在具体实施时,一种纺织涤纶纱组合浆料,包括以下重量比例的组分:
聚乙烯醇20-25kg,工业玉米淀粉1-10kg,尿素0.2-0.5kg,羧甲基纤维素0.8-1.2kg,辅料0.5-10kg,用水补全至1000kg。
气温较低时增加抗静电剂1kg,可以有效的防止静电对浆料的影响。
辅料为聚丙烯酰胺。
本发明的工作原理:
浆纱对短纤织造来说是必须的一道工序,浆纱的浆料选择,浆料的配比形式,对32支以下的纯棉织物和纯涤织物是至关重要的,调浆的方法种类及应用,浆液的质量指标及其对上浆的影响,上浆工艺的主要内容及其确定,高压上浆工艺及其特点,浆纱质量指标及其定义,主要质量指标(上浆率,回潮率和伸长率)对织造生产,织物质量的影响,及其确定依据,浆纱主要疵点(上浆不匀,回潮不匀,浆斑,绞头和并头)的产生原因。
浆液配方
一、对浆液配方的要求:
1.浆料对纱线要有良好的粘附性;
2.各料组分应具有良好的相容性;
3.浆液应有适当的黏度和良好的黏度热稳定性;
4.浆液成膜性好,形成的浆膜应具有较好的强力、耐磨性、弹性;
5.浆液不起泡,无臭味,退浆容易,不污染环境;
6.浆料来源广,价格适中。
二、主浆料的选择:
1.根据相似相容原理,浆料与纤维应具有相同的基团活相似的极性,常见纤维与粘着剂的化学结构特点;
2.棉、麻、粘胶纱上浆时,可选择淀粉类(包括变性淀粉),完全醇解PDA,CMC等含有羟基的浆料;
3.醋酯纱,涤纶纱上浆时,可选聚丙烯酸酯类等含有酯基的浆料;
4.涤棉混纺纱上浆时,可选完全醇解PDA,CMC等含有羟基的浆料和部分醇解PDA,聚丙烯酸酯类等含有酯基的浆料,变性淀粉可部分替代PDA。
浆纱,英文:warp sizing在经纱上施加浆料以提高其可织性的工艺过程。可织性是指经纱在织机上能承受经停片、综、筘等的反复摩擦、拉伸、弯曲等作用而不致大量起毛甚至断裂的性能。未上浆的单纱纤维互相抱合不牢,表面毛羽较多,难以织制。上浆后一部分浆液透入纤维之间,另一部分粘附在经纱表面。以浆液透入纤维之间为主的上浆称浸透性上浆,以浆液粘附在经纱表面为主的上浆称被覆性上浆。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征,在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

聚乙烯醇20-25kg,工业玉米淀粉1-10kg,尿素0.2-0.5kg,羧甲基纤维素0.8-1.2kg,辅料0.5-10kg,用水补全至1000kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织涤纶纱组合浆料,其特征在于:气温较低时增加抗静电剂1kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织涤纶纱组合浆料,其特征在于:辅料为聚丙烯酰胺。
