Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a plaster for rheumatism.
Background
The rheumatism bone disease is called as rheumatic fever, rheumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, lumbar disc herniation, hyperosteogeny and other symptoms in western medicine, takes arthralgia, soreness, numbness, limited movement, stiffness and deformation as main clinical manifestations, severe bedridden patients have difficulty in pain and self-care of life. The Chinese medical science considers that the disease belongs to the scope of arthralgia. The factors inducing the disease are that the liver, spleen and kidney of a human body are deficient in essence and blood, muscles and bones are not nourished, and wind, cold, dampness and heat in the nature invade the human body and enter joints, so that qi and blood are blocked, qi and blood circulation is not smooth, and meridians are not smooth or phlegm and blood stasis are caused. Or the symptoms of joint pain, numbness of limbs, joint stiffness, body bending difficulty and the like caused by blood stasis stagnation and meridian obstruction due to overstrain and ease trauma.
The hyperosteogeny is the most common joint diseases which mainly take damage of joint cartilage and peripheral hyperosteogeny and involve tissues around the whole joint, the joint cartilage can degenerate, break and damage, even damage of the whole joint surface, the joint pain, stiffness, hypertrophy and limited movement are shown, the joint is better developed in load-bearing joints of knee, hip, cervical vertebra, lumbar vertebra and the like, and along with popularization of electrical appliances, the patients with cervical spondylosis and lumbar vertebra diseases are greatly increased due to increase of left time and reduction of outdoor movement.
In the prior art, aiming at the treatment of rheumatism and hyperosteogeny, western medicine treatment is usually performed by methods of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, hormones, blocking, ultraviolet irradiation, traction, surgery and the like. Its disadvantages are temporary and permanent cure, long treatment time, poor curative effect, high cost and very high risk of operation. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment mostly adopts oral traditional Chinese medicines, adopts methods of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and the like, and has unobvious effect, or no effect after the initial taking, non-lasting curative effect and high recurrence rate. Moreover, the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicines is inconvenient, and some traditional Chinese medicines can stimulate the stomach, thereby causing adverse side effects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the plaster for treating rheumatism, which has the advantages of quick absorption, quick response, short treatment course, good air permeability and no lead.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a plaster for rheumatism comprises a self-heating layer, wherein a non-woven fabric layer is connected to the upper surface of the self-heating layer; the upper surface of the non-woven fabric layer is provided with a plaster layer, and the periphery of the plaster layer is provided with an adhesive layer; the adhesive layer is fixedly connected with the non-woven fabric layer; an ointment protective layer is arranged on the surface of the ointment layer; an outer protective layer is arranged above the ointment protective layer, and the edge of the outer protective layer is fixedly connected with the edge of the adhesive layer; the ointment layer and the ointment protective layer are provided with a plurality of micropores in a penetrating manner, the upper ends of the micropores are abutted against the outer protective layer, and the lower ends of the micropores are abutted against the non-woven fabric layer; the micropores are round holes and are arranged at equal intervals in a matrix manner; the plaster is in the shape of clover.
The self-heating layer of the plaster automatically generates heat when a patient uses the plaster, and promotes the absorption of the plaster by the human body; the ointment layer and the ointment protective layer are provided with a plurality of micropores in a penetrating way, so that the air permeability is good when the plaster is applied, and the situation that the skin is itchy and even ulcerated is prevented; the adhesive layer uses medical pressure-sensitive adhesive, has no side effect on human body, and has no toxicity or irritation on skin; the plaster is in a clover shape, so that when the use part of a patient is a part which is difficult to be attached, such as knee joint, shoulder and the like, the plaster can be tightly attached to the use part of the patient, and the use effect is ensured; the plaster is convenient to use, and the outer protective layer is torn off to be directly pasted on the affected part.
A plaster for rheumatism is prepared by processing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of vegetable oil, 80-90 parts of rosin, 30-40 parts of notopterygium root, 40-50 parts of medicinal cyathula root, 60-70 parts of raw kusnezoff monkshood root, 6-9 parts of borneol, 10-13 parts of earthworm, 14-18 parts of suberect spatholobus stem, 6-10 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 2-8 parts of garter snake, 10-20 parts of Chinese angelica, 16-20 parts of paniculate swallowwort root, 10-15 parts of erythrina indica lam and 13-20 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.
