本发明公开了一种纺织纤维用油剂及其制备方法,该纺织纤维用油剂由10‑20份的烷基磷酸酯类、0.4‑0.8份的环氧乙烷、3‑5份的聚醚型季铵盐、10‑20份的十二烷基甜菜碱、4‑8份的聚醚型改性硅氧烷、10‑20份的低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、3‑8份的甘油和20‑30份的白油混合制备而成,配方体系中采用的烷基磷酸酯类的水溶性和抗静电效果良好。聚醚型季铵盐是阳离子型表面活性剂具有良好的杀菌性能,可以与阴离子型表面活性剂拼混使用,达到复配增加抗静电的作用。低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠为非离子表面活性剂,该物质可以吸附在纤维表面形成吸附层,使纤维与摩擦物体的表面距离增加,减少了纤维表面的摩擦,从而使静电易于消除,低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的毒性小,对织物的作用较温和。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂领域,特别涉及一种纺织纤维用油剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现代的纺织工艺中无论是天然纤维还是合成纤维在纺织的过程中都会出现静电问题,因此在纺织和织布过程中也需要用到油剂,以增进润滑、减少摩擦,提高可纺性能。
纺丝油剂可以调整纤维与纤维间、纤维与金属间摩擦系数,减少因摩擦产生的静电,使纤维具有良好的集束性、平滑性及分纤性,满足纤维后加工相关工序的需要。油剂主要由润湿剂、集束剂、平滑剂、乳化剂、抗静电剂及少量的柔软剂、消泡剂等组成。一般长丝油剂的主要作用是使上油后的纤维能顺利地进行卷绕,丝筒成型好,并在拉伸工序中减少毛丝、断头,保证正常拉伸。所以要求油剂必须具有良好的抗静电性和适度的润湿性及纤维抱合性、平滑性、耐高温性、低挥发性。近年来随着纺丝的高速化(3000-4000m/min),纤维的细旦化、功能化和绿色化的发展,对油剂性能提出了更高的要求。经过多年发展国产化纤油剂研制水平已有较大提高,具有自主知识产权的多个系列几十个品种。但我国化纤油剂与国外相比还有较大差距,原料单体品种少、合成技术落后、质量稳定性差、评价及应用手段的缺乏,总体技术水平落后于国外公司。如德国的双S公司、日本的竹本公司、松本公司等,占据了我国高端纺丝油剂的大部分市场。
目前的纺织纤维用油剂抗静电效果不足,且对纺织织物的品质的影响较大,因此急需要开发一种具有较好的抗静电效果且温和的纺织纤维用油剂。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种纺织纤维用油剂及其制备方法,该纺织纤维用油剂不仅具有较好的抗静电效果而且对织物的作用比较温和,本发明的内容如下:
本发明提供了一种纺织纤维用油剂,其技术点在于:以重量份计,所述的纺织纤维用油剂由10-20重量份的烷基磷酸酯类、0.4-0.8重量份的环氧乙烷、3-5重量份的聚醚型季铵盐、10-20重量份的十二烷基甜菜碱、4-8重量份的聚醚型改性硅氧烷、10-20重量份的低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、3-8重量份的甘油和20-30重量份的白油混合制备而成。
在本发明的有的实施例中,所述烷基磷酸酯类选自分子中具有碳原子数12-22的烷基的烷基磷酸酯及其盐中的至少一种,酸值为0.01-80KOHmg/g。
在本发明的有的实施例中,所述聚醚型季铵盐pH值为5.5-7.5,所述聚醚型季铵盐粘度为8000-16000mPa·S/25℃,所述聚醚型季铵盐固含为9.0-10.5wt%。
在本发明的有的实施例中,所述十二烷基甜菜碱的pH值为5.5-6.5,所述十二烷基甜菜碱中游离胺含量≤0.10wt%,所述十二烷基甜菜碱的固含为35-50wt%。
在本发明的有的实施例中,所述聚醚型改性硅氧烷粘度为20-40mPa·S/25℃,所述聚醚型改性硅氧烷比重为1-1.5/25℃。
在本发明的有的实施例中,所述低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的活性物质含量为60-70wt%,所述低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的含水量为10-15wt%,所述低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的pH值为7.5-9。
本发明还提供了一种纺织纤维用油剂的制备方法,其技术点在于:所述纺织纤维用油剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将白油、烷基磷酸酯类、环氧乙烷和聚醚型季铵盐及甘油混合均,加热至40-60℃,搅拌分散均匀;
步骤二:同时将十二烷基甜菜碱、聚醚型改性硅氧烷和低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,加热至60-80℃,搅拌分散均匀;
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二的产物混合,分散均匀,降至室温后,即得所述的纺织纤维用油剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的一种纺织纤维用油剂的配方体系中采用的烷基磷酸酯类的水溶性和抗静电效果良好,起泡性小,具有良好的耐热性、耐酸碱性能。聚醚型季铵盐是阳离子型表面活性剂,其具有耐洗性较好、柔软性和平滑性优良等优点,其还有良好的杀菌性能,可以与阴离子型表面活性剂拼混使用,达到复配增加抗静电的作用。低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠为非离子表面活性剂,该物质可以吸附在纤维表面形成吸附层,使纤维与摩擦物体的表面距离增加,减少了纤维表面的摩擦,使起电量降低,低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠中的羟基和氧乙烯基能与水形成氢键,增加了纤维的吸湿,提高含水量而降低了纤维表面电阻,从而使静电易于消除,低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的毒性小,对织物的作用较温和。本发明的配方体系还辅以其他表面活性剂以增加纺织纤维用油剂的抗静电作用。

