Abstract
提供了一种结合金黄色葡萄球菌α‑溶血素的抗体或其片段,以及所述抗体或其片段用于预防或治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的用途。所述抗体通过α‑溶血素的弱毒免疫、强毒筛选的策略筛选得到,对α‑溶血素具有高亲和力,能够有效阻断α‑溶血素的溶血作用,且在α‑溶血素脓毒症模型、MRSA菌血症模型和MRSA肺部感染模型中均证明了显著的保护或治疗作用,且与抗生素具有协同作用,是对金黄色葡萄球菌现有抗生素疗法的有利补充。
