现有的塑胶跑道卷材一般通过将材料粉碎和混合,利用挤出机的加工应用,制成塑胶跑道的卷材,但塑胶跑道的原材料在混合和挤出工作时,需要通过加热的方式让材料紧密结合挤出,而加热部分的工作能耗较大,单单通过电磁加热器对其节能,其节能率并不理想,并且挤出机工作过程中的热量流失较快,从而导致内部恒温难以稳定控制,降低塑胶跑道的加工精度,而塑胶跑道的原材料在粉碎时,由于材料较多,且皆是统一投放,从而导致统一投放的材料粉碎并不均匀,容易出现大小不均的材料混合挤出,降低塑胶跑道加工的品质,塑胶跑道在铺设后,会因甲醛的挥发而产生异味,降低外界环境的质量,增加对环境的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保净味预制型塑胶跑道卷材、制备方法及设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的相关问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:环保净味预制型塑胶跑道卷材,包括塑胶卷材,所述塑胶卷材的外层分别由面层和底层组合而成,所述塑胶卷材的内层分别包括弹性缓冲层、纤维增强层、粘结层和橡胶沥青层。
本发明还包括环保净味预制型塑胶跑道卷材的制备设备,包括预加热混合系统和挤出机,所述预加热混合系统分别包括机仓、第一驱动器、扇叶、加热腔、环形电加热丝、透气滤网、搅拌叶和导气管,所述机仓一侧的中间位置处设有第一驱动器,所述第一驱动器的输出端延伸至机仓的内部并设有搅拌叶,所述机仓内部的一侧设有加热腔,所述搅拌叶外侧的一侧设有扇叶,所述加热腔内侧的边缘处安装有环形电加热丝,所述加热腔的一侧设有透气滤网,所述机仓一侧的顶部连通有电磁三通阀,所述电磁三通阀的底部和一侧皆连通有导气管,所述预加热混合系统一侧的底部设有自动进料机,所述挤出机一端的中间位置处设有控制台,所述挤出机的顶部设有温控监测系统。
优选的,所述机仓的顶部设有双过滤粉碎机构,且双过滤粉碎机构分别包括安装槽、进料槽、螺旋粉碎辊、第一齿轮组、皮带传动机构和离心式粉碎系统,所述安装槽固接于机仓的顶部,所述安装槽的顶部设有进料槽,所述进料槽内部的一侧对称套设有螺旋粉碎辊,两组所述螺旋粉碎辊外侧的一侧设有齿轮啮合的第一齿轮组,一组所述螺旋粉碎辊外侧的一侧和第一驱动器的输出端设有联动配合的皮带传动机构。
优选的,所述离心式粉碎系统分别包括第二驱动器、第二齿轮组、粉碎杆、粉碎齿、粉碎槽、环形过滤网层、过滤网槽和转杆,所述进料槽内部底部的中间位置处设有半弧形导槽,且半弧形导槽的内部设有第二驱动器,所述第二驱动器的输出端设有转杆,所述安装槽内部顶部靠近第二驱动器的两侧套设有粉碎杆,两组所述粉碎杆外侧的顶部和转杆外侧的顶部设有齿轮啮合的第二齿轮组,所述转杆外侧的底部固接有粉碎槽,所述粉碎槽内侧的边缘处安装有与粉碎杆相互适配的粉碎齿,所述转杆的底部固接有过滤网槽,所述粉碎槽底部的边缘处设有环形过滤网层。
优选的,所述机仓的正面一端设有观察窗,所述自动进料机分别由接料槽和螺旋输送机构组合而成,所述机仓底部的一侧设有排料阀,且排料阀与接料槽相互连通,所述机仓的顶部开设有通口,且通口分别与过滤网槽和粉碎槽垂直面相对。
优选的,所述加热腔呈锥形腔体结构制成,所述扇叶与锥形腔体和透气滤网水平面相对,一组所述导气管与自动进料机相互连通,另一组所述导气管与挤出机相互连通。
优选的,所述安装槽内部的一侧设有吸尘器,所述安装槽的一侧设有与吸尘器相互连通的集尘槽,所述安装槽内部顶部和底部的边缘处皆设有环形滑槽,且两组环形滑槽的内侧对称设有滑块,而两组滑块与过滤网槽固接,另两组滑块与粉碎槽固接。
