One end of the input transmission shaft set 102 is connected with an output shaft of the tractor, the other end of the input transmission shaft set is connected with an input shaft of the gearbox 103, and the input transmission shaft set 102 comprises two sections, and the middle of the input transmission shaft set is connected through a transition shaft. The gearbox 103 is fixed at the front end of the straw crushing and returning mechanism 2 through bolts, the gearbox 103 is provided with two output ends, one output end is connected with a hydraulic pump in the hydraulic system 4 to provide power for hydraulic transmission, and the other output end is respectively connected with a crushing roller 203 and a spiral material conveyor 204 of the straw crushing and returning mechanism 2 to provide power for mechanical transmission.
Referring to fig. 3-6, the front end of the straw crushing and returning mechanism 2 is connected with the connecting frame 101, and the rear end is fixedly connected with the front end of the frame 3 through bolts.
The straw crushing and returning mechanism 2 comprises a crushing machine shell 201 arranged at the front part of the frame 3, a crushing roller 203 and a spiral material conveyor 204 which are rotatably connected on the crushing machine shell 201, a crushing transmission mechanism 202 which is connected with a gearbox 103 and the crushing roller 203 and is connected with the gearbox 103 and the spiral material conveyor 204, and a crushed straw scattering mechanism 205 arranged at the discharge side of the spiral material conveyor 204;
specifically, the grinding transmission mechanism 202 comprises a driving shaft connected with the gearbox 103, a driving belt pulley mounted at one end of the driving shaft, a grinding belt pulley mounted on a shaft of the grinding roller 203, and a material conveying belt pulley mounted on a shaft of the spiral material conveyor 204, wherein the driving belt pulley and the grinding belt pulley are connected through a belt, and the driving belt pulley and the material conveying belt pulley are connected through a belt. So that the power of the power input mechanism 1 is transmitted to the crushing roller 203 and the spiral material conveyor 204, the crushing roller 203 crushes the straws, and the spiral material conveyor 204 conveys the crushed straws to the crushed straw scattering mechanism 205.
The crushed straw scattering mechanism 205 comprises a scattering drive motor 2053, a blade shaft 2054 connected with the output end of the scattering drive motor 2053 through a coupling, and a plurality of blades 2055 arranged around the blade shaft 2054;
the blade 2055 is located on the lower side of the outlet end of the spiral material conveyor 204, a material conveying protective cover 2052 covers the outer side of the outlet end of the spiral material conveyor 204, the material conveying protective cover 2052 is fixed with the pulverizer casing 201, a blade protective cover 2051 is arranged on the upper side of the blade 2055, and a slag discharge port 2056 is formed in the bottom of the material conveying protective cover 2052. Crushed straws sent by the spiral material conveyor 204 fall onto the blades 2055 through the slag discharge port 2056, and the blades 2055 rotate to scatter the crushed straws under the driving of the scattering driving motor 2053, so that the crushed straws are uniformly scattered in a field, the accumulation of the crushed straws is prevented, and the obstruction to plowing is avoided.
Specifically, the number of the blades 2055 is 4, the blades are circumferentially and uniformly arranged on the outer side of the blade shaft 2054, and the inner ends of the blades 2055 are fixed to the blade shaft 2054 by bolts.
Further, a distribution plate 206 is fixedly installed at the output end of the screw conveyor 204, and the crushed straws can be pushed onto the blades 2055 by rotating along with the screw conveyor 204.
The traveling mechanism 10 comprises a land wheel assembly 101 and land wheel oil cylinders, the land wheel assembly 101 comprises a wheel frame and traveling wheels, the wheel frame is connected with the traveling wheels through shafts, the middle of the wheel frame is rotatably connected with the rack 3 through a pin shaft, the land wheel oil cylinders are located on two sides of the rack 3, one end of each land wheel oil cylinder is connected with the front end of the outer side of the rack 3 through a pin shaft, and the other end of each land wheel oil cylinder is connected with the traveling wheels through a pin shaft.
The frame 3 comprises frame inlayer 301, frame middle level 302, frame outer 303 that can relatively slide, and the front end of frame inlayer 301 and the crushing casing 201 fixed connection of still field mechanism 2 is smashed to the straw, and below front end and rear end are connected with land wheel subassembly 101 through the round pin axle respectively, and land wheel subassembly 101 can freely swing around the round pin axle, and when passing unevenness's ground, land wheel subassembly 101 can swing around the round pin axle, laminates with ground.
