本发明涉及建筑保温装饰板材的技术领域，具体涉及一种保温装饰一体板及其构成的保温墙面。
背景技术
现有的保温装饰一体板，多包含金属框架，以方便固定，重量较大。如何避免采用金属框架固定，提供一种安装便捷的保温装饰一体板，是本领域要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过一种保温装饰一体板及其构成的保温墙面。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的一种安装便捷的保温装饰一体板，包括呈矩形，其包括：底板、保温板、装饰板，还包括中间板和多个扣件，所述装饰板、中间板、保温板和底板依次叠层粘接，构成坯板；所述扣件包括平板部和连接在该平板部边缘的折边部；所述扣件的平板部固定在所述装饰板与中间板之间；所述折边部设于所述坯板的边缘，所述折边部上设有安装孔。
为提升相邻板材间的连接强度，所述中间板和底板上分布有呈喇叭形的通孔，部分喇叭形的通孔朝向所述中间板和底板的外侧，剩余喇叭形的通孔的朝向相反；在所述中间板和底板表面涂覆或浸胶水时，各喇叭形的通孔内充填有胶水。喇叭形的通孔起到类似于倒刺的作用，朝向相反的多个喇叭形的通孔，起到双向倒刺的作用，大幅提升结合力，避免脱胶。
为了保护各层板材的侧面，所述坯板的四周包覆有防护条，该防护条整体覆盖所述坯板的侧边；所述扣件的折边部处于相应防护条的外侧。

本发明的有益效果：（1）本申请的一体板采用的扣件的平板部固定在所述装饰板与中间板之间，分别在现场将扣件的折边部通过L型连接件固定在墙面上的金属架上，安装便捷。（2）在所述中间板和底板上设置喇叭形的通孔。喇叭形的通孔起到类似于倒刺的作用，朝向相反的多个喇叭形的通孔，起到双向倒刺的作用，大幅提升结合力，避免脱胶。（3）所述装饰板和/或中间板上设有与所述扣件的平板部粘接配合的凹槽，以利于固定所述扣件；同时使所述装饰板与中间板的相邻面贴合，增加二者的粘接效果。

如图1-5，本实施例的一种保温装饰一体板，包括底板3、保温板1、装饰板2，还包括中间板4和多个扣件5，所述装饰板2、中间板4、保温板1和底板3的长宽尺寸相同且依次叠层粘接，构成坯板；所述扣件5包括平板部5-1和连接在该平板部边缘的折边部5-2；所述扣件5的平板部固定在所述装饰板2与中间板4之间；所述折边部设于所述坯板的边缘，所述折边部上设有安装孔。

1.一种保温装饰一体板，呈矩形，其包括：底板（3）、保温板（1）、装饰板（2），其特征在于：还包括中间板（4）和多个扣件（5），所述装饰板（2）、中间板（4）、保温板（1）和底板（3）依次叠层粘接，构成坯板；
所述扣件（5）包括平板部（5-1）和连接在该平板部边缘的折边部（5-2）；
所述扣件（5）的平板部（5-1）固定在所述装饰板（2）与中间板（4）之间；所述折边部（5-2）设于所述坯板的边缘，所述折边部（5-2）上设有安装孔；所述中间板（4）和底板（3）上分布有呈喇叭形的通孔（7），部分喇叭形的通孔（7）朝向所述中间板（4）和底板（3）的外侧，剩余喇叭形的通孔（7）的朝向相反；在所述中间板（4）和底板（3）表面涂覆或浸胶水时，各喇叭形的通孔内充填有胶水；
所述扣件（5）的折边部（5-2）上设有一对平行、纵向分布的小腰形孔（5-20），以及设于该对小腰形孔一侧的大腰形孔（5-21），L型连接件（8）的第一折边上的一对安装孔与所述折边部上的一对小腰形孔（5-20）通过螺栓固定连接，L型连接件的第二折边上设有腰形孔；
所述大腰形孔（5-21）所在的折边向外翻折，并与所述小腰形孔（5-20）所在的折边分离；该保温装饰一体板还包括多个搭接件（9），搭接件（9）与扣件（5）一一对称设置在所述坯板的两侧，所述搭接件（9）的主体部（9-1）设于装饰板（2）与中间板（4）之间；所述主体部（9-1）的外端连接有延伸部（9-2），该延伸部（9-2）设于所述坯板的边缘，该延伸部（9-2）上设有安装孔；在墙面上安装所述保温装饰一体板时，相邻的搭接件（9）与扣件（5）连接，也即所述延伸部（9-2）上的安装孔与扣件（5）上的所述大腰形孔（5-21）通过螺栓连接；
所述扣件（5）的平板部上分布有通孔，所述装饰板（2）和/或中间板（4）上设有与所述扣件（5）的平板部粘接配合的凹槽，以使所述装饰板（2）与中间板（4）的相邻面贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：所述坯板的四周包覆有防护条（6），该防护条（6）整体覆盖所述坯板的侧边；所述扣件（5）的折边部（5-2）处于相应防护条（6）的外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：所述装饰板（2）包括柔石板；保温板（1）为真空绝热板。
4.一种由权利要求1-2之一所述的保温装饰一体板构成的保温墙面，其特征在于：两块所述保温装饰一体板相邻、对齐设置；所述扣件（5）的折边部通过L型连接件固定在墙面上的金属架上。
