Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐组合物,所述抑菌防腐组合物包括以下质量份数的成分:苯甲酸及其盐类化合物25~35质量份;葡萄糖内酯25~35质量份;伞花烃溶液25~35质量份;磷酸盐类化合物5‑15质量份。本发明提供的抑菌防腐组合物可用于宠物口腔清洁产品中,明显提高产品的抑菌防腐性能。按照CTFA方法测试防腐性能优秀,可以长时间抑制细菌和霉菌生长,而且抑菌性能效果显著,作用时间5min对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌的抑菌率在90%以上,可在短时间杀灭细菌真菌,快速灭菌。

技术领域
本发明涉及抑菌防腐体系,尤其涉及一种用于宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐组合物及其应用。
背景技术
市面上的宠物口腔清洁产品主要有宠物洁齿水、宠物牙膏,均属于宠物护理品类,而非宠物主粮或者零食。宠物口腔清洁产品进入口腔后通常会被宠物直接吃下去,因此,宠物口腔清洁产品必须具有无毒性、满足食用安全性等要求,即LD50至少达到无毒级。
另外,宠物口腔清洁产品大多含有较高的水分,要具备较长的保质期,且在开封后也能具备一定时长的保质期,这使得产品必须具有较好的防腐能力。
因此,宠物口腔清洁产品在满足宠物产品基础性能和抑菌能力的前提下,还要具备较高的安全性,这就要求产品在抑菌防腐体系的选择上要尽量选择植物来源、低毒原材料,以保证宠物食用的安全性,但本申请发明人发现:现有技术中宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐体系的抑菌防腐性能较差且安全性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防腐性能好,安全无毒的用于宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐组合物及其应用,解决了现有技术中宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐体系的抑菌防腐性能较差而且安全性较差的技术问题,实现了安全性好、有效抑菌、防腐效果好的技术效果。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:

本发明中,所述的苯甲酸及其盐类化合物为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠或两者的混合,优选为苯甲酸钠。
所述伞花烃溶液为o-伞花烃-5-醇的质量浓度为5~15%(优选质量浓度10%)的水溶性溶液,所述溶液中的溶剂为水、多元醇和增溶剂的混合,优选所述伞花烃溶液由以下质量分数的组分组成:o-伞花烃-5-醇10%,水5%,增溶剂45%,丁二醇40%。
所述增溶剂为氢化蓖麻油类增溶剂,更优选为CO60。
所述磷酸盐类化合物为植酸钠、焦磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠中的任意一种或两种以上的混合,优选植酸钠或焦磷酸。
本发明还提供将所述的抑菌防腐组合物在宠物口腔清洁产品中的应用,所述的宠物口腔清洁产品包括但不限于宠物洁齿水、宠物牙膏、宠物口臭泡沫等,只要是用于宠物口腔清洁的产品均可使用。
将抑菌防腐组合物用于宠物口腔清洁产品中时,抑菌防腐组合物的质量浓度通常为宠物口腔清洁产品质量的1~3wt%,优选1.5-2.5wt%。
抑菌防腐组合物可适用于pH值4.0-6.5的宠物口腔清洁产品体系。
本申请提供的技术方案总体思路如下:
本发明利用4种高安全性原料复配,研制了一种抑菌能力强、防腐性能优秀、安全性好的防腐抑菌组合物及其应用体系,可运用于宠物口腔清洁产品。
本发明中,通常苯甲酸及其盐类化合物在饲料添加剂目录,可运用于动物饲料中,在产品中起到防腐作用,但是其对产品体系的pH值要求比较高,pH高于4时,防腐能力明显下降;而宠物口腔环境的pH值为弱碱性,如果宠物口腔清洁产品的pH值太低会引起宠物口腔不适,故要求产品pH值不能太低,按照人的口腔产品要求,pH要求在4.5-10,但是低于5.5时,要求说明产品对牙釉质没有伤害。因此,如果直接单独将苯甲酸或苯甲酸钠作为防腐剂,在pH4.0以上的体系中,防腐能力会明显下降。本申请通过多种材料的复配,葡萄糖内酯、植酸钠的螯合作用,提高了苯甲酸或苯甲酸钠的适用体系pH值,在pH4.0以上仍然能有较好的防腐能力。本申请的抑菌防腐组合物在pH值4.0-6.5都表现出优秀的防腐抑菌能力。
葡萄糖内酯在食品上作为豆腐凝固剂;伞花烃具有一定的防腐能力,但是抑菌性能差,最低抑菌浓度高;植酸钠在口腔产品中通常备用作美白剂,不存在抑菌防腐能力。
而本发明将四种原料搭配组合后用于产品中,可明显提高产品的抑菌防腐性能,而且原料都是食品级原料,安全性很好。防腐性能按照CTFA方法测试,结果为优良,可以长时间抑制细菌和霉菌生长,而且抑菌性能效果显著,作用时间5min对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌的抑菌率在90%以上,可在短时间杀灭细菌真菌,快速灭菌。
因此,本发明提供的抑菌防腐组合物安全性好,抑菌性强,可长时间抑制细菌和霉菌生长,有效解决了现有技术中宠物口腔清洁产品中抑菌防腐体系的安全性较差和抑菌防腐效果较差的技术问题。

