Abstract
本发明涉及钢铁等易生锈产品的表面防护技术领域,尤其涉及用于钢丝网等易损坏物品的浸塑液及其浸塑方法。浸塑液原料成分及其质量分数分别为:PVC掺混树脂25%‑30.5%;PVC糊树脂15%‑19%;增塑剂21%‑26%;钙锌稳定剂0.5%‑1%;消泡剂3%‑3.5%;降粘剂1%‑2.5%;纳米无机填料25%‑29%。浸塑方法为,将浸塑液原料在搅拌釜中水浴真空搅拌,得到浸塑液并恒温备用,而后将表面处理后的钢丝网在浸塑液中浸塑,浸塑好的钢丝网放置于油浴锅中油浴,自然冷却至室温即可得到高耐磨性的浸塑制品。浸塑制品的浸塑层具备高硬度、高耐磨性、低粘度的优良特性。

本发明涉及钢铁等易生锈产品的表面防护技术领域,尤其涉及用于钢丝网等易损坏物品的浸塑液及其浸塑方法。
背景技术
PVC作为一种常见的塑料,在生产生活中被广泛应用,常被应用在建筑材料、日用品、管材、金属器械、五金把手、绝缘材料、手工艺品和工具的保护部位等。因为PVC具有良好的耐腐蚀性、稳定性、抗磨性和绝缘性,且易加工成型,因此PVC浸塑液的研发对钢丝网等易损坏产品的防护具有重要意义。
公开号为N107603109B的专利公开了一种弹性体浸塑液及其制备方法,使用改性SBS和SEBS为原料,力学性能和环保性都优于聚氯乙烯浸塑液,但其成本较高,常用于贵重金属制品,适用范围不是很广。
公开号为CN104910553A的专利公开了一种麻面聚氯乙烯浸塑液及其制备方法,通过将增塑剂从有毒的DOP替换为无毒的TBC,降低了产品的毒性,提高了产品的环保性,但麻面的外观对产品的美观产生了负面影响。
公开为CN108102245A的专利公开了一种环保PVC浸塑液,其使用甘油,环保色浆,柠檬酸三棕榈酯等常规环保安全的原料制备,着色均匀,绿色环保,但其制备工艺复杂,工序繁多且添加原料成分也较为复杂。
公开号为CN110527213A的专利公开了一种壶铃浸塑液及其浸塑工艺,由于对该壶铃之前进行表面处理,其产品具有良好的附着性,成分中加入了抗氧化剂,其使用寿命有所增加,但其使用范围较为有限,仅能适用于壶铃类产品的表面浸塑。
公开号为CN108753055A的专利公开了一种耐老化衣架用浸塑液,由于在浸塑液中加入了磺酸改性醇酸树脂,复合材料间形成了稳定的三维交联网络,提高了材料的稳定性,但由于材料改性的过程使得加工过程变得复杂,交联的结构也增加了加工的难度,成本也有所上升。
公开号为CN103205068A的专利公开了一种抗静电浸塑制品及其制备方法,其在浸塑液中加入了分散剂与抗静电剂,降低了材料的电阻和提高了分布均匀性,但并不是所有应用场合都要求抗静电,因此限制了该专利的应用范围。
针对上述浸塑液的不足之处,本设计发明的钢丝网浸塑液及其浸塑工艺满足产品的加工要求,浸塑层具有良好包覆性,硬度很高,且具有一定的自润滑性,因此具有很高的耐磨性,可以承受长时间的磨损,很好地保护经其包覆的钢丝网。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚氯乙烯钢丝网浸塑液及其浸塑工艺,浸塑层可以很好地包覆在钢丝网表面,其较高的硬度和自润滑性可以保证浸塑层经过长时间的磨损而不损坏,有效延长了产品的使用寿命。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现发明目的:
一种是钢丝网浸塑液的制备工艺及其配方,具体步骤如下:
钢丝网浸塑液,其原料成分及其质量分数分别为:PVC掺混树脂25%-30.5%;PVC糊树脂15%-19%;增塑剂21%-26%;钙锌稳定剂0.5%-1%;消泡剂3%-3.5%;降粘剂1%-2.5%;纳米无机填料25%-29%。
所述的钢丝网浸塑液,其特征在于,所用PVC掺混树脂为SB-100或BJ65中的一种或两种的混合物,所用PVC糊树脂为PSL-31或PSM-31中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述的钢丝网浸塑液,其特征在于,所用纳米无机填料为纳米天然石墨粉。