实施例1
一种纺织纤维用油剂由15重量份的烷基磷酸酯类、0.6重量份的环氧乙烷、4重量份的聚醚型季铵盐、15重量份的十二烷基甜菜碱、6重量份的聚醚型改性硅氧烷、15重量份的低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、5.5重量份的甘油和25重量份的白油混合制备而成。
其中,所使用的烷基磷酸酯类选自分子中具有碳原子数17的烷基的烷基磷酸酯及其盐中的至少一种,酸值为40KOHmg/g。
其中,所使用的聚醚型季铵盐pH值为6.5,所述聚醚型季铵盐粘度为12000mPa·S/25℃,所述聚醚型季铵盐固含为10wt%。
其中,所使用的十二烷基甜菜碱的pH值为6,所述十二烷基甜菜碱中游离胺含量0.08wt%,所述十二烷基甜菜碱的固含为42.5wt%。

一种纺织纤维用油剂由10重量份的烷基磷酸酯类、0.4重量份的环氧乙烷、3重量份的聚醚型季铵盐、10重量份的十二烷基甜菜碱、4-8重量份的聚醚型改性硅氧烷、10重量份的低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、3重量份的甘油和30重量份的白油混合制备而成。

一种纺织纤维用油剂由20重量份的烷基磷酸酯类、0.8重量份的环氧乙烷、5重量份的聚醚型季铵盐、20重量份的十二烷基甜菜碱、8重量份的聚醚型改性硅氧烷、20重量份的低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、8重量份的甘油和20重量份的白油混合制备而成。
其中,所使用的烷基磷酸酯类选自分子中具有碳原子数22的烷基的烷基磷酸酯及其盐中的至少一种,酸值为80KOHmg/g。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织纤维用油剂,其特征在于:所述低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的活性物质含量为60-70wt%,所述低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的含水量为10-15wt%,所述低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的pH值为7.5-9。
7.一种纺织纤维用油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纺织纤维用油剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将白油、烷基磷酸酯类、环氧乙烷和聚醚型季铵盐及甘油混合均,加热至40-60℃,搅拌分散均匀;
步骤二:同时将十二烷基甜菜碱、聚醚型改性硅氧烷和低聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,加热至60-80℃,搅拌分散均匀;
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二的产物混合,分散均匀,降至室温后,即得所述的纺织纤维用油剂。
