A preparation method of a moisturizing and skin-sticking makeup-holding foundation lotion is used for the moisturizing and skin-sticking makeup-holding foundation lotion and comprises the following steps:
premixing the component C: weighing the raw materials required by the component C according to the weight percentage, and uniformly mixing;
premixing the component E: weighing the raw materials required by the component E according to the weight percentage, and uniformly mixing;
the component A is added: weighing the raw materials required by the component A according to the weight percentage, adding the raw materials into an emulsifying pot, heating, and stirring until the raw materials are uniformly mixed;
and (2) adding the component B: weighing the raw materials required by the component A according to the weight percentage, adding the raw materials into an emulsifying pot, and stirring the raw materials until the raw materials are uniformly mixed;
and (2) adding a component C: adding the premixed component C into an emulsifying pot, and stirring until the components are uniformly mixed;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the invention uses trimethyl siloxy silicate and cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane to form a film forming agent, and adds polymethyl silsesquioxane to soften the film forming agent to form a film forming system of the foundation, thereby improving the film forming effect, having good stability, providing long-acting makeup holding effect, reducing the tightening feeling after the foundation is made up, simultaneously, the toner surface treated by dimethyl silicone and triiso-stearic acid isopropyl titanium salt has good skin pasting property, and the emulsifiers of polyglycerin and silicon elastomer can emulsify emulsion with larger particle diameter, providing good moisture feeling and moisturizing property, and effectively improving the moisture skin pasting effect of the foundation liquid after the foundation is made up.

as can be seen from the data in the above table, most of the testers considered to have a strong cosmetic effect, and were satisfied with the sense of wetness and skin adhesion, and exhibited good feedback on use as a whole.

2. A method for preparing a moisturizing and skin-adhering and skin-supporting foundation lotion according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:
premixing the component C: weighing the raw materials required by the component C according to the weight percentage, and uniformly mixing;
premixing the component E: weighing the raw materials required by the component E according to the weight percentage, and uniformly mixing;
the component A is added: weighing the raw materials required by the component A according to the weight percentage, adding the raw materials into an emulsifying pot, heating, and stirring until the raw materials are uniformly mixed;
and (2) adding the component B: weighing the raw materials required by the component B according to the weight percentage, adding the raw materials into an emulsifying pot, and stirring the raw materials until the raw materials are uniformly mixed;
and (2) adding a component C: adding the premixed component C into an emulsifying pot, and stirring until the components are uniformly mixed;
