本发明属于复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种PET热压防护膜及其制备方法,按照质量百分含量计,包括以下组分:溶剂40%~60%,改性丁睛橡胶10%~20%,改性环氧树脂5%~20%,填料10%~20%,环氧固化剂5%~10%,表面处理剂0.5%~1%,助进剂0.1%~1%。本发明通过改性改性丁睛橡胶、改性环氧树脂等原料合理的配比得到胶黏液通过在PET表面热压成膜,得到的防护粘结力更强,粘结的更加紧密,排气性好,热压时没有气泡产生,更有利于PET材料的防护。

一种PET热压防护膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种PET热压防护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着近几年新能源的兴起,如新能源汽车,新能源供热,新能源供电等, 随着新能源的广泛应用,带动对新能源材料的大量需求,本发明就时针对在新能源材料里用到的硅胶片进行保护。此种PET热压膜能跟硅胶片紧密的贴合在一起。由于硅胶很难与其它材料进行热压贴合,现有市场上的热压膜很难与硅胶片贴合,主要表现为:1.粘接力小,易与硅胶片分裂,胶层与硅胶之间产生裂口,良率低下。2.排气不完全,热压时容易产生气泡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中出的问题,提供一种PET热压防护膜及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种PET热压防护膜,按照质量百分含量计,包括以下组分:溶剂40%~60%,羧基丁睛橡胶10%~20%,改性环氧树脂5%~20%,填料10%~20%,环氧固化剂5%~10%,表面处理剂0.5%~1%,助进剂0.1%~1%。
优选地,按照质量百分含量计,包括以下组分:溶剂45%~55%,羧基丁睛橡胶11%~18%,改性环氧树脂8%~15%,填料11%~18%,环氧固化剂8%~10%;表面处理机0.8%~1%,助进剂0.5%~0.8%。
优选地,所述溶剂包括:丙酮,丁酮,丁酯中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述改性环氧树脂为聚酯改性双酚环氧树脂。
优选地,所述填料包括氢氧化铝和滑石粉。
优选地,所述表面处理剂为硅橡胶770处理剂。
优选地,所述助进剂为改性咪唑。
优选地,所述羧基丁睛橡胶为南帝1072橡胶,因带羧基基团有利于与固化剂参与交联反应。
所述PET热压防护膜的制备方法,包括:将溶剂、羧基丁睛橡胶、改性环氧树脂、填料、环氧固化剂、表面处理剂、助进剂按照比例混合,搅拌120min,然后研磨,过滤得到胶黏液,再通过涂布机将所述胶黏液均匀度涂在PET基底上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
本发明公开的一种PET热压防护膜及其制备方法,本发明通过羧基丁睛橡胶、改性环氧树脂等原料合理的配比得到胶黏液通过在PET表面热压成膜,得到的防护粘结力更强,粘结的更加紧密,排气性好,热压时没有气泡产生,更有利于PET材料的防护。

除特殊说明,本实施例、对比例以及实验例中所用的设备均为常规实验设备,所用的材料、试剂无特殊说明均为市售得到,无特殊说明的实验方法也为常规实验方法。
实施例1
一种PET热压防护膜,按照质量百分比计,包括以下组分:溶剂54.4%,羧基丁睛橡胶20%,改性环氧树脂5%,填料10%,环氧固化剂10%,表面处理剂0.5%,助进剂0.1%。
所述溶剂为丙酮,所述羧基丁睛橡胶为高分子量高韧性的反应型丁睛橡胶,具体为南帝1072橡胶。改性环氧树脂为聚酯改性双酚环氧树脂。填料为氢氧化铝和滑石粉。环氧固化剂选用低、中温环氧固化剂,具体为咪唑类中温固化剂,如甲基咪唑,乙基咪唑。表面处理剂采用采用与硅胶接合力好的硅橡胶处理剂,如硅橡胶770处理剂。助进剂采用改性咪唑,如:日本四成化学生产的2E4MZ-CN。
上述PET热压防护膜的制备方法,具体包括:将溶剂、羧基丁睛橡胶、改性环氧树脂、填料、环氧固化剂、表面处理剂、助进剂按照比例混合,搅拌然后研磨,过滤得到胶黏液,再通过涂布机将所述胶黏液均匀度涂在PET基底上。
实施例2
一种PET热压防护膜,其特征在于,按照质量百分含量计,包括以下组分:溶剂43%,羧基丁睛橡胶10%,改性环氧树脂20%,填料20%,环氧固化剂5%,表面处理剂1%,助进剂1%。
所述溶剂为丙酮,所述羧基丁睛橡胶为高分子量高韧性的反应型丁睛橡胶,具体为南帝1072橡胶。改性环氧树脂为聚酯改性双酚环氧树脂。填料为氢氧化铝。环氧固化剂选用低、中温环氧固化剂,具体为咪唑类中温固化剂,如甲基咪唑,乙基咪唑。表面处理剂采用采用与硅胶接合力好的硅橡胶处理剂,如硅橡胶770处理剂。助进剂采用改性咪唑,如:日本四成化学生产的2E4MZ-CN。