优选的,所述进料槽的顶部设有三组进料口,且进料口的顶面设有密封盖,所述进料槽底部的两侧设有延伸至安装槽内部并与粉碎槽垂直面相对的导料口,且导料口与半弧形导槽相互配合。
优选的,所述粉碎槽内部底部的中间位置处设有固定块,且固定块与转杆固接,两组所述粉碎杆和粉碎齿的粉碎位置处与环形过滤网层垂直面相对。
环保净味预制型塑胶跑道卷材的制备方法,制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一;将塑胶跑道制备原料聚氨酯预聚体、混合聚醚、废轮胎橡胶、 EPDM橡胶粒、橡胶沥青、活性炭纤维、PU颗粒、颜料、助剂、填料按指定重量配比,并将其投入粉碎机内进行破碎工作;
步骤二;当原材料全面破碎后,可导入混料机进行搅拌混合,促使破碎的材料相互接触结合,接着通过自动进料机导入挤出机,通过加热挤出片材;
步骤三;通过将加热挤出的片材在输送带输送,并经过上下面的压模辊压膜,从而让片材表面的面层和底层获得纹理;
步骤四;最后经过冷却降温,将处理后的片材收卷,从而得到预制型塑胶跑道卷材产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种环保净味预制型塑胶跑道卷材、制备方法及设备,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过预加热混合系统的结构配合,可对需要混合的材料在扇叶和环形电加热丝的配合下预加热,促使粉碎掉落的材料在预加热效果下高效的混料结合,提高材料的延展性,并利用电磁三通阀和两组导气管的连通,促使机仓内部积存的热量可根据需求调节分别导入自动进料机和挤出机内,从而形成主动的热源供应体系,让进入自动进料机内输送状态的物料继续受到预热功效,或是配合温控监测系统的温度智能监控,对挤出机内补充热能,填充挤出机内流失的加热挤出所需温度,保持挤出机的恒温效果,有效的将预加热的热量转移利用,进而减少挤出机加热结构的用电耗能,增加设备的智能调节及环保节能功效。
2、本发明利用双过滤粉碎机构的结构配合,可对塑胶跑道卷材的制备材料进行双过滤和双粉碎工作,同时利用双过滤粉碎结构的协同运作,可有效保证材料粉碎的均匀一致性,从而让复数不同的材料破碎大小相同,增加材料搅拌混合成效,并随着机仓内部结构的同步工作,可促使扇叶和环形电加热丝的热量部分向上导入安装槽内,从而让粉碎过程中的材料得到更快一步的预加热功效,进一步促进材料预加热的全面性。
3、本发明通过塑胶卷材内部结构的弹性缓冲层和纤维增强层与粘结层和橡胶沥青层的层面配合,可在制备的塑胶跑道卷材中加入橡胶沥青和活性炭纤维,从而让塑胶跑道的内层面含有较强的吸附性和气味净化功效,从而在塑胶跑道在铺设后,利用橡胶沥青和活性炭纤维结合的吸附层对挥发的甲醛吸收,减轻甲醛的挥发时长,增加塑胶跑道的环保性。

请参阅图1-8,本发明提供一种技术方案:环保净味预制型塑胶跑道卷材,包括塑胶卷材7,塑胶卷材7的外层分别由面层71和底层76组合而成,塑胶卷材7的内层分别包括弹性缓冲层72、纤维增强层73、粘结层74和橡胶沥青层75。
本发明还包括环保净味预制型塑胶跑道卷材的制备设备,包括预加热混合系统1和挤出机3,预加热混合系统1分别包括机仓11、第一驱动器12、扇叶13、加热腔14、环形电加热丝15、透气滤网16、搅拌叶17和导气管18,机仓11一侧的中间位置处设有第一驱动器12,第一驱动器12的输出端延伸至机仓11的内部并设有搅拌叶17,机仓11内部的一侧设有加热腔14,搅拌叶17外侧的一侧设有扇叶13,加热腔14内侧的边缘处安装有环形电加热丝 15,加热腔14的一侧设有透气滤网16,机仓11一侧的顶部连通有电磁三通阀19,电磁三通阀19的底部和一侧皆连通有导气管18,预加热混合系统1 一侧的底部设有自动进料机2,挤出机3一端的中间位置处设有控制台4,挤出机3的顶部设有温控监测系统5。
