Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于电力金具防腐的耐磨损有机硅‑丙烯酸复合水性涂料及其制备方法,该涂料以有机硅‑丙烯酸弹性乳液作为成膜材料,不含有机溶剂,可形成高附着力和高弹性的膜层,同时制备了一种负载8‑羟基喹啉的介孔纳米二氧化硅粒子填料,其对金属材料表面有一定的防护效果,可降低金属表面的腐蚀速率,达到长效的防腐效果,加入的片状纳米石墨有显著的增强、润滑作用,不仅具有良好的防护效果,还能有效的提高膜层表面抗磨损冲击能力,防止运输过程中剥落,最终达到了稳定、长效、防腐防护效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力金具防腐漆技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于电力金具防腐的耐磨损有机硅-丙烯酸复合水性涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
金具是电力输送线路中起固定和支持作用的金属连接附件的统称,由于其多处于自然暴露状态,在使用过程中腐蚀情况时有发生,尤其是在一些较为恶劣的环境中锈蚀情况尤为严重,直接影响电网的安全,因此,采用有效的防腐保护措施至关重要。目前应用于电力金具的防腐使用较多的方法为热浸镀锌层防腐,但是这种方法生产过程污染严重,且得到的镀层偏薄,膜层厚度不均,在室外环境下防护效果不足,重镀性差。
有机硅树脂所形成的防护涂层具有优良的耐温性能、耐紫外线、耐水、耐候老化性能,尤其适合于室外环境使用,同时具有优异的电性能和重涂性,若将其应用于电力金具防护上将具有广阔的应用前景。然而单一的有机硅树脂不仅生产成本较高,且固化温度高、固化时间长,膜层附着力也较差,使用受到限制,在实际应用中常将其与其他树脂复合使用。《一种透明环氧改性有机硅树脂的制备与性能》一文制备的环氧改性有机硅树脂是一种将两者优点有效结合的优良产品,还实现了常温固化,以环氧改性有机硅树脂作为成膜材料,搭配其他助剂,可获得具有优良防腐效果的涂料,然而在配制过程中需要使用有机溶剂,对环境有较大的危害。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于电力金具防腐的耐磨损有机硅-丙烯酸复合水性涂料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于电力金具防腐的耐磨损有机硅-丙烯酸复合水性涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅-丙烯酸弹性乳液30-40、正硅酸乙酯2-3、8-羟基喹啉0.4-0.5、无水乙醇12-15、片状纳米石墨0.5-1、十二碳醇酯1-2、消泡剂0.1-0.2、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.2、5mol/L氨水溶液3-5、水10-15。
所述的一种用于电力金具防腐的耐磨损有机硅-丙烯酸复合水性涂料的制备方法为:
(1)先将无水乙醇投入反应釜中,随后加入正硅酸乙酯、8-羟基喹啉,开启搅拌装置,共混10-15h后加入氨水,并在搅拌状态下水解反应12-25h,反应结束后体系抽滤,所得产物经洗涤、干燥后备用;
(2)先将水投入反应罐中,开启搅拌装置,转速为300-500转/min,依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠、片状纳米石墨,搅拌混合1-2h,使其均匀分散后加入有机硅-丙烯酸弹性乳液,继续搅拌混合30-40min,最后加入步骤(1)所得物料及其它剩余物料,搅拌40-50min后经粘度调节、包装,即得。
本发明制备的电力金具防腐用涂料以有机硅-丙烯酸弹性乳液作为成膜材料,不含有机溶剂,可形成高附着力和高弹性的膜层,同时制备了一种负载8-羟基喹啉的介孔纳米二氧化硅粒子填料,其对金属材料表面有一定的防护效果,可降低金属表面的腐蚀速率,达到长效的防腐效果,加入的片状纳米石墨有显著的增强、润滑作用,不仅具有良好的防护效果,还能有效的提高膜层表面抗磨损冲击能力,防止运输过程中剥落,最终达到了稳定、长效、防腐防护效果。
具体实施方式
一种用于电力金具防腐的耐磨损有机硅丙烯酸复合水性涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅-丙烯酸弹性乳液30、正硅酸乙酯2、8-羟基喹啉0.4、无水乙醇12、片状纳米石墨0.5、十二碳醇酯1、消泡剂0.1、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1、5mol/L氨水溶液3、水10。
该涂料的制备方法为:
(1)先将无水乙醇投入反应釜中,随后加入正硅酸乙酯、8-羟基喹啉,开启搅拌装置,共混10h后加入氨水,并在搅拌状态下水解反应12h,反应结束后体系抽滤,所得产物经洗涤、干燥后备用;
(2)先将水投入反应罐中,开启搅拌装置,转速为300转/min,依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠、片状纳米石墨,搅拌混合1h,使其均匀分散后加入有机硅-丙烯酸弹性乳液,继续搅拌混合30min,最后加入步骤(1)所得物料及其它剩余物料,搅拌40min后经粘度调节、包装,即得。
制备的涂料根据相关标准进行性能测试,测试结果如下:

1.一种用于电力金具防腐的耐磨损有机硅-丙烯酸复合水性涂料,其特征在于,该涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅-丙烯酸弹性乳液30-40、正硅酸乙酯2-3、8-羟基喹啉0.4-0.5、无水乙醇12-15、片状纳米石墨0.5-1、十二碳醇酯1-2、消泡剂0.1-0.2、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.2、5mol/L氨水溶液3-5、水10-15。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于电力金具防腐的耐磨损有机硅-丙烯酸复合水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法为:
(1)先将无水乙醇投入反应釜中,随后加入正硅酸乙酯、8-羟基喹啉,开启搅拌装置,共混10-15h后加入氨水,并在搅拌状态下水解反应12-25h,反应结束后体系抽滤,所得产物经洗涤、干燥后备用;
(2)先将水投入反应罐中,开启搅拌装置,转速为300-500转/min,依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠、片状纳米石墨,搅拌混合1-2h,使其均匀分散后加入有机硅-丙烯酸弹性乳液,继续搅拌混合30-40min,最后加入步骤(1)所得物料及其它剩余物料,搅拌40-50min后经粘度调节、包装,即得。