所述溶剂为丙酮,所述羧基丁睛橡胶为高分子量高韧性的反应型丁睛橡胶,具体为南帝1072橡胶。改性环氧树脂为聚酯改性双酚环氧树脂。填料为氢氧化铝。环氧固化剂选用低、中温环氧固化剂,具体为咪唑类中温固化剂,如甲基咪唑,乙基咪唑。表面处理剂采用采用与硅胶接合力好的硅橡胶处理剂,如硅橡胶770处理剂。助进剂采用改性咪唑,如:日本四成化学生产的2E4MZ-CN。

所述溶剂为丙酮,所述羧基丁睛橡胶为高分子量高韧性的反应型丁睛橡胶,具体为南帝1072橡胶。改性环氧树脂为聚酯改性双酚环氧树脂。填料为氢氧化铝。环氧固化剂选用低、中温环氧固化剂,具体为咪唑类中温固化剂,如甲基咪唑,乙基咪唑。表面处理剂采用采用与硅胶接合力好的硅橡胶处理剂,如硅橡胶770处理剂。助进剂采用改性咪唑,如:日本四成化学生产的2E4MZ-CN。
上述PET热压防护膜的制备方法,具体包括:将溶剂、羧基丁睛橡胶、改性环氧树脂、填料、环氧固化剂、表面处理剂、助进剂按照比例混合,搅拌然后研磨,过滤得到胶黏液,再通过涂布机将所述胶黏液均匀度涂在PET基底上。
实验例1
测试各个实施例以及传统热压膜性能,结果如表1所示。

实验例2
将实施例3得到的热压膜和传统热压膜进行剥离试验,结果如图1所示。可以看出传统热压膜(b线)的形变量达到105mm以上时,已经完全和PET分离开。而实施例3的防护膜(a线),当形变量达到150mm时,仍然没有分开,直至PET材料被破坏,也没有使得其与PET分离。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

1.一种PET热压防护膜,其特征在于,按照质量百分含量计,包括以下组分:溶剂40%~60%,羧基丁睛橡胶10%~20%,改性环氧树脂5%~20%,填料10%~20%,环氧固化剂5%~10%,表面处理剂0.5%~1%,助进剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述PET热压防护膜,其特征在于,按照质量百分含量计,包括以下组分:溶剂45%~55%,改性丁睛橡胶11%~18%,改性环氧树脂8%~15%,填料11%~18%,环氧固化剂8%~10%;表面处理机0.8%~1%,助进剂0.5%~0.8%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述PET热压防护膜,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括:丙酮,丁酮,丁酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述PET热压防护膜,其特征在于,所述改性环氧树脂为聚酯改性双酚环氧树脂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述PET热压防护膜,其特征在于,所述填料包括氢氧化铝和滑石粉。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述PET热压防护膜,其特征在于,所述表面处理剂为硅橡胶770处理剂。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述PET热压防护膜,其特征在于,所述助进剂为改性咪唑。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述PET热压防护膜,其特征在于,所述羧基丁睛橡胶为南帝1072橡胶。
9.权利要求1至8任一项所述PET热压防护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将溶剂、羧基丁睛橡胶、改性环氧树脂、填料、环氧固化剂、表面处理剂、助进剂按照比例混合,搅拌120min,然后研磨,过滤得到胶黏液,再通过涂布机将所述胶黏液均匀度涂在PET基底上。
