Abstract
The present invention relates to a solid makeup cosmetic composition, and more particularly, to a novel makeup cosmetic composition combining the advantages of moisturizing feel, skin coverage, and skin/skin color improvement of existing foundation products with the advantages of delicate feel and makeup sustainability of the foundation products by using an oil phase thickener and a moisturizing material, and a method for preparing the same.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a solid makeup (makeup) cosmetic composition and a preparation method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a novel makeup cosmetic composition and a method for preparing the same, which combines the advantages of moisturizing feeling, skin-covering ability, and skin/skin color improvement of a conventional foundation product with the advantages of delicate feeling and makeup sustainability of a foundation product, using an oil phase thickener and a moisturizing material.
Background
Typical formulations of conventional makeup cosmetics include liquid foundations in which an aqueous phase and an oil phase are emulsified with a surfactant, and oil-dispersed foundations in which powder is dispersed in an oil phase. Among these, solid foundation is manufactured in a solid form by adding an oil and fat ingredient such as wax to the above-mentioned liquid foundation and oil-dispersed foundation, and is easy to carry because of its low fluidity and small volume as compared with liquid foundation, and is widely used for makeup and the like. In general, solid foundations include a dispersion type solid foundation in which powder is dispersed in an oil phase component, and an emulsion type solid foundation in which an oil phase component including powder is emulsified in an aqueous phase portion. The dispersion type solid foundation has advantages of high hiding power and imparting makeup sustainability, and skin feels dry after applying makeup due to high powder content, or makeup shows unnatural defects due to a thick makeup film.
More specifically, in the case of a dispersion-type solid foundation in which various types of powder content are increased in order to improve a delicate closeness and makeup sustainability, the user may feel dry skin immediately after applying the product or a cosmetic film may float on the skin surface due to cutin or the like on the skin surface, resulting in difficulty in exhibiting a smooth makeup appearance. In addition, there is a disadvantage that makeup is unnatural due to a thick cosmetic film. However, when the powder content is reduced in a dispersion-type solid foundation, the solid foundation has problems such as oil separation and the like, and thus it is difficult to ensure stability, and there is a limit in terms of expression of a delicate finish and a cosmetic lasting force.

Disclosure of Invention
The present inventors have confirmed that the makeup cosmetic composition of the present invention can maintain the advantages of conventional solid foundations by using an oil phase thickener, can ensure a delicate texture and stability of ingredients by using an appropriate amount of a solid powder pigment, and can enhance a moisturizing ability by using a moisturizing material, and have completed the present invention.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a novel makeup cosmetic composition combining the advantages of moisturizing feel, skin coverage, and skin/skin color improvement with the advantages of tenderness and makeup sustainability possessed by a powder product, and a method for preparing the same.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a makeup cosmetic composition comprising: an oil phase thickener selected from one or more of disteardimonium hectorite (disteardimonium hectorite), hectorite, bentonite, vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer, dextrin palmitate/ethyl caproate, dextrin myristate and stearyl inulin; and a moisturizing raw material selected from one or more of palm oil, argan oil, and macadamia nut oil.
The makeup cosmetic composition of the present invention can provide the advantages of moisturizing feeling, skin coverage, and improvement of skin texture/color, which are possessed by conventional solid foundation products, and the advantages of delicate feeling and makeup sustainability, which are possessed by powder products.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a solid makeup cosmetic composition, in particular to a solid makeup cosmetic composition containing an oil phase thickening agent and a moisturizing raw material.
The oil phase thickener in the present invention is a material dispersed in the oil phase to thicken the oil phase, and may be one or more selected from the group consisting of disteardimonium hectorite, bentonite, vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer, dextrin palmitate/ethyl caproate, dextrin myristate, and stearyl inulin, as long as the material can thicken the oil phase, but is not limited to the above-mentioned materials.
The oil phase thickener is used in the present invention in an amount of 1 to 20% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. If the content is less than 1% by weight, a sufficient thickening effect of the oil phase portion cannot be obtained and there is a problem in maintaining the stability of the ingredients, and if it exceeds 20% by weight, the oil phase portion has a high viscosity and is difficult to prepare, and the cosmetic prepared has a problem in that the feeling of use is difficult to exhibit, and therefore, this is not preferable.
In the present invention, the hardness of the cosmetic obtained by using the oil phase thickener is preferably 100-500N, more preferably 200-400N. This is because if the hardness is less than 100N, there is a problem in the stability of the ingredients and difficulty in displaying the above-mentioned feeling of use, and if it exceeds 500N, not only the properties of the makeup cosmetic are lost but also difficulty is caused in the preparation.
In the present invention, the moisturizing material is at least one selected from palm oil, argan oil, macadamia nut oil, and the like, but is not limited thereto. The skin-moisturizing agent is not limited to the above materials, as long as it can moisturize the skin.
The moisturizing material is used in the present invention in an amount of 1 to 30 wt% relative to the total weight of the composition. If the content is less than 1% by weight, a sufficient moisturizing effect cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 30% by weight, there is a problem in the stability of ingredients, and the resulting cosmetic can impart a feeling of use that is moist to the skin when applied, but it is difficult to exhibit another feeling of use to be provided by the composition of the present invention, and therefore, it is not preferable.
In addition, the weight ratio of the oil phase thickening agent to the moisturizing material contained in the cosmetic composition of the present invention is preferably 1 to 20:1 to 10, and particularly may be 3: 10.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention may further contain 2 to 10% by weight of an oil phase component, 1 to 20% by weight of a dispersant, 10 to 60% by weight of an oil, and 5 to 60% by weight of a solid phase powder pigment, relative to the total weight of the composition.
In the present invention, polyethylene, Ceresin, Ozokerite (Ozokerite) and hydrogenated vegetable oil can be used as the oil phase component, and the kind and amount of the oil phase component can be determined according to the formThe form and hardness of (b) may vary depending on the form and hardness, and the content of (c) is preferably 2 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.
As the dispersant used in the present invention, there may be used a dispersant selected from sorbitan sesquioleate, sorbitan isostearate, VP/hexadecene copolymer, Lauryl PEG/PPG-18/18 methylpolysiloxane (Lauryl PEG/PPG-18/18methicone), lauryl PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone (Lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyl Dimethicone), PEG-10 Dimethicone, PEG/PPG-19/19 Dimethicone, and cetyl PEG PPG-10/1 Dimethicone are used to provide excellent dispersibility of the solid phase powder pigment based on the functional characteristics of the dispersant, and the type and amount of the dispersant may vary depending on the type and amount of the solid phase powder pigment used, and it is preferable that the dispersant is contained in an amount of 1 to 20 wt% based on the total weight of the composition in the present invention.
The oil used in the present invention is an ester, triglyceride, hydrocarbon or silicone oil, and may be used in various proportions depending on the spreadability (softness, moistness, adhesion, etc.) of the product, and the amount of the oil used in the present invention is preferably 10 to 60% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.
The solid phase powder pigment of the present invention is not limited to titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, polymethylsilsesquioxane, polymethyl methacrylate, talc, alumina, iron oxide, or the like, and may be used differently depending on the ultraviolet ray shielding function, hiding power, color, and spreadability of the shaped article.
The solid phase powder pigment is used in the present invention in an amount of 5 to 60% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. If the amount is less than 5% by weight, it is difficult to provide a delicate tail feel and a makeup sustainability, and it is difficult to ensure the stability of the ingredients, and if it exceeds 60% by weight, the dry feel of the skin increases, and it is difficult to show a smooth makeup appearance.
The makeup cosmetic composition of the present invention can be obtained by adding an oil phase thickener to an oil phase containing a moisturizing material to thicken the oil phase, and dispersing a solid phase powder pigment therein. Specifically, the pigment is obtained by heating/dissolving an oil phase containing a moisturizing material, an oil phase component, a wax, an oil, a dispersant and the like to uniformly disperse the oil phase, adding an oil phase thickener to the dissolved oil phase to thicken the oil phase, and then dispersing a solid phase powder pigment.
The makeup cosmetic composition according to the present invention may be in the form of a makeup cosmetic, such as a makeup base, a foundation, or a concealer, without any particular limitation on the ingredients.
The present invention will be described in more detail by the following examples and test examples. However, the following examples and test examples are only for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples and test examples in any sense.

