本发明公开了一种抗菌无纺布四件套床上用品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:1)、原料配比采用40%天然粘胶纤维和60%涤纶纤维;2)、对原料开松、称重和混合搅拌;3)、进行棉网梳理形成均匀棉网;4)、水刺机进行高压水加压成型;5)、将环保抗菌溶剂A与水刺无纺布混合;6)、烘干成型后收卷;7)、裁切出无纺布半成品;8)、对半成品进行缝合制成抗菌四件套成品。本发明成品透气吸湿、亲肤细腻、手感顺滑。便携卫生、韧性好、具有持续抑菌功能,可以长效抑制常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌、及溶血性链球菌等常见细菌。材质安全环保、无荧光剂、生产过程短,降低了对资源的消耗,是新一代环保型家纺产品。

技术领域
本发明属于床上用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌无纺布四件套床上用品的制备方法。
背景技术
目前床上用品种类繁多,材质多以纯棉为主,无抗菌效果,若不及时清洗会滋生细菌,给生活和身体健康带来不利影响。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种抗菌无纺布四件套床上用品的制备方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一种抗菌无纺布四件套床上用品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
步骤1)、原料配比采用40%天然粘胶纤维和60%涤纶纤维;
步骤2)、将步骤1)中两种不同的纤维通过开松称重设备开散后,送入大仓混棉箱进行充分混合搅拌;
步骤3)、将混合均匀的原料通过管道送至梳理机进行棉网梳理,最终形成均匀棉网,输出的棉网经过铺网机交叉重叠,经牵伸机的调整最终形成高强度棉网;
步骤4)、将梳理好后的高强度棉网按照60m/min生产车速通过输送带输送至水刺机进行高压水加压成型,形成平均克重为65g/㎡的水刺无纺布;
步骤5)、将调配的环保抗菌溶剂A与步骤4)制得的水刺无纺布混合;
步骤6)、将步骤5)制得的水刺无纺布送入烘干机进行烘干成型,由收卷机完成无纺布的收卷;
步骤7)、根据不同的四件套规格,由分切机对步骤6)的水刺无纺布进行裁切,形成各规格四件套无纺布半成品;
步骤8)、将步骤7)制得的无纺布半成品进行缝合,最终制成不同规格的抗菌四件套成品。
优选的,所述步骤4)中水刺加压成型的顺序包括:高压水预湿,预湿水压为14bar;高压水预成型,预成型水压为:55bar+70bar;高压水成型,成型水压为100par+105par;高压水花纹定型,EF花纹定型水压为55par+50par。
优选的,所述步骤5)中所述环保抗菌溶剂A的用量为0.3-4%o.w.f。
优选的,所述步骤6)中烘干温度为110度,烘干时间为20秒。

本发明中的抗菌溶剂A主要成分是带有活性基团和有机氮结构的阳离子型高分子化合物,是一种非溶出型抗菌整理剂,克服了溶出型抗菌整理剂产生的耐药性等问题。其抗菌机理是带有正电荷或微弱正电场的抗菌溶剂A通过静电作用吸引负电荷的细菌,使细胞膜破裂,细胞内物质泄漏,从而导致细菌死亡。在商业宣传中有人称之为“物理抗菌”或“正电场抗菌”。
抗菌溶剂A带有的高活性反应基团,既与纤维上的-OH、-NH-等起反应,又自身交链。在纤维上形成不溶于水及一般有机溶剂的高分子膜,适用于棉、麻、丝、毛、粘纤等纤维织物的抗菌、防臭处理。
抗菌溶剂A的外观为淡黄色透明液体,无毒、对皮肤无刺激、无过敏反应,不燃、无味(稀释至10%水溶液),易溶于水和醇中,pH值6-7,比重1.02(20℃),可以与阳离子及非离子化合物混用。
通过超声波雾化的形式附着在无纺布表面使其具备长效抑菌的特性。工艺设计中,一般使整理后的织物含抗菌溶剂A0.3-4%,即每 100kg干燥织物吸附0.3kg至4kg的抗菌溶剂A;织物含抗菌溶剂A3-4%时,可以获得良好的耐洗涤性;对于耐洗涤要求不高的织物,建议采用低用量1-2%o.w.f;抗菌溶剂A的通常用量为0.3-4%o.w.f;具体用量根据被处理织物的品种和用途而确定。
实验数据举例(实验室条件下):
A.抗菌溶剂A用量0.3%o.w.f,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率达99%以上。
B.纯棉织物:抗菌溶剂A的用量3%o.w.f,标准洗涤20次后对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率达99%以上。
本发明成品透气吸湿、亲肤细腻、手感顺滑。便携卫生、韧性好、具有持续抑菌功能,可以长效抑制常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌、及溶血性链球菌等常见细菌。材质安全环保、无荧光剂、生产过程短,降低了对资源的消耗,是新一代环保型家纺产品。
Claims (4)
1.一种抗菌无纺布四件套床上用品的制备方法,其特征是它包括下述步骤:
步骤1)、原料配比采用40%天然粘胶纤维和60%涤纶纤维;
步骤2)、将步骤1)中两种不同的纤维通过开松称重设备开散后,送入大仓混棉箱进行充分混合搅拌;
步骤3)、将混合均匀的原料通过管道送至梳理机进行棉网梳理,最终形成均匀棉网,输出的棉网经过铺网机交叉重叠,经牵伸机的调整最终形成高强度棉网;
步骤4)、将梳理好后的高强度棉网按照60m/min生产车速通过输送带输送至水刺机进行高压水加压成型,形成平均克重为65g/㎡的水刺无纺布;
步骤5)、将调配的环保抗菌溶剂A与步骤4)制得的水刺无纺布混合;
步骤6)、将步骤5)制得的水刺无纺布送入烘干机进行烘干成型,由收卷机完成无纺布的收卷;
步骤7)、根据不同的四件套规格,由分切机对步骤6)的水刺无纺布进行裁切,形成各规格四件套无纺布半成品;
步骤8)、将步骤7)制得的无纺布半成品进行缝合,最终制成不同规格的抗菌四件套成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布四件套床上用品的制备方法,其特征是所述步骤4)中水刺加压成型的顺序包括:高压水预湿,预湿水压为14 bar;高压水预成型,预成型水压为:55bar+70bar;高压水成型,成型水压为100par+105par;高压水花纹定型,EF花纹定型水压为55par+50par。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布四件套床上用品的制备方法,其特征是所述步骤5)中所述环保抗菌溶剂A的用量为0.3-4%o.w.f。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布四件套床上用品的制备方法,其特征是所述步骤6)中烘干温度为110度,烘干时间为20秒。