作为本实施例的优选方案:机仓11的顶部设有双过滤粉碎机构6,且双过滤粉碎机构6分别包括安装槽61、进料槽62、螺旋粉碎辊63、第一齿轮组 64、皮带传动机构65和离心式粉碎系统66,安装槽61固接于机仓11的顶部,安装槽61的顶部设有进料槽62,进料槽62内部的一侧对称套设有螺旋粉碎辊63,两组螺旋粉碎辊63外侧的一侧设有齿轮啮合的第一齿轮组64,一组螺旋粉碎辊63外侧的一侧和第一驱动器12的输出端设有联动配合的皮带传动机构65。
作为本实施例的优选方案:离心式粉碎系统66分别包括第二驱动器661、第二齿轮组662、粉碎杆663、粉碎齿664、粉碎槽665、环形过滤网层666、过滤网槽667和转杆668,进料槽62内部底部的中间位置处设有半弧形导槽,且半弧形导槽的内部设有第二驱动器661,第二驱动器661的输出端设有转杆 668,安装槽61内部顶部靠近第二驱动器661的两侧套设有粉碎杆663,两组粉碎杆663外侧的顶部和转杆668外侧的顶部设有齿轮啮合的第二齿轮组662,转杆668外侧的底部固接有粉碎槽665,粉碎槽665内侧的边缘处安装有与粉碎杆663相互适配的粉碎齿664,转杆668的底部固接有过滤网槽667,粉碎槽665底部的边缘处设有环形过滤网层666。
作为本实施例的优选方案:机仓11的正面一端设有观察窗,自动进料机 2分别由接料槽和螺旋输送机构组合而成,机仓11底部的一侧设有排料阀,且排料阀与接料槽相互连通,机仓11的顶部开设有通口,且通口分别与过滤网槽667和粉碎槽665垂直面相对,可利用通口的连通,让材料从中向下掉入机仓11内,并可配合排料阀的控制,让混合好的材料进入接料槽。
作为本实施例的优选方案:加热腔14呈锥形腔体结构制成,扇叶13与锥形腔体和透气滤网16水平面相对,一组导气管18与自动进料机2相互连通,另一组导气管18与挤出机3相互连通,可利用两组导气管18的连通,对机仓11内部的热源分别导入自动进料机2和挤出机3内,从而形成可调式热量补给结构,可根据温度的监测智能调节。
作为本实施例的优选方案:安装槽61内部的一侧设有吸尘器,安装槽61 的一侧设有与吸尘器相互连通的集尘槽,安装槽61内部顶部和底部的边缘处皆设有环形滑槽,且两组环形滑槽的内侧对称设有滑块,而两组滑块与过滤网槽667固接,另两组滑块与粉碎槽665固接,可利用环形滑槽和滑块的限位导向,促使过滤网槽667和粉碎槽665离心旋转更为稳定。
作为本实施例的优选方案:进料槽62的顶部设有三组进料口,且进料口的顶面设有密封盖,进料槽62底部的两侧设有延伸至安装槽61内部并与粉碎槽665垂直面相对的导料口,且导料口与半弧形导槽相互配合,便于通过半弧形导料槽将上方的材料滑落导料口,并从导料口进入粉碎槽665内进行二次粉碎工作。
作为本实施例的优选方案:粉碎槽665内部底部的中间位置处设有固定块,且固定块与转杆668固接,两组粉碎杆663和粉碎齿664的粉碎位置处与环形过滤网层666垂直面相对,便于将落入粉碎槽665内的材料在旋转的粉碎齿664和粉碎杆663的结构配合下进行粉碎工作。
环保净味预制型塑胶跑道卷材的制备方法,制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一;将塑胶跑道制备原料聚氨酯预聚体、混合聚醚、废轮胎橡胶、 EPDM橡胶粒、橡胶沥青、活性炭纤维、PU颗粒、颜料、助剂、填料按指定重量配比,并将其投入粉碎机内进行破碎工作;
