Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水型广告贴膜的制备方法,所述防水型广告贴膜包括基材层、背胶层和离型层,所述基材层的一面上涂覆于背胶层,所述背胶层相背于基材层的一面设有离型层,所述背胶层由胶液涂覆烘干获得,此胶液由以下步骤制得:S1、将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸‑2‑乙基己酯、三甲基戊二醇、二甲氨基丙腈1~5份和去离子水混合均匀,升温至75~80℃,向该混合体系中滴加偶氮异丁氰基甲酰胺和丙烯酸;冷却至室温,加入过氧化双2,4一二氯苯甲酰、固化剂、乳化剂和对苯二酚,混合均匀得到胶液;将胶液均匀涂覆于基材层上,烘干得到背胶层。本发明使得防水型广告贴膜的制备方法在环境湿度较大的情况下,粘着力基本不变,使得粘接稳定,从而适合长期室外使用。

Description

防水型广告贴膜的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于广告贴膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水型广告贴膜的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的部分广告贴,例如车贴、水性高亮PVC,都具有PVC膜、粘接层和离型纸,其中离型纸由硅油层、淋膜层和底纸构成,硅油层与广告贴的粘接层连接,在使用时剥离离型纸,以将粘接层暴露,进而将广告贴贴于指定位置。
目前市面上及国内生产的广告贴使用的是油性体系压敏胶,胶水有溶剂残留,VOC排放不达标,只能应用于室外环境。因此环保型水基胶粘剂已成为胶粘剂的发展方向,而环保型胶粘剂的研制成果相对较少,防水性能不尽人意,且制造工艺比较复杂。因此,如何开发一种防水性能优良、可长期室外使用的车身贴成为本领域技术人员的研究方向。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种防水型广告贴膜的制备方法,该防水型广告贴膜的制备方法既提高了防水性能,也使得防水型广告贴膜的制备方法在环境湿度较大的情况下,粘着力基本不变,使得粘接稳定,不会出现脱落的情况,从而适合长期室外使用,大大延长了车身贴的使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防水型广告贴膜的制备方法,所述防水型广告贴膜包括基材层、背胶层和离型层,所述基材层的一面上涂覆于背胶层,所述背胶层相背于基材层的一面设有离型层,所述背胶层由胶液涂覆烘干获得,此胶液由以下步骤制得:
S1、将甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、苯乙烯15份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯20份、三甲基戊二醇1份、二甲氨基丙腈2份和去离子水70份混合均匀,升温至75~80℃,向该混合体系中滴加偶氮异丁氰基甲酰胺0.5份和丙烯酸6份,反应3~4h;
S2、冷却至室温,加入过氧化双2,4一二氯苯甲酰2份、固化剂1.5份、乳化剂0.2份和对苯二酚0.1份,混合均匀得到胶液;
S3、将胶液均匀涂覆于基材层上,烘干得到背胶层。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中:所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯与苯乙烯的添加比例为2:1~1:1。
2. 上述方案中:所述基材层为PVC层。
3. 上述方案中:所述基材层的厚度为50~150μm。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明防水型广告贴膜的制备方法,其通过在甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸和偶氮异丁氰基甲酰胺中添加三甲基戊二醇、二甲氨基丙腈,既提高了防水性能,也使得防水型广告贴膜的制备方法在环境湿度较大的情况下,粘着力基本不变,使得粘接稳定,从而适合长期室外使用,不会出现脱落的情况,大大延长了车身贴的使用寿命。
具体实施方式

实施例:一种防水型广告贴膜的制备方法,所述防水型广告贴膜包括基材层、背胶层和离型层,所述基材层的一面上涂覆于背胶层,所述背胶层相背于基材层的一面设有离型层,所述背胶层由胶液涂覆烘干获得,此胶液由以下步骤制得:
S1、将甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、苯乙烯15份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯20份、三甲基戊二醇1份、二甲氨基丙腈2份和去离子水70份混合均匀,升温至75~80℃,向该混合体系中滴加偶氮异丁氰基甲酰胺0.5份和丙烯酸6份,反应3~4h;
S2、冷却至室温,加入过氧化双2,4一二氯苯甲酰2份、固化剂1.5份、乳化剂0.2份和对苯二酚0.1份,混合均匀得到胶液;
S3、将胶液均匀涂覆于基材层上,烘干得到背胶层。
甲基丙烯酸甲酯与苯乙烯的添加比例为1:1,上述固化剂选自固化剂S01-5,上述乳化剂选自乙氧基化C16-18-醇。
上述基材层为PVC层,上述基材层的厚度为70μm,上述背胶层厚度为15μm。
对比例1~2:一种户外用广告车贴的制备方法,包括基材层、背胶层和离型层,所述基材层的一面上涂覆于背胶层,所述背胶层相背于基材层的一面设有离型层,所述背胶层由胶液涂覆烘干获得,此胶液由以下重量份组分组成,如表1所示:

上述实施例和对比例1~2制得的抗静电膜的性能如表2所示:

测试方法:
耐水试验测定方法:所制得试样在沸水(100℃)条件下蒸煮,经过1H、10H和24H分别测试粘着力情况。
如表2的评价结果所示,实施例防水型广告贴膜的制备方法防水性能优良,在水中浸泡长时间粘着力几乎不会发生变化,而对比例1防水性能相对差,对比例2粘着力随着浸泡时间变化,粘着力快速下降;可知,本发明既提高了防水性能,也使得防水型广告贴膜的制备方法在水中浸泡时间较长的情况下,粘着力变化很小,防水性能稳定,不会产生脱落的现象,从而适合长期室外使用,大大延长了车身贴的使用寿命。

Claims (4)

1.一种防水型广告贴膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防水型广告贴膜包括基材层、背胶层和离型层,所述基材层的一面上涂覆于背胶层,所述背胶层相背于基材层的一面设有离型层,所述背胶层由胶液涂覆烘干获得,此胶液由以下步骤制得:
S1、将甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、苯乙烯15份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯20份、三甲基戊二醇1份、二甲氨基丙腈2份和去离子水70份混合均匀,升温至75~80℃,向该混合体系中滴加偶氮异丁氰基甲酰胺0.5份和丙烯酸6份,反应3~4h;
S2、冷却至室温,加入过氧化双2,4一二氯苯甲酰2份、固化剂1.5份、乳化剂0.2份和对苯二酚0.1份,混合均匀得到胶液;
S3、将胶液均匀涂覆于基材层上,烘干得到背胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水型广告贴膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯与苯乙烯的添加比例为2:1~1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水型广告贴膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)为PVC层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水型广告贴膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)的厚度为50~150μm。