钢丝网浸塑方法,包含如下步骤:
步骤一:将柠檬酸酯增塑剂、钙锌复合稳定剂、有机硅油消泡剂、芳香烃碳氢化合物加入搅拌釜中,在60-70℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌10-15min;
步骤二:将PVC掺混树脂,PVC糊树脂和纳米无机填料加入搅拌釜中,在60-70℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌50-60min,即得到浸塑液;
步骤三:将浸塑液预热至60-65℃恒温备用;
步骤四:钢丝网表面处理:钢丝网表面除锈打磨后,加入浓硝酸中钝化处理10-15min,用清水冲洗40s-60s备用;
步骤五:将步骤四中处理好的钢丝网加热至200-220℃,并将处理好的钢丝网置于步骤三中所制的浸塑液中浸塑30-40s;
步骤六:将步骤五中浸塑好的钢丝网放置于油浴锅中250℃油浴4-5min,自然冷却至室温即可得到高耐磨性的浸塑制品。
本发明的有益效果:
1、经由本浸塑液制成的浸塑层具有较高的硬度,且具有自润滑性,因此具有很高的耐磨性,可以承受较长时间的磨损,能长时间地有效保护产品;
2、本发明在制成后具有较低的黏度,有利于保障浸塑产品的表面质量和后续对加工装置的清洗。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明进行进一步说明:
实施案例1:钢丝网浸塑液,其原料成分及其质量分数分别为:PVC掺混树脂25%-31%;PVC糊树脂12%-20%;增塑剂20%-27%;钙锌稳定剂0.5%-2%;消泡剂3%-6%;降粘剂1%-3%;纳米无机填料25%-30%。
(1)按质量分数称取25%的PVC掺混树脂,其成分为SB-100;19%的PVC糊树脂,其成分为PSM-31;26%的增塑剂;1%的钙锌稳定剂;3%的消泡剂;1%的降粘剂;25%的纳米无机填料;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的对应量的增塑剂、钙锌复合稳定剂、消泡剂、降粘剂加入搅拌釜中,在70℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌10min;
(3)将步骤(1)中称取的PVC掺混树脂,PVC糊树脂和纳米无机填料加入搅拌釜中,在60℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌60min,即可得到所需的浸塑液,恒温60℃备用;
(4)钢丝网表面处理:钢丝网表面除锈打磨后,加入浓硝酸中钝化处理10min,用清水冲洗40s备用;
(5)将步骤(4)中处理好的钢丝网加热至200℃,浸塑30s;
(6)将步骤(5)中浸塑好的钢丝网放置于油浴锅中250℃油浴5min,自然冷却至室温即可得到浸塑制品,经邵氏A型硬度计测试,表面硬度为75HA,经摩擦系数测定实验测得试样间的动摩擦系数为0.4,自润滑性良好,经磨耗试验测得试样平均质量磨损量为每100转200mg,具有很高的耐磨性。
实施案例2:
(1)按质量分数称取30.5%的PVC掺混树脂,其成分为BJ65;16%的PVC糊树脂,其成分为PSL-31;21%的增塑剂;0.5%的钙锌稳定剂;3.5%的消泡剂;2.5%的降粘剂;26%的纳米无机填料;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的对应量的增塑剂、钙锌复合稳定剂、消泡剂、降粘剂加入搅拌釜中,在65℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌10min;
(3)将步骤(1)中称取的PVC掺混树脂,PVC糊树脂和纳米无机填料加入搅拌釜中,在65℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌60min,即可得到所需的浸塑液,恒温60℃备用;
