本发明公开了一种乳绵文胸罩杯材料,涉及内衣材料技术领域。本发明提供了一种乳绵文胸罩杯材料,包括以下重量份的组分:聚醚多元醇40‑70份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20‑40份、二甲基硅油1‑5份;所述二甲基硅油的数均分子量为50万‑100万,所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为4000‑7000。本发明提供了一种乳绵文胸罩杯材料,选用特定的聚醚多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二甲基硅油复合使用,制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料回弹率高、泡孔细密均匀的乳绵文胸罩杯材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及内衣材料技术领域,尤其是一种乳绵文胸罩杯材料。
背景技术
目前,市场上传统海绵模杯气味偏重、透气性不好、回弹性较差、且还容易变形。水洗后不易晾干,使用起来很不方便。市场上传统海绵模杯使用多种化学原料和助剂采用传统发泡技术将海绵泡体发出来后,经过裁切成一片片海绵,再用胶水粘合之后裁切成一块块规格不等的小四边形,再经过高温模压成形,之后还要经过人工或机器械加刀模修剪后方能成型。
传统海绵模杯制作工艺繁杂,需要较多的人力物力和财力,导致传统海绵模杯的成本偏高;使用化学材料,对皮肤有较强的刺激作用,长期接触不利于身体健康。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种乳绵文胸罩杯材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种乳绵文胸罩杯材料,包括以下重量份的组分:聚醚多元醇40-70份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20-40份、二甲基硅油1-5份;所述二甲基硅油的数均分子量为50万-100万,所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为4000-7000。
本发明提供了一种乳绵文胸罩杯材料,选用特定的聚醚多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二甲基硅油复合使用,制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料回弹率高、泡孔细密均匀的乳绵文胸罩杯材料。
发明人经过大量创造性试验探究后发现,二甲基硅油的数均分子量、聚醚多元醇的数均分子量对最终制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的回弹率、泡孔存在影响,当采用上述特定数均分子量的组分时,制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的回弹率更佳、泡孔更为细密均匀。
优选地,所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料,包括以下重量份的组分:聚醚多元醇50-60份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯25-35份、二甲基硅油2-3份。
发明人经过大量创造性试验探究后发现,聚醚多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二甲基硅油复合使用,采用上述重量份选择时,制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料回弹率更佳、泡孔更为细密均匀。
优选地,所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为5000-6000。发明人经过大量创造性试验探究后发现,聚醚多元醇的数均分子量对最终制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的回弹率、泡孔存在影响,当采用上述特定数均分子量的聚醚多元醇时,制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的回弹率更佳、泡孔更为细密均匀。
进一步优选地,所述聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B的复配物,聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B的重量比为:(1-2):(1-2);其中,所述聚醚多元醇A的数均分子量为5000-6000,所述聚醚多元醇B的数均分子量为5000-6000。
更优选地,所述聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B的重量比为:1:1。
优选地,所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料,还包括以下重量份的组分:交联剂1-8份、催化剂0.1-1份、发泡剂1-1.5份。
优选地,所述交联剂为乙二醇、1,4丁二醇中的至少一种,所述催化剂为无味胺,所述发泡剂为水。
进一步地,所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配比称量各种原料;
(2)将聚醚多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯搅拌后,与其余组分混合均匀,发泡成海绵泡体;
(3)将海绵泡体熟化处理后,得到所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,搅拌的温度为25-30℃,搅拌的时间为30-40min;所述步骤(3)中,熟化的时间为24-30h。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供了一种乳绵文胸罩杯材料,选用特定的聚醚多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二甲基硅油复合使用,制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料回弹率高、泡孔细密均匀的乳绵文胸罩杯材料。

实施例中,所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
现对实施例及对比例所用原料做如下说明,但不限于这些材料:
聚醚多元醇1:DL-4000,广州东骏化工有限公司,数均分子量为4000;
聚醚多元醇2:EP-330N,广州东骏化工有限公司,数均分子量为5000;
聚醚多元醇3:EP-3600,广州东骏化工有限公司,数均分子量为6000;
聚醚多元醇4:EP-3033D,广州东骏化工有限公司,数均分子量为7000;
聚醚多元醇5:EP-3044,广州东骏化工有限公司,数均分子量为5000;
聚醚多元醇6:10LD8004,广州东骏化工有限公司,数均分子量为8000;
聚醚多元醇7:EP-551C,广州东骏化工有限公司,数均分子量为3000;
二甲基硅油1:型号DM500000,厂家瓦克;数均分子量50万;

实施例1-11和对比例1-6的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的组分及重量份选择如表1、表2所示,其中,实施例1-11和对比例1-6的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配比称量各种原料;
(2)将聚醚多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯搅拌后,与其余组分混合均匀,发泡成海绵泡体;搅拌的温度为25-30℃,搅拌的时间为30-40min;
(3)将海绵泡体熟化处理后,熟化的时间为28h,得到所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料。
性能测试
将实施例1-11及对比例1-6制备的乳绵文胸罩杯材料进行相关性能测试,具体测试方法如下:
(1)回弹率:海绵回弹力试验机HD-F754
(2)硬度:海绵压陷疲劳试验机;科奈尔KNE-0157
(3)感官测评;测试标准如表3所示;

测试结果如下表4所示;

由上表可知,本发明实施例制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料,回弹率高,贴肤舒适,透气度高。聚醚多元醇的数均分子量、二甲基硅油的数均分子量对最终制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的回弹率硬度等影响很大,所述二甲基硅油的数均分子量为50万-100万,所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为4000-7000时,制备得到的乳绵文胸罩杯材料回弹率高、柔软贴肤,透气度较高。

Claims (6)
1.一种乳绵文胸罩杯材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:聚醚多元醇40-70份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20-40份、二甲基硅油1-5份;所述二甲基硅油的数均分子量为50万-100万,所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为5000-6000;
所述聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B的复配物,聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B的重量比为:(1-2):(1-2);其中,所述聚醚多元醇A的数均分子量为5000-6000,所述聚醚多元醇B的数均分子量为5000-6000。
2.如权利要求1所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:聚醚多元醇50-60份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯25-35份、二甲基硅油2-3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份的组分:交联剂1-8份、催化剂0.1-1份、发泡剂1-1.5份。
4.如权利要求3所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料,其特征在于,所述交联剂为乙二醇、1,4丁二醇中的至少一种,所述催化剂为无味胺,所述发泡剂为水。
5.一种如权利要求3-4任一项所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配比称量各种原料;
(2)将聚醚多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯搅拌后,与其余组分混合均匀,发泡成海绵泡体;
(3)将海绵泡体熟化处理后,得到所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料。
6.如权利要求5所述的乳绵文胸罩杯材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,搅拌的温度为25-30℃,搅拌的时间为30-40min;所述步骤(3)中,熟化的时间为24-30h。
