Abstract
本发明涉及一种双组分挤压模,位于可将塑流分为两股的拼合双螺旋杆或单螺旋杆型挤压炊具或挤压装置下游,在一组分的进流通道出口处包括:a)中心组分供给管,从上游一侧至下游一侧,所述供给管具有横截面为星形的第一区域,为使第二组分流入的、带有最少两个轴向孔道的第二区域,上述孔道位于星形支脉之间以及可使两组分结合的第三区域;b)围绕供给管第一区域的分流器,以便形成腔室并允许第二组分通过供给管内的轴向孔道流入;c)从分流器延伸出的喷管,以减少第二组分的进流腔室容积并包围供给管的第三区域。
Description
本发明涉及一种双组分挤压模,它位于挤压炊具或挤压机出口处,用于制色彩的同色彩的轴向色条的香肠或丸子。
欧洲专利169,126已涉及了一种通过挤压加工来制造组合食品的设备。虽然这种设备确实可以制造双组分制品,但是,它不是备有一由外部完全不可见的填充物及一仅可见到的外壳,就或并列的双组分原料。
法国专利2,572,899涉及用模通过挤压加工制造的填充制品,该模包括在同一轴线的内管和外管,以完成分流作用。但是这些形状简单的管并不能在压出物表面明显地看到所得制品的填充物。另外,两股流体仅在出口处有短距离地相互接触,因此限制了再结合的可能性。
美国专利4,786,243涉及一种具有轴向条纹的制品,但是该技术解决方法必须要求提供双挤压机,多股流体可在配备有中央导向装置的同轴管内结合在一起。这种技术,特别是这种导向装置会在双压出物的流动及再结合在机器出口处产生问题。
本发明目的在于提供一种可制造双组分制品的挤压模,以使消费者能立刻看到该产品是组合制品,上述制品中的一种组分在该制品的剖面上应具有星形形状。此外,本发明的挤压模可使两股塑流能够紧密结合。
本发明涉及一种双组分挤压模,位于可将塑流分为两股的拼合双螺旋杆或单螺旋杆型挤压炊具或挤压装置下游,在一组分的进流通道出口处包括:
a)中心组分供给管,所述供给管从上游一侧至下游一侧,具有横截面为星形的第一区域,为使第二组分流入而带有最少两个轴向孔道的第二区域,上述孔道位于星形支脉之间以及可使两组分结合的第三区域;
b)围绕供给管第一区域的分流器,以便形成腔室,允许第二组分通过供给管内的轴向孔道进入;
c)沿分流器延伸的喷管,以减少第二组分的进流腔室容积并包围供给管的第三区域。
通常,用于使材料A沿筒体流动的双螺旋杆包括可被旋转驱动的第一螺旋杆以推动所述材料A前进和将材料B输入引入同样可被旋转驱动的第二螺旋杆的第二筒体;这两部分相互分离并在挤压机出口处安装有本发明的挤压模。也可以在挤压机出口处安装有两个挤压模。
单流制品也可以使用双螺旋杆;既是如此,就必须在挤压机出口处安装分流装置以便随后能对两股流体进行不同地染色。然后,在下游可直接安装有本发明的挤压模。如果使用单螺旋杆,也必须在本发明所述的一个或几个挤压模前设置分流装置。有利地是,可以利用1995年1月12日欧洲专利NO.95100350.8来完成该装置。
使用本发明的挤压模,可以适用于由挤压炊具生产出的任何类型的制品,即供人们使用的制品,如早餐谷类食品(温度在120-200℃之间)及动物饲料制品,如干饲料(温度在100-130℃之间),即水份含量低于15‰的制品。也可以利用挤压装置制造例如面团(温度大约在70℃左右)这类的食品。最后,也可以利用本发明的挤压模来加工冷冻制品,如冰激凌等等。若是这样的话,就必须既在双螺旋杆或单螺旋杆的外壳上又在挤压模上安装冷却装置,例如供冷却剂循环用的套管,以使其温度保持在-8℃或-8℃以下。
该挤压模的优点在于它仅需要一推动塑性物质通过挤压模的简单挤压机或简单机器。
开始的塑性物质可以或不必染色。如果使用了已分开的、染色过的塑流,那么只需保持所述塑流朝本发明的挤压模运动即可。如果使用未染色过的单股塑流,首先应将其分成几股并在此阶段通过喷射合适的染色剂对其进行染色。也可以在此阶段通过加入水份来调节每股塑流的粘性。在此阶段还可进一步向这些塑流内加入多种营养组织添加剂和其它元素。
在本发明的挤压模中,很清楚地知道供给管起到了主要作用。其原因在于,在第一区域内,必须使组分A成为具有星形横截面的压出物以便为组分B流入第二区域作准备;由于第二区域具有圆形横截面,因此可以使所述第二组分填充入星形支脉的空隙之间。于是,供给管的第三区域可使组分A和组分B以逐渐拉长的方式结合在一起。