The tail of frame 3 is connected with the rotation of plastic film recovery mechanism 9, and plastic film recovery mechanism 9 can pivoting, and the driven voller 603 of plastic film pickup mechanism 6 is installed to the lower extreme of frame middle level 302, and the drive roll 601 of plastic film pickup mechanism 6 is installed to the outer 303 upper end of frame.
The relative position of the inner layer 301 and the middle layer 302 of the frame is adjusted, so that the distance between the driven roller 603 of the mulching film picking mechanism 6 and the ground is adjusted, the soil penetration depth of the picking spike teeth 6022 is adjusted, and the relative position of the middle layer 302 and the outer layer 303 of the frame is adjusted, so that the tightness of the film lifting chain 602 can be adjusted.
Referring to fig. 7, the mulching film pickup mechanism 6 includes a drive roller 601, a film lifting chain 602, a driven roller 603, and a film lifting motor; the film lifting chain 602 consists of a film lifting chain 6021 and nail teeth 6022, the nail teeth 6022 are fixed with the film lifting chain 6021 through threads, the film lifting motor drives the driving roller 601 to rotate through the chain, so as to drive the film lifting chain 602 to move, the nail teeth 6022 penetrate into the soil to lift the mulching film to be transported upwards, and the straw on the mulching film is covered on the surface of the mulching film to be transported upwards along with the mulching film.
Referring to fig. 8, the membrane rod separating mechanism 7 includes an eccentric driving rod assembly 701, a vibration rod assembly 702. The eccentric driving rod assembly 701 consists of an eccentric driving rod 7011, a rotating shaft, an eccentric bearing, a belt pulley and a bearing, wherein the rotating shaft is fixed on the outer layer 303 of the frame through the bearing, the two sides of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with the eccentric driving rod 7011, one end of the eccentric driving rod 7011 is provided with the belt pulley, and the belt pulley is connected with the belt pulley on the driving roller 601 in the mulching film pick-up mechanism 6 through a belt, so that the rotating speed of the rotating shaft of the eccentric driving rod 7011 and the rotating speed of the driving roller 601 of the mulching film pick-up mechanism 6 keep a constant proportion.
The vibrating rod assembly 702 is fixed on the outer layer 303 of the frame through a bearing, one end of the eccentric driving rod 7011 is connected with the eccentric bearing, the other end of the eccentric driving rod 7011 is connected with the vibrating rod assembly 702, and the rotating shaft of the eccentric driving rod 7011 rotates to drive the eccentric bearing to rotate, so that the vibrating rod assembly 702 is driven to swing. Further, the length of the eccentric driving rod 7011 can be adjusted, and changing its length can change the amplitude of oscillation of the vibrating rod assembly 702. The vibrating rod assembly 702 is positioned below the film lifting chain 602, supports the film lifting chain 602 to swing up and down, the straw falls into the impurity removing mechanism 8 in front of the mulching film pickup mechanism 6 along with the swinging of the film lifting chain 602, is discharged to one side of the machine, and separates from the nail teeth 6022 after the mulching film moves to the upper end and passes through the driving roller 601, and falls into the mulching film recycling mechanism 9 at the back.
Referring to fig. 9-11, the impurity discharging mechanism 8 comprises a slag discharging auger 801, an impurity discharging wheel 802 coaxially arranged outside the slag discharging auger 801, and an impurity discharging driving motor 805;
two ends of the impurity removing wheel 802 are respectively rotatably connected with a side plate 804, an adjustable suspension bracket 803 is fixedly connected to the side plate 804, and the adjustable suspension bracket 803 is hung on the machine frame 3. The main shaft of the deslagging screw conveyer 801 is connected with the output shaft of the impurity discharging driving motor 805, the main shaft of the deslagging screw conveyer 801 transmits power to the impurity discharging wheel 802 through a transmission gearbox 806, and the inner side of the impurity discharging wheel 802 is provided with an impurity discharging hopper 807 fixed with the side plates 804 at the two ends for temporarily storing fallen impurities.
