Description

Method for culturing seeds of fragrant fruit trees
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fragrant fruit tree cultivation, in particular to a fragrant fruit tree seed cultivation method.
Background
The myrtle is a single species peculiar to China, only comprises one myrtle tree, a known natural distribution area is only in China, is mainly distributed in a subtropical Yangtze river basin and a southwest area, only a few populations are expanded to a northern slope of the Qinling mountain, namely the south-most side of a northern temperate zone, is adjacent to the subtropical area, and belongs to a national secondary protection plant. The Syzygium aromaticum tree is a deciduous tree in the genus of Syzygium of Rubiaceae, has a height of 30m, and has a grey brown bark and a flaky shape; the small branches are thick and strong with skin holes, the leaves are paper or leather, the leaves are oblong, oval or oval, the upper surface has no hair or is dredged by rough hair, the lower surface is pale, the supporting leaves are large, the triangle oval is shaped, and the conical umbelliform rosette grows; flower fragrance, nearly circular cleft, white, light red or yellowish metamorphic leafy calyx cleft, funnel-shaped corolla, white or yellow, and filigree villi. The capsule is long round oval or nearly fusiform, has a length of 3-5 cm and a diameter of 1-1.5 cm, and has no hair or short soft hair and longitudinal and fine edges; the seeds are most small and have wide wings, the flowering period is 6-8 months, and the fruit period is 8-11 months. The bark and root of the myrtle can be used as a medicine, and has the effects of neutralizing the stomach by dampness, lowering the adverse flow of qi and preventing vomiting.
The sweet trees prefer mild or cool climate and moist fertile soil, and are usually scattered in evergreen broad-leaved forests mainly comprising fagaceae or grown in evergreen deciduous broad-leaved mixed forests. The age of the first flowering of the fragrant fruit tree is larger, the age of the first flowering fragrant fruit tree observed in the field is over 20 years old, and the flowering of the fragrant fruit tree has a longer interval, usually 2-4 years; the seed of the fragrant fruit tree has long germination period, low germination rate of only 10-20%, strict germination conditions, strict requirements on temperature, illumination, humidity and the like, and the seed cannot germinate after only one year of vitality due to less nutrient components stored in the seed. S3: white culture: spreading fine sand on a plurality of layers of porous gauze, scattering the nutritional seeds S2 on the fine sand, turning over regularly and spraying water to obtain the lubai Xiangguo tree seeds;
the porous gauze and the fine sand are both soaked with a germination accelerating solution, and the germination accelerating solution is a cyanamide aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 0.03%.
The temperature of the white exposure culture is 28 ℃, the humidity is 80%, the illumination intensity is 1900Lx, and the illumination time is 6 h/day.
S4: germination culture: and (4) inoculating the lubai Xiangguo tree seeds in the S3 into soil to obtain seedlings.
The germination conditions of the myrtle seeds and the nutrient components of the myrtle seeds provided in the above examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were respectively detected, and the results were as follows:
(1) And (3) germination period: the germination cycles of the seeds of the myrtle trees cultivated in examples 1 to 5 were 9 days, 7 days, 9 days, 8 days and 9 days, respectively, while the germination cycles of the seeds of the myrtle trees cultivated in comparative examples 1 to 3 were 20 days, 16 days and 17 days, respectively.
(2) The germination rate is as follows: the germination rates of the seeds of the myrtle trees cultivated in examples 1 to 5 were 97.5%, 98.2%, 96.2%, 95.4% and 93.1%, respectively, while the germination rates of the seeds of the myrtle trees cultivated in comparative examples 1 to 3 were 71.4%, 82.6% and 83.1%, respectively.
(3) And (3) detecting nutrient components: the seeds of the kouma tree cultivated in comparative example 1 were not subjected to nutrient treatment, and the vitamin a, vitamin B1 and B2, vitamin C, phosphorus, calcium, iron and moisture contents in the seeds were 4 μ g, 0.01mg, 0.03mg, 2.8mg, 90mg, 17mg, 2.0mg and 40%, respectively, whereas the nutritional ingredients of the seeds of the kouma tree cultivated in examples 1 to 5 were similar, and the seeds of the kouma tree were 5.1 μ g, 0.03mg, 0.06mg, 4.5mg, 103mg, 20mg, 3.8mg and 55%, respectively, in the example 3 alone.
In conclusion, the method for culturing the fragrant fruit tree seeds effectively improves the nutrient components stored in the fragrant fruit tree seeds, thereby further shortening the germination period of the fragrant fruit tree seeds and improving the germination rate of the fragrant fruit tree seeds, and compared with comparative examples 1-3, the method for culturing the fragrant fruit tree seeds in examples 1-5 has the germination period as short as one week and the germination rate is as high as 98.2%; compared with comparative example 2, the content of vitamin a, vitamins B1 and B2, vitamin C, phosphorus, calcium, iron and moisture in the myrtle seeds cultured in examples 1 to 5 were 5.1 μ g, 0.03mg, 0.06mg, 4.5mg, 103mg, 20mg, 3.8mg and 55%, respectively; the invention has obvious effects of improving the nutrient content in the seeds of the fragrant fruit trees, shortening the germination period and improving the germination rate.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
