Description

Itching-relieving spray for mosquito bites
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicines, in particular to an antipruritic spray for mosquito bites.
Background
Mosquitoes stab the skin through the mouth organ of the mosquitoes, saliva or venom injected into the skin generates allergic reaction after entering the skin of a human body to cause inflammation, and symptoms such as rash, pruritus and the like are generated; some pathogenic pathogens can enter human body through skin by mosquito bite to cause infectious diseases; most of mosquito sprays in the current market adopt chemical raw material preparations, have certain toxic and side effects on human bodies, and particularly for children, how to provide a pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation and a spray capable of quickly relieving itching and diminishing swelling is a problem to be solved urgently.
In the prior art, the technical scheme of the mosquito bite spray agent comprises the following steps:
chinese patent application 201811474441.X discloses a mosquito repellent spray and a method of preventing stings and/or repelling harmful insects from human and/or animal subjects, the method comprising spraying a liquid formulation containing a vapour active pyrethroid and a volatile organic solvent at the site of a substrate, the formulation being provided in a push-on spray bottle, and the vapour active pyrethroid being present in the formulation in an amount of 1 to 12% by weight, and/or the formulation being provided at a pyrethroid deposition of 1 to 12mg per spray.
Chinese patent application 201610452778.5 discloses a mosquito repellent spray for skin surface, which adopts essential oil with better compatibility with skin as main component, and simultaneously adds mosquito repellent component with functional effect and active component capable of improving the activity of the mosquito repellent component, so that the prepared spray can be better adsorbed on the skin surface and has mosquito repellent effect.
However, the chemical raw material preparation is added as the main component in the prior art, so that certain side effects exist on the human body, and the adverse effects are caused to pregnant women and children.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the mosquito bite stabilizing and itching relieving spray, which adopts a pure traditional Chinese medicine formula aiming at the defects in the prior art, has no toxic or side effect, and has the effects of quickly relieving itching and swelling and eliminating skin inflammation and pain caused by mosquito bite and insect bite and eczema; has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic material, cooling blood, relieving itching and inhibiting bacteria.
The invention provides the following technical scheme:
a mosquito bite itching relieving spray is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of rheum officinale, 5-15 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 5-15 parts of groundsel, 10-20 parts of common andrographis herb, 10-20 parts of hypericum japonicum, 10-15 parts of folium isatidis and 3-5 parts of pubescent holly root.
Preferably, the raw material components also comprise 3-5 parts of solidago decurrens and 3-5 parts of folium artemisiae argyi.
Preferably, the raw material components also comprise 10-15 parts of burdock.
Preferably, the raw material components also comprise 10-20 parts of houttuynia cordata.
Preferably, the components of each raw material component are in powder form, and the particle size of the medicinal powder is 30-100 meshes.
Preferably, the particle size of the medicinal powder is 40-60 meshes.
The main effects of the rhubarb, the wild chrysanthemum flower, the groundsel herb, the common andrographis herb, the hypericum japonicum, the heartleaf houttuynia herb, the great burdock achene and the folium isatidis in the formula are clearing heat and purging fire, cooling blood and removing toxicity, and the functions of clearing heat and removing toxicity, cooling blood and relieving itching and inhibiting bacteria can be improved among the rhubarb, the hypericum japonicum and the groundsel herb, especially the synergistic effect is realized; the herba solidaginis and the pubescent holly root have the main effects of dispelling wind, clearing heat and relieving cough; the folium artemisiae argyi has the main effects of warming channels to stop bleeding, dispelling cold and relieving pain; however, the common action of the solidago virgaurea, the pubescent holly root and the folium artemisiae argyi has good effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving itching and easing pain, and particularly, the solidago virgaurea and the pubescent holly root have a synergistic effect.
The groundsel in the formula belongs to cold property, neutralizes the cold property of the groundsel through the combined action of the groundsel, the burdock and the houttuynia cordata, can be suitable for people with cold body, and achieves the good purposes of clearing heat and removing toxicity.
In order to better realize the effects of relieving itching and reducing swelling, the invention also provides a preparation method of the itching-relieving spray for treating mosquito bite, which comprises the following steps:
s1, after being prepared according to the formula proportion, the raw materials are ground into powder together;
s2, adding a proper amount of rice vinegar and ice blocks and stirring;
s3, filling the mixture into a cylinder, sealing, processing and fermenting;
s4, adding ethanol for soaking;
and S5, independently bottling.
Preferably, the jar-filling and sealing are carried out for 20-40 days of fermentation at normal temperature.
Preferably, the fermentation days of the jar-filling and sealing at constant temperature can be shortened to 10-20 days.
Preferably, white flora is generated on the surface of the fermented medicinal powder and the medicinal fragrance is given off, which indicates that the fermentation is finished.
Preferably, soaking in 60% ethanol for 7-15 days, wherein the weight ratio of the medicinal powder to the ethanol is 20-30:65-80, and stirring for 2-10 times during fermentation.
Preferably, after soaking in ethanol, the supernatant is decanted, filtered and dispensed, e.g., into squeeze spray vials.
Preferably, after decanting the supernatant, the residue is further soaked in 70% ethanol for 7-15 days, decanted, filtered and dispensed into, for example, squeeze spray vials.
In addition, the fineness of the medicinal powder particles is one of the reasons for influencing the medicinal effect; in experiments, when the particle size of the medicinal powder is less than 30 meshes, the medicinal powder has larger particles, poorer ductility, poor fermentation effect and poor efficacy effect; the particle size of the medicinal powder is higher than 100 meshes, and the medicinal powder is difficult to filter because the particle size is too small and the supernatant is difficult to pour out.
The invention further compares the experiment and finds that the fineness of the medicine powder also influences the fermentation time, when the fineness of the medicine powder is 30-100 meshes, the fermentation completion time (in Henan province) of the medicine powder is about 30 days; when the fineness of the medicinal powder is 40-60 meshes, the fermentation time of the medicinal powder is about 18 days; therefore, the test result shows that the fermentation time is shortest when the grain diameter of the medicinal powder is 40-60 meshes, and the fermentation time is short, the number of active floras is large, the time is saved, and the cost is saved.
The using method comprises the following steps: spraying the bottled spray to the affected part 3-8 times daily, 5-10 times per time.
When the itching relieving spray for mosquito bite is used, the spraying times n are 3-8 times, and the continuous use period T is 10-15 days as a treatment course; in order to further improve the drug effect, the d.n is more than or equal to 90 and less than or equal to 800 between the spraying times n and the particle size d of the medicinal powder; the spraying times n of the itching relieving spray, the particle size d of the medicinal powder and the continuous use period T satisfy the following relations:
T=(d/n)*α;
wherein alpha is a relation factor and has a value range of 0.25-3.33.