实施例1
取四种原料分别按照表1的配比,混匀后按照表1的添加量加入宠物洁齿水中,然后测试抑菌性能和防腐性能。
以普适性的菌为代表,金黄色葡萄球菌为革兰氏阳性菌,大肠杆菌为革兰氏阴性菌,白色念球菌为真菌来说明产品的抑菌性能。参考《QBT 2738-2012日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》7.3抑菌性日化产品的抑菌效果检验方法(悬液定量法),作用时间5min,所得结果见表2。
按照CTFA的重复三次加菌42天的微生物挑战试验方法测试防腐性能,所得结果见表2中的防腐性能测试,实验1和对照1的防腐测试具体数据见表3。
宠物洁齿水由以下质量百分份数的组分组成:
茶提取物0.5%、三氯蔗糖0.03%、赤藓醇2.0%、清凉剂0.01%、抑菌组合物的用量百分比见表1,余量为水。pH值为4.0-4.5。
伞花烃溶液的成分为(质量分数%):o-伞花烃-5-醇10%,水5%,增溶剂CO6045%,丁二醇40%。

表2中防腐性能测试评价标准:
(1)防腐效果优良(W):即三次加菌后,在每次加菌后的第14天时,存活菌量减少至不高于起始浓度的0.01%,通过测试。
(2)防腐效果尚可(M):即三次加菌后,在每次加菌后的第14天时,存活菌量减少至不高于起始浓度的0.1%,通过测试。
(3)防腐效果差(P):即三次加菌后,在每次加菌后的第14天时,样品中存活菌量高于起始浓度的0.1%,不通过测试。
表2结果表明,苯甲酸钠和伞花烃协同作用,抑菌效果比单独使用显著提高。而葡萄糖内酯和植酸钠协同作用,提高了苯甲酸钠的适用pH值,在pH值4~4.5的洁齿水中也有非常好的抑菌性能。
而且测试的作用时间为5min,在5min内抑菌性能可达到99%以上,表明可达到快速灭菌,短时间对微生物生长进行抑制和杀灭。
实验1和对照1两组的洁齿水防腐性能测试的具体数据见表3。

表3结果表明,葡萄糖内酯、植酸钠的螯合作用对苯甲酸钠和伞花烃的防腐性能有重要加成作用,如果没有葡萄糖内酯、植酸钠,难以长时间抑制细菌和霉菌生长。

Claims (10)
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐组合物,其特征在于,所述的苯甲酸及其盐类化合物为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠或两者的混合。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的用于宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐组合物,其特征在于,所述伞花烃溶液为o-伞花烃-5-醇的质量浓度为5~15%的水溶性溶液,且所述溶液中的溶剂为水、多元醇和增溶剂的混合。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐组合物,其特征在于,所述伞花烃溶液由以下质量分数的组分组成:o-伞花烃-5-醇10%,水5%,增溶剂45%,丁二醇40%。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的用于宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐组合物,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为氢化蓖麻油类增溶剂。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的用于宠物口腔清洁产品的抑菌防腐组合物,其特征在于,所述磷酸盐类化合物为植酸钠、焦磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠中的任意一种或两种以上的混合。
8.如权利要求1~7之一所述的抑菌防腐组合物在宠物口腔清洁产品中的应用。
9.如权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述抑菌防腐组合物的质量浓度为宠物口腔清洁产品质量的1~3wt%。
10.如权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,宠物口腔清洁产品的pH值为4.0-6.5。
