Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfectant preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an iodic acid mixed solution disinfectant using phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, iodide, iodine, a chelating agent and medium-short chain saturated fatty acid as components and application of the disinfectant in live pig breeding house disinfection.
[ background ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
In order to reduce the huge economic loss caused by diseases, simultaneously continuously improve the overall level of the domestic pig breeding industry and effectively and fully prevent and control the occurrence and the spread of the diseases in the breeding process, the invention prepares the special disinfectant for preventing and controlling the foot-and-mouth disease of the live pigs and the African swine fever diseases.
The disinfection work is one of the important links for preventing and controlling various epidemic diseases and is a main means for cutting off the propagation of pathogenic microorganisms. The disinfectant can kill various pathogens, reduce environmental pollution, cut off transmission path, and play an important role in preventing the occurrence and spread of diseases. Along with the gradual improvement of the understanding of people on the importance of disinfection, the use of disinfection medicines is more and more extensive in practical work.
The disinfectant accounts for a large proportion of various breeding medicines, and accounts for more than one third of the total yield.
The disinfectant used for disinfecting pig farms is various in types, and can be classified into aldehydes, halogens, iodides, alkalies, peroxides, phenols, quaternary ammonium salts and alcohols according to different components, and the disinfecting effects of the disinfectants are different. The selection of a reasonably effective disinfectant becomes one of the key factors for the success or failure of disinfection. The iodine-containing disinfectant is a practical non-toxic disinfectant, has no irritation to skin and mucous membrane, has special iodine odor, is volatile, has quick action time and good virus killing effect.
The iodic acid solution is a strong acid disinfectant with excellent disinfection effect in iodine-containing disinfectants, the main component of the strong acid disinfectant is iodine, and the strong acid disinfectant is a dark brown liquid which is a water solution prepared from inorganic substances such as iodine, iodide, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and the like and organic substances according to a certain proportion.
Wangyu et al (CN103222476A) invented a phosphoric acid solution disinfectant for sterilizing aquaculture, which uses aqueous solution prepared from iodine, potassium iodide, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether and polyvinylpyrrolidone, etc., and is specially used for killing pathogens in water and on the surfaces of cultured animals. Zhang Weiyuan, et al (CN102626105A) invented an iodic acid disinfectant, which is an aqueous solution prepared from iodine, potassium iodide, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, anhydrous ethanol, sodium dodecyl sulfate, etc., and is specially used for disinfection of surgical operation parts, livestock and poultry houses, livestock and poultry product processing places and appliances. Xuqiqing, et al (CN106937646A) invented the preparation method of mixed solution of iodic acid, which is prepared from phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, iodine, iodide, hydrogen peroxide, cyclic group tertiary amine compound as stabilizer and octanol polyoxyethylene ether as emulsifier. The stabilizer is added in the preparation reaction process, so that the stability of the prepared iodic acid mixed solution can be effectively improved. Liu Ji et al (CN106376560A) invented a charged foam iodic acid disinfectant, which is also an aqueous solution prepared from iodine, potassium iodide, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, anhydrous ethanol, betaine as a foaming agent and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether as surfactants. Chinese patent CN105557752A discloses a salicylic acid iodine foam type disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, and Chinese patent CN105660622A discloses a citric acid iodine foam type disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the foam type disinfectant is prepared from iodine, potassium iodide, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, an organic acid and a solvent.
Although a plurality of iodic acid solution disinfectants are developed in China, the disinfectant has the defect of unstable product quality, and the preparation process of the current iodic acid solution disinfectants is mainly characterized in that iodine is not completely stabilized in a prepared system, so that the iodine is extremely volatile under the condition of strong acid, and the content of effective iodine is reduced.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention provides an iodic acid mixed solution disinfectant, a preparation method and application thereof in live pig colony house disinfection, and aims to solve the problems of unstable disinfection effect and the like in the conventional iodic acid mixed solution disinfectant.
