一种显示基板及其制作方法、显示装置。在平行于显示基板的平面内,所述显示基板包括多个子像素,至少一个子像素包括像素驱动电路和连接所述像素驱动电路的发光器件,所述像素驱动电路至少包括存储电容、驱动晶体管和至少一个开关晶体管;在垂直于显示基板的平面内,所述显示基板包括半导体层和多个导电层;所述驱动晶体管的栅电极与至少一个开关晶体管的栅电极分别设置在不同的导电层。
