Abstract
一种电容器用电极材料技术领域的扩孔腐蚀液、腐蚀工艺及由该腐蚀工艺制备的电极箔。扩孔腐蚀液包含镓基液态金属纳米颗粒分散液,镓基液态金属纳米颗粒分散液由镓基液态金属在聚苯乙烯磺酸和聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的高分子溶液中分散得到,其中,镓基液态金属的质量分数为0.3‑1.5%。使用扩孔腐蚀液进行扩孔的腐蚀工艺制备得到的电极箔,孔深度增加、枝孔或小孔减少、孔的一致性好,静电容量和折弯强度均较高。