(4)钢丝网表面处理:钢丝网表面除锈打磨后,加入浓硝酸中钝化处理12min,用清水冲洗50s备用;
(5)将步骤(4)中处理好的钢丝网加热至210℃,浸塑40s;
6)将步骤(5)中浸塑好的钢丝网放置于油浴锅中250℃油浴4min,自然冷却至室温即可得到浸塑制品,经邵氏A型硬度计测试,表面硬度为88HA,经摩擦系数测定实验测得试样间的动摩擦系数为0.44,自润滑性良好,经磨耗试验测得试样平均质量磨损量为每100转220mg,具有很高的耐磨性。
实施案例3:
(1)按质量分数称取28%的PVC掺混树脂,其成分为14%的SB-100与14%的BJ65;15%的PVC糊树脂,其成分为7.5%的PSM-31和7.5%的PSL-31;23%的增塑剂;0.5%的钙锌稳定剂;3%的消泡剂;1.5%的降粘剂;29%的纳米无机填料;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的对应量的增塑剂、钙锌复合稳定剂、消泡剂、降粘剂加入搅拌釜中,在60℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌15min;
(3)将步骤(1)中称取的PVC掺混树脂,PVC糊树脂和纳米无机填料加入搅拌釜中,在70℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌50min,即可得到所需的浸塑液,恒温65℃备用;
(4)钢丝网表面处理:钢丝网表面除锈打磨后,加入浓硝酸中钝化处理15min,用清水冲洗60s备用;
(5)将步骤(4)中处理好的钢丝网加热至220℃,浸塑30s;
(6)将步骤(5)中浸塑好的钢丝网放置于油浴锅中250℃油浴4min,自然冷却至室温即可得到浸塑制品,经邵氏A型硬度计测试,表面硬度为83HA,经摩擦系数测定实验测得试样间的动摩擦系数为0.36,自润滑性良好,经磨耗试验测得试样平均质量磨损量为每100转180mg,具有很高的耐磨性。

1.钢丝网浸塑液,其特征在于,其原料成分及其质量分数分别为:PVC掺混树脂25%-30.5%;PVC糊树脂15%-19%;增塑剂21%-26%;钙锌稳定剂0.5%-1%;消泡剂3%-3.5%;降粘剂1%-2.5%;纳米无机填料25%-29%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝网浸塑液,其特征在于,所用PVC掺混树脂为SB-100或BJ65中的一种或两种的混合物,所用PVC糊树脂为PSL-31或PSM-31中的一种或两种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝网浸塑液,其特征在于,所用纳米无机填料为纳米天然石墨粉。
4.采用如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的钢丝网浸塑液的钢丝网浸塑方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:
步骤一:将柠檬酸酯增塑剂、钙锌复合稳定剂、有机硅油消泡剂、芳香烃碳氢化合物加入搅拌釜中,在60-70℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌10-15min;
步骤二:将PVC掺混树脂,PVC糊树脂和纳米无机填料加入搅拌釜中,在60-70℃水浴下抽真空中速搅拌50-60min,即得到浸塑液;
步骤三:将浸塑液预热至60-65℃恒温备用;
步骤四:钢丝网表面处理:钢丝网表面除锈打磨后,加入浓硝酸中钝化处理10-15min,用清水冲洗40s-60s备用;
步骤五:将步骤四中处理好的钢丝网加热至200-220℃,并将处理好的钢丝网置于步骤三中所制的浸塑液中浸塑30-40s;
步骤六:将步骤五中浸塑好的钢丝网放置于油浴锅中250℃油浴4-5min,自然冷却至室温即可得到高耐磨性的浸塑制品。