步骤二;当原材料全面破碎后,可导入混料机进行搅拌混合,促使破碎的材料相互接触结合,接着通过自动进料机导入挤出机,通过加热挤出片材;
步骤三;通过将加热挤出的片材在输送带输送,并经过上下面的压模辊压膜,从而让片材表面的面层和底层获得纹理;
步骤四;最后经过冷却降温,将处理后的片材收卷,从而得到预制型塑胶跑道卷材产品。
实施例1,如图1-3所示,当机仓11内部的环形电加热丝15在进行预加热工作时,此时利用扇叶13的导引,促使热量在机仓11内向搅拌叶17的搅拌位置处流动,并促使热量从电磁三通阀19和一组导气管18的连通进入自动进料机2内,从而对自动进料机2内进行预加热,当自动进料机2接收和输送材料时,促使热量随着材料的接收和输送一同进入挤出机3内,从而保证材料加工期间受到全面的预加热处理,而当温控监测系统5感知挤出机3 内部温度流失到指定标准时,可自动通过控制台4控制电磁三通阀19启动,从而让机仓11内部的预加热气体直接导入挤出机3内,从而对挤出机3主动补给热量,促使补给热量与挤出机3内部自身的热量相互结合,不仅抑制温度的快速流失,并有效将预加热工作的热量转移利用,增加设备的智能性和节能功效。
实施例2,如图3-5所示,当材料在安装槽61内进行粉碎工作时,此时机仓11内所形成的预加热气体可伴随着搅拌叶17的旋转,促使部分热量向上导入安装槽61内,并穿过过滤网槽667和环形过滤网层666的过滤进入粉碎槽665内,此时配合粉碎槽665的旋转和粉碎杆663的粉碎工作,促使该粉碎结构运作的同时,对需要预加热的材料更先一步的加热接触,进一步提高材料的加热成效,提高复数材料的结合率。
工作原理:当进行塑胶跑道卷材加工制备时,可通过温控监测系统5的控制启动第一驱动器12,随着第一驱动器12的启动同步带动皮带传动机构 65和扇叶13以及搅拌叶17旋转,当皮带传动机构65联动时可带动一组螺旋粉碎辊63转动,并在第一齿轮组64的啮合下促使另一组螺旋粉碎辊63同步旋转,进而利用相对转动的两组进料槽62进行初步粉碎工作,而利用扇叶13 的旋转,对加热腔14内侧启动的环形电加热丝15所加热的热量导入搅拌叶 17的搅拌位置处,并促使环形电加热丝15所散热的热量从透气滤网16分散过滤,提高预加热气体与材料的接触面,此时便可将塑胶跑道的原材料统一投入进料槽62,进行粉碎和混合工作;
当塑胶跑道的材料投入进料槽62内时,可通过两组螺旋粉碎辊63的相对转动进行初步粉碎,接着在进料槽62下方的半弧形导槽下使材料从两组掉入安装槽61内,此时可利用第二驱动器661的启动带动第二齿轮组662和转杆668旋转,通过第二齿轮组662的啮合促使两组粉碎杆663在粉碎槽665 内转动,而随着68的旋转可同步带动粉碎槽665整体和过滤网槽667离心转动,此时通过进料槽62落下的材料会直接落在粉碎槽665内侧的边缘处,接着配合粉碎槽665整体的转动促使粉碎齿664和旋转状态的两组粉碎杆663 相互配合,对下落的材料进行二次粉碎处理,且粉碎处理的材料会通过环形过滤网层666进行初步过滤,然后过滤的材料掉入过滤网槽667的内侧进行二次过滤,且环形过滤网层666和过滤网槽667皆处于离心旋转状态,保证物料过滤效率,促使该结构形成双粉碎和双过滤体系对材料处理;
在处理的材料掉入机仓11内时,便可利用搅拌叶17的搅拌和预加热气体的结合,让材料充分混合,然后导入自动进料机2内,让自动进料机2将混合的材料输送至挤出机3,接着通过挤出机3的挤出,让材料形成塑胶跑道片材结构,最后经过辊压和冷却,得到预制型塑胶跑道卷材产品。