Solid foundations of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were prepared with the compositions of the following tables 1 and 2 and by a conventional method. Comparative example 1 is a control group having no moisturizing material in the oil phase, and comparative example 2 is a control group having no oil phase thickener. In addition, examples 1, 2 and 3 were prepared by increasing the content of the moisturizing material in this order. Finally, examples 4, 5 and 6 were prepared by sequentially increasing the oil phase thickener content.

As can be seen from table 3 above, the satisfaction was significantly reduced in the case of comparative example 1 containing no moisturizing raw material, whereas more excellent satisfaction was confirmed in the entire majority of items in the case of the cosmetics prepared according to the present invention, particularly in the cases of examples 2 and 5.

Claims (6)
1. A solid makeup cosmetic composition, wherein the solid makeup cosmetic composition comprises:
an oil phase thickener selected from one or more of disteardimonium hectorite, bentonite, vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer, dextrin palmitate/ethyl hexanoate, dextrin myristate, and stearyl inulin;
a moisturizing material selected from one or more of palm oil, argan oil, and macadamia nut oil;
the solid-phase powder pigment is selected from more than one of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, polymethylsilsesquioxane, polymethyl methacrylate, talcum powder, aluminum oxide and ferric oxide;
an oil phase component selected from one or more of polyethylene, ceresin, natural ceresin and hydrogenated vegetable oil,
a dispersant selected from one or more of sorbitan sesquioleate, sorbitan isostearate, VP/hexadecene copolymer, lauryl PEG/PPG-18/18 methyl polysiloxane, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, PEG/PPG-19/19 polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl PEG PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane; and
an oil selected from one or more of ester, hydrocarbon and silicone oils;
wherein the makeup cosmetic composition contains the oil phase thickener in an amount of 1 to 10 wt.%, relative to the total weight of the composition;
the makeup cosmetic composition contains the moisturizing raw material in an amount of 1 to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
the makeup cosmetic composition contains the solid-phase powder pigment in an amount of 40 wt% relative to the total weight of the composition;
the makeup cosmetic composition contains the oil phase component in an amount of 2 to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
the makeup cosmetic composition contains the dispersant in an amount of 1 to 20% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
the makeup cosmetic composition contains the oil in an amount of 10 to 60% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
and, the solid type makeup cosmetic composition is prepared in a cosmetic form selected from the group consisting of a foundation, a makeup base, and a concealer.
2. The makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the hardness of said composition is from 100N to 500N.
3. The makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the oil phase thickener and the moisturizing raw material are contained in the makeup cosmetic composition in a weight ratio of 3: 10.
4. The makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein said composition is for improving skin color.
5. The makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein said composition is used to mask skin wrinkles.
6. The makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein said composition is for improving skin.
