发明内容
本发明提供的一个或更多个实施例涉及一种小麦秸秆塑料衣架的制造方法,包括以下步骤:向注塑机中添加成分。这些成分包括小麦纤维、聚丙烯、聚乙烯蜡以及滑石粉。该方法加热并混合这些成分以熔融这些成分,从而形成复合混合物。复合材料被挤出到模具中,从而形成衣架基部。从注塑机取出衣架基部并且将衣架钩插入到衣架颈部中。此外,可以在挤出复合材料之前将着色剂添加到复合材料中。

参考图1至图8,示出了由部分地源自小麦秸秆的复合材料制成的成品衣服衣架10。衣架10包括衣架基部50和衣架钩80。衣架基部50包括顶部颈部55,该顶部颈部55在两侧上向外延伸至一对臂60中。臂60 中的每一个臂朝向底端65向外且向下弯曲。横向支撑构件70通常邻近每个臂60的底端65延伸并且连接。最后,衣架钩80被连接并且从顶部颈部55延伸。
在本发明的一个实施例中,衣架10是在以下步骤下且参见图3制造的,以下步骤包括:
a.将成分添加到注塑机150中,方框200;
b.加热这些成分(优选至约100摄氏度),以熔融这些成分,从而产生混合物或复合材料,方框210;
c.将着色剂添加至混合物,方框220;

作为优选,复合材料的产生是由以下各项制造的:
a.总重量的约30%至40%(其中优选35%)重量的小麦秸秆纤维;
b.总重量的50%至60%(其中优选59%)重量的聚丙烯;
c.总重量的约1%至4%(其中优选2%)重量的聚乙烯蜡;以及
d.总重量的约2%至6%(其中优选4%)重量的滑石粉。

Claims (9)
1.一种制造衣服衣架的方法,包括:
向注塑机中添加成分;其中,所述成分包括:小麦秸秆纤维、聚丙烯、聚乙烯蜡以及滑石粉;
加热并混合所述成分以熔融所述成分,从而形成复合材料;
将所述复合材料挤出到模具中,形成衣架基部;
将所述衣架基部从所述注塑机取出;以及
将衣架钩插入到衣架颈部中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括:
在挤出所述复合材料之前,将着色剂添加至复合混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述加热步骤进一步限定为将所述成分加热至约100摄氏度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述成分优选地在以下中提供:
a.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约30%至40%重量的小麦秸秆纤维;
b.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约50%至60%重量的聚丙烯;
c.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约1%至4%重量的聚乙烯蜡;以及
d.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约2%至6%重量的滑石粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述成分优选地在以下中提供:
a.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约35%重量的小麦秸秆纤维;
b.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约59%重量的聚丙烯;
c.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约2%重量的聚乙烯蜡;以及
d.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约4%重量的滑石粉。
6.一种由小麦秸秆纤维制造衣服衣架的方法,所述方法包括:
将小麦秸秆纤维、聚丙烯、聚乙烯蜡以及滑石粉添加到注塑机中以形成混合物;
加热所述混合物以形成复合材料;
将所述复合材料挤出到模具中,形成所述衣架基部;
将所述衣架基部从所述注塑机取出;以及
将衣架钩插入到衣架颈部中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,进一步包括:
在挤出所述复合材料之前,将着色剂添加至复合混合物。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述成分优选地在以下中提供:
e.添加至复合材料的总重量的约30%至40%重量的小麦秸秆纤维;
f.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约50%至60%重量的聚丙烯;
g.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约1%至4%重量的聚乙烯蜡;以及
h.添加至复合材料的总重量的约2%至6%的重量的滑石粉。
9.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述成分优选地在以下中提供:
e.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约35%重量的小麦秸秆纤维;
f.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约59%重量的聚丙烯;
g.添加至所述复合材料总重量的约2%重量的聚乙烯蜡;以及
h.添加至复合材料的总重量的约4%重量的滑石粉。