The trash discharging wheel 802 comprises a trash discharging wheel frame 8021 in rotating fit with the side plate 804, spoon plates 8022 arranged at intervals along the axial direction and the circumferential direction, and spiral connecting pieces 8023 spirally arranged among the spoon plates 8022, and the density of the spiral connecting pieces 8023 is smaller than that of spiral pieces on the trash discharging auger 801, so that long straws can be discharged conveniently.
The transmission gearbox 806 comprises a deslagging driving sprocket 8061 coaxially and fixedly arranged on the main shaft of the deslagging auger 801, a deslagging driven sprocket 8062 fixedly connected with the deslagging wheel rim 8021, a deslagging internal gear 8064 coaxially and fixedly connected with the deslagging driven sprocket 8062 and meshed with the deslagging gear rim 8065, a deslagging chain 8063 is sleeved outside the deslagging driving sprocket 8061 and the deslagging driven sprocket 8062 to drive the deslagging driven sprocket 8062 and the deslagging driving sprocket 8061 to synchronously rotate, the deslagging internal gear 8064 drives the deslagging gear rim 8065 to rotate, the rotating speed is lower than that of the deslagging internal gear 8064, and the rotating speed of the deslagging wheel 802 is lower than that of the deslagging auger 801.
The residue discharge auger 801 conveys the sundries such as crushed straws and the like falling from the film drawing chain 602 to the tail end of the film drawing chain until the crushed straws are discharged, in the process, long straws which are difficult to be smoothly conveyed by the residue discharge auger 801 can be collected by the residue discharge wheel 802, one part of the residual long straws enters the residue discharge auger 801 in the middle from the gap of the spiral connecting piece 8023, and the other part is hung on the spiral connecting piece 8023 and moves to one side for discharging, so that the impurity discharge of the long straws is completed.
When the mulch recycling machine operates, the impurity discharging mechanism 8 is separated from the ground, so that the impurity discharging mechanism 8 is prevented from contacting the mulch, and the mulch is prevented from being brought up. The speed of the trash discharging wheel 802 is lower than that of the trash discharging auger 801, the steering direction of the trash discharging wheel 802 is the same as that of the film removing chain 602, the linear speed of the trash discharging wheel 802 is lower than that of the film removing chain 602, and even if the mulching film is hung on the trash discharging wheel 802, the mulching film can be pulled back by the film removing chain 602.
Referring to fig. 12-21, the mulching film recycling mechanism 9 includes a film rotating frame 901 rotatably connected to the tail of the frame 3, a conveying belt film rolling mechanism, and a belt pressing mechanism;
the tail of the frame 3 is hinged with a turnover oil cylinder 915, the tail end of a piston rod of the turnover oil cylinder 915 is hinged with a long turnover arm 916, the other end of the long turnover arm 916 is hinged with the film rotating frame 901, the middle of the long turnover arm 916 is hinged with a short turnover arm 917, the other end of the short turnover arm 917 is hinged with the frame 3, and the film rotating frame 901 is driven to turn over by the turnover oil cylinder 915.
The conveying belt film rolling mechanism comprises a film rolling driving motor 903 arranged on the film rotating frame 901, a film rolling driving shaft 904, a first film rolling driven shaft 905, a second film rolling driven shaft 906 and a film rolling conveying belt 902, wherein the film rolling driving shaft 904, the first film rolling driven shaft 905, the second film rolling driven shaft 906 and the film rolling conveying belt are connected to the film rotating frame 901 through bearings;
the film rolling driving motor 903 drives a film rolling driving shaft 904 through a chain, the film rolling driving shaft 904 drives a film rolling driven shaft two 906 through the chain, the film rolling driving shaft 904 and the film rolling driven shaft two 906 drive a film rolling conveying belt 902 to rotate, and the film rolling driven shaft one 905 rotates along with the film rolling conveying belt 902 to play a role in supporting the film rolling conveying belt 902.