供给管的第一区域可以是具有3至6支脉的星形横截面;既然如此,显然就必须使用相应数目的轴向孔道,即3至6个孔道,在第二区域中,上述孔道位于星形支脉之间。在该第二区域中,孔道占整个表面积的1/4-1/2。供给管的第三区域通常具有圆形横截面,象地二区域一样,但也可以采用方形、椭圆形或三角形横截面。
本发明的挤压模的工作将会在以下相应附图中更全面地加以描述。在挤压模出口处,安装有一用以切割出需要长度压出物的旋转刀具,切割出的压出物可以是长度为5至50mm香肠型或是较小尺寸的丸子形。
在供给管中,可使第一、第二及第三区域之间具有不同的长度比;这些比例通常在3∶1∶1至1∶1∶1之间。其中,最好使用2/1/1这一比例。
为便于清扫,分流器及喷管可以构成两个独立的部分。当然也可以使它们形成一个单一构件。
本发明也涉及双螺旋杆或单螺杆型装置,它最少包括上面所描述的一个挤压模,最好使用具有双挤压模的挤压机。
下面将结合附图进行描述。

图4为使用本发明的挤压模所得制品的透视图。
图1所示为带有双螺旋杆2,3的传统挤压机1,它包括一安装上述双螺旋杆的筒体4,这些螺旋杆由齿轮马达旋转地驱动(图中未绘出〕。每一螺旋杆上分别具有一定间距成螺旋形缠绕的螺纹7,8。在筒体4上设有可使组分A和B流入的孔腔5,6;这些组分通过螺旋杆2,3的转动被驱动,向位于分流盘11的出口通道9,10方向流动。根据本发明,两股塑流随后将在挤压模12中汇合。
参照附图2和3,挤压模12包括一供应中心组分A使用的供给管13和一分流器14及从分流器延伸出的喷管15。
因此,供给管13具有一横截面呈星形的区域I,带有轴向孔道的区域II和区域III。在区域I中供给管有一个具有5个支脉的星形孔腔19,在区域II和III中供给管具有一圆形横截面和一孔腔20。腔室21由供给管13、分流器14和喷管15间的空腔构成。
挤压模以以下方式工作:通过通道9组分A进入供给管13中并沿具有5个支脉的星形孔腔19成型。在通道10中流动的组分B通过分流器14上的孔道16进入腔室21中。
因此,塑流A也以星形支脉的形状占据了供给管13的中央。在腔室21中,塑流B与塑流A汇合。塑流B通过管13的壁上在适当长度地方的轴向开孔18进入管中,塑流B通过喷管15的锥形部分22加压并占据了管13内由塑流A所占据的空间以外的、星形支脉间的自由空间。然后两股塑流相互接触,且由于它们被封闭在管道中,因此它们可在明确界限的长度〔区域III〕内结合。
随后,压出物离开供给管13并被切割成需要的长度。图4所示为包含了组分A和组分B的压出物。本发明的挤压模,提供一种可以直接看到具有两种组成物的合成制品,这对于消费者来说无疑是具有吸引力的。
Claims (5)
1.一种双组分挤压模,位于可将塑流分为两股的拼合双螺旋杆或单螺旋杆型挤压炊具或挤压装置下游,其特征在于在一组分的进流通道出口处该挤压模包括:
a)中心组分供给管,从上游一侧至下游一侧,所述供给管具有横截面为星形的第一区域,为使第二组分流入的、带有最少两个轴向孔道的第二区域,上述孔道位于星形支脉之间以及可使两组分结合的第三区域;
b)围绕供给管第一区域的分流器,以便形成腔室并允许第二组分通过供给管内的轴向孔道流入;
c)从分流器延伸出的喷管,以减少用于第二组分的进流腔室容积和包围供给管的第三区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的挤压模,其特征在于:供给管的第一区域具有3至6个支脉的星形横截面并且第二区域具有相应数目的轴向孔道。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的挤压模,其特征在于:供给管的第一、第二及第三区域的长度比在3∶1∶1和1∶1∶1之间。
4.用于挤压炊具或挤压机的双螺旋杆或单螺旋杆型装置,其特征在于:它包括最少一个如权利要求1-3所述的挤压模。
5.如权利要求1-3之一所述的挤压模,其特征在于:在为中心组分所用的供给管的第二区域中,孔道占整个表面积的比例为1/4-1/2。
