In conclusion, the preparation method of the algae activity high-efficiency crude oil degradation agent comprises the steps of putting the honeycomb basket algae into a glass container, mashing the basket algae with a glass rod, washing with normal saline water, and repeatedly washing for three times for later use, so that wet algae are obtained; weighing wet algae 1g, adding KH with concentration of 1/15M 2 PO 4 -Na 2 HPO 4 25ml buffer (pH7.2), shaking to obtain mixture of Phoenix punctatus, and adding 25ml KH 1/15M 1g wet algae 2 PO 4 -Na 2 HPO 4 Buffer (pH7.2), both increase at the same ratio;
then, taking the livestock bones, soaking in clear water, heating the water until bubbles are generated, removing the floating foam, taking out the livestock bones, drying in a drying device, and then breaking and grinding the livestock bones to obtain bone powder; taking the bone meal into a mixing device, adding lactic acid bacteria, saccharomycetes and photosynthetic bacteria into the mixing device, mixing and stirring, and obtaining mixed bone meal after uniformly stirring;
finally, placing the chlorella liquid in a stirring device, adding the pit shaped basket algae mixed liquid, stirring, adding the mixed bone powder after uniformly stirring, and continuously stirring until the three are fully and uniformly mixed to obtain the algae active high-efficiency crude oil degradation agent;
the preparation method of the algae active high-efficiency crude oil degradation agent comprises the steps that the chlorella liquid contains balanced nutrition of various mineral substances, vitamins, cellulose, folic acid, nucleic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, various mineral substances, vitamins and the like, the degradation agent can provide enough nutrients for soil after entering the soil, the microorganisms in the chlorella mixed liquid can survive and absorb the nutrients, the increase of the number of the microorganisms can loosen the soil and increase the contact area with the outside, the natural evaporation of the crude oil in the soil can be increased, meanwhile, the microorganisms need grease as food for survival, the content of the crude oil in the soil can be reduced, the microorganisms in the chlorella can release a large amount of oxygen in proliferation so as to supply the microorganisms in the chlorella mixed liquid for survival, meanwhile, the oxygen can be provided for plant growth, the oxygen required for plant growth can be avoided being deprived while the oil concentration of the soil is degraded, meanwhile, the mixed bone powder is also mixed into the soil, which is beneficial to improving the air permeability of the soil and providing nutrients for the growth of plants.