The belt pressing mechanism comprises a lifting oil cylinder 911 hinged on the film rotating frame 901, a film blocking disc frame 912 rotatably connected on the film rotating frame 901, and a film stripping oil cylinder 908 fixedly arranged on the film blocking disc frame 912 along the direction parallel to the film rolling driving shaft 904;
the tail end of a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 911 is movably connected with the tail end of the film blocking disc frame 912, the tail end of the film blocking disc frame 912 is fixedly provided with a film blocking disc 913, a piston rod of the film removing oil cylinder 908 faces outwards and penetrates through the film blocking disc frame 912, the outer end of the piston rod of the film removing oil cylinder 908 is in threaded connection with a press belt shaft frame 909, the tail end of the press belt shaft frame 909 is rotatably connected with a press belt shaft 910 parallel to the film winding driving shaft 904, and the press belt shaft 910 penetrates through the film blocking disc 913.
A pressing air spring 914 is hinged on the film rotating frame 901, and the other end of the pressing air spring 914 is hinged with a film blocking plate frame 912. The tail end of a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 911 is provided with a lifting oil cylinder long groove 9111 along the length direction, and the tail end of the membrane blocking disc frame 912 is provided with a press belt guide rod which is in sliding fit with the lifting oil cylinder long groove 9111. Two sides of the film rotating frame 901 are respectively and fixedly provided with a film ring wind shield 907, and the film ring wind shield 907 is provided with a press belt shaft groove 9071 matched with the press belt shaft 910. When the film roll wound on the tape pressing shaft 910 is larger and larger, the tape pressing shaft 910 is pushed outwards, the tape pressing guide rod slides along the long groove 9111 of the lifting cylinder at the moment, and the pressing air spring 914 is compressed, so that the film roll is pressed on the film rolling conveying belt 902 by the tape pressing shaft 910 all the time.
When a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 911 extends out, under the action of the pressing air spring 914, the pressing shaft 910 presses on the film rolling conveyer belt 902 to enable the film rolling conveyer belt 902 to keep a tight state and rotate along with the film rolling driving shaft 904, mulching films fall into the mulching film recycling mechanism 9 and then move backwards along with the film rolling conveyer belt 902 to gradually form a film roll, when the film roll reaches a certain diameter, the piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 911 is recycled, the film rolling is lifted, the piston rod of the overturning oil cylinder 915 is recycled, the overturning film rotating frame 901 is overturned, and the piston rod 908 of the demolding oil cylinder extends out to drive the pressing shaft 910 to be drawn out from the film roll, so that the film roll is unloaded.
During operation, the film winding conveying belt 902 is driven by the film winding driving motor 903 to make a rotary motion, the film pressing shaft 910 compresses the film winding conveying belt 902, the film winding conveying belt 902 drives the film pressing shaft 910 to rotate together, and the recovered residual film/belt is wound on the film pressing shaft 910 when passing between the film pressing shaft 910 and the film winding conveying belt 902, and the larger the winding is. The recovered residual film is full and in the maximum roll state, and the film roll is ready to be unloaded.
When unloading the film, the lifting oil cylinder 911 lifts the pinch shaft 910 to the highest, and the overturning oil cylinder 915 enables the film rotating frame 901 to overturn backwards; at the same time, the stripping cylinder 908 makes the belt pressing shaft 910 start to be drawn out. During film unloading, the lifting oil cylinder 911 keeps the tape pressing shaft 910 at the highest position, the film stripping oil cylinder 908 enables the tape pressing shaft 910 to be completely drawn out, the turning oil cylinder 915 enables the film rotating frame 901 to be continuously turned to the outermost position, and the film roll rolls backwards and downwards and falls on the ground. Subsequently, the pinch roller 910 is kept at the highest position, the turning cylinder 915 turns the film rotating frame 901 reversely to return, and the stripping cylinder 908 starts to retract the pinch roller 910 until the stripping cylinder 908 retracts the pinch roller 910 completely. Finally, the lifting cylinder 911 puts down the tape pressing shaft 910 to press the film winding conveyor belt 902, and the next operation is continued.
Referring to fig. 22 to 25, the auxiliary edge-film raising mechanism 11 includes an edge-film connecting frame 115 fixed to the bottom of the frame 3, edge-film fixing frames 113 fixed to both ends of the edge-film connecting frame 115, an edge-film guiding frame 112 movably fitted to the lower side of the edge-film fixing frame 113 along the length direction, and an edge-film shovel 111 installed at the bottom of the edge-film guiding frame 112;
the edge-film lifting auxiliary mechanism 11 is positioned between the mulching film picking mechanism 6 and the straw smashing and returning mechanism 2, partial straws discharged by the straw smashing and returning mechanism 2 can be pulled off, the burden of separating impurities of the rear film is reduced, the impurity content of the recycled film is reduced, and secondary utilization of mulching film treatment is facilitated.
The side film fixing frame 113 comprises a side film fixing seat 1131 fixed with the side film connecting frame 115 and an inner guide pipe 1132 fixed at the bottom of the side film fixing seat 1131; the side film guide frame 112 includes an outer guide tube 1121 movably engaged with the inner guide tube 1132 along the length direction, the top of the outer guide tube 1121 is hinged to a side film buffering mechanism 114, the other end of the side film buffering mechanism 114 is hinged to a side film fixing seat 1131, and the side film buffering mechanism 114 may be a gas spring or a metal spring.

The air supply mechanism 12 is composed of a fan, a fixing frame, a fan cover and an air supply pipe. The fixing frame is fixedly installed on the machine frame 3, the fan is installed on the fixing frame through a bearing, the spiral material conveyor 204 is connected with a driving shaft of the fan through a belt to drive the fan to rotate, the fan cover is arranged on the outer side of the fan, the air supply pipe is fixedly connected with the fan cover in a sealing mode, air is supplied to the rear portion of the mulching film recycling machine, and the mulching film is blown to enable the mulching film to fall into the mulching film recycling mechanism 9 easily.
The hydraulic system 4 comprises a hydraulic pump, an oil tank, hydraulic pipes and hydraulic valves, the hydraulic pump is fixed on the gearbox 103 through bolts, the oil tank is fixed in the middle of the front end of the rack 3 through bolts, the land wheel oil cylinder, the scattering drive motor 2053, the film lifting motor, the impurity removing drive motor 805, the spiral material conveyor 204, the overturning oil cylinder 915, the film rolling drive motor 903, the film stripping oil cylinder 908 and the lifting oil cylinder 911 are respectively connected with the corresponding hydraulic valves through hydraulic pipes, and oil is supplied by the hydraulic pump.
The electric control system 5 comprises a travelling wheel encoder, a driving roller encoder, a controller and a wire harness. The walking wheel encoder is arranged on a walking wheel of the land wheel assembly 101 and used for detecting the speed of the walking wheel, and the driving roller encoder is fixedly arranged on the frame 3 and used for detecting the speed of the main driving roller 601. Data detected by the travelling wheel encoder and the driving roller encoder are transmitted to the controller, are compared through an electric control program, and the flow supplied to the film-drawing motor by the hydraulic valve adjusting valve block is controlled according to a comparison result, so that the speed of the driving roller 601 is adjusted to be matched with the running speed of the tractor, and the effect of improving the pick-up rate is achieved.

The farmland mulching film recycling machine according to claim 1, wherein the trash discharging wheel (802) comprises a trash discharging wheel frame (8021) rotatably matched with the side plate (804), scoop plates (8022) circumferentially and axially arranged at intervals, and spiral connecting pieces (8023) spirally arranged among the scoop plates (8022), wherein the density of the spiral connecting pieces (8023) is less than that of spiral pieces on the deslagging auger (801).

The farmland mulching film recycling machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the auxiliary mechanism (11) for the edge-forming film comprises an edge-film connecting frame (115) fixedly arranged at the bottom of the frame (3), edge-film fixing frames (113) fixedly arranged at two ends of the edge-film connecting frame (115), an edge-film guide frame (112) movably matched with the lower side of the edge-film fixing frame (113) along the length direction, and an edge-film shovel (111) arranged at the bottom of the edge-film guide frame (112);
the side film fixing frame (113) comprises a side film fixing seat (1131) fixed with the side film connecting frame (115) and an inner guide pipe (1132) fixed at the bottom of the side film fixing seat (1131); the side film guide frame (112) comprises an outer guide pipe (1121) movably matched with the inner guide pipe (1132) along the length direction, the top of the outer guide pipe (1121) is hinged with a side film buffering mechanism (114), and the other end of the side film buffering mechanism (114) is hinged with a side film fixing seat (1131);
