The invention can obviously improve the bad qualities of bad color, coarse taste, too sticky and greasy taste and the like of the currently marketed dendrobe buccal tablet, and the obtained buccal tablet is bright light green and has good taste.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparation processes, and particularly relates to a dendrobe buccal tablet and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The herba Dendrobii is plant of Dendrobium of Orchidaceae, and has dual purposes of medicine and food. In China, the Chinese medicinal materials are mainly distributed in Guangxi, guizhou, yunnan, anhui, hubei, hainan, taiwan and other places. The first pharmacopoeia monograph of China, shennong Ben Cao Jing, lists dendrobe as the top grade. In the Tibet, the monograph of Taoist, dendrobium nobile is the first part of Jiuda Mesona. The Ming Dynasty Lishi Zhen (the delicacy of materia Medica) records "Dendrobium nobile qi is flat, sweet in taste, light in taste, slightly salty, yin-middle yang is also descending". The dendrobium nobile and the dendrobium officinale are listed separately in pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China (2020), have sweet and slightly cold nature, enter stomach and kidney channels, benefit stomach and promote salivation, nourish yin and clear heat, and are used for treating fever, fluid impairment, dry mouth and polydipsia, stomach yin deficiency, anorexia and retching, after illness, deficiency heat, yin deficiency and fire excess, bone steaming and fatigue heat, dim eyesight and flaccidity and weakness of bones. Modern medical researches show that the dendrobium nobile contains rich functional components such as alkaloids such as dendrobine, dendrobine and the like, saponins, flavonoids, polysaccharide mucilage and the like, and has various pharmacological effects such as blood pressure reduction, blood sugar reduction, oxidation resistance, tumor resistance, immunity enhancement, fatigue resistance and the like.
The dendrobium has unique medicinal and health care effects and is widely applied to the industries of medicines and health care products, and main products of the dendrobium comprise dendrobium powder, dendrobium, dried strips, buccal tablets, raw pulp drinks thereof and the like. The buccal tablet is convenient to apply, but because dendrobium contains more cellulose, is difficult to crush to uniform granularity, and is easy to generate sticking, splinters, surface spots and the like in the tabletting process, the existing dendrobium buccal tablet finished product has the defects of rough mouthfeel, gravel feeling or too sticky, poor color and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the primary aim of the invention is to provide a dendrobe buccal tablet which is bright light green and has good taste.
The invention further aims to provide the preparation method of the dendrobium buccal tablet, which can effectively reduce the damages of the traditional preparation method to the color, appearance and active ingredients of the dendrobium nobile, and effectively improve the color, taste and functionality of the finished product of the buccal tablet.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a dendrobe buccal tablet comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-80 parts of dendrobium nobile or dendrobium candidum powder, 10-60 parts of lactose, 5-50 parts of mannitol, 2-6 parts of PVP and 0.5-5 parts of magnesium stearate.
As a preferable mode of the invention, the dendrobe buccal tablet comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of dendrobium or dendrobium candidum powder
25-40 parts of lactose, 10-15 parts of mannitol, 3-4 parts of PVP and 1-2 parts of magnesium stearate.
Preferably, the granularity of the dendrobium nobile or dendrobium candidum powder is 100-200 meshes. Particle size pair product of dendrobium or dendrobium candidum powder
The invention controls the granularity of the dendrobium or the dendrobium candidum powder to be 100-200 meshes through screening, which can obviously improve the taste of the dendrobium buccal tablet, and is preferably 150-180 meshes.
According to the invention, the addition of the dendrobium powder has a certain influence on the quality of the dendrobium buccal tablet, and therefore, the dendrobium powder is screened, and the specific process is as follows:
dendrobium powder | Lactose and lactose | Mannitol (mannitol) | PVP | Sensory evaluation | |
1 | 20% | 60% | 15% | 3% | The dendrobium has weak fragrance and too small viscosity |
2 | 40% | 40% | 10% | 2% | Dendrobium nobile extractFragrant, moderate sweetness and moderate viscosity |
3 | 60% | 28% | 7% | 1.4% | The dendrobium has faint scent, weaker sweetness and slightly higher viscosity |
4 | 80% | 12% | 3% | 0.6% | Dendrobium nobile fragrance, weak sweetness and excessively sticky and greasy taste |
The comparison shows that the adding amount of the dendrobium powder is in the range of 40% -60%, and the dendrobium buccal tablet has the best grading.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the dendrobium buccal tablet, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Cleaning fresh dendrobium or dendrobium candidum, slicing, shaping, soaking and protecting color for 1-2 hours by using citric acid solution with the mass concentration of 0.15-0.30%, blanching and inactivating enzyme by hot water, and draining water to obtain fresh dendrobium or dendrobium candidum slices;
(2) Freeze-drying fresh dendrobium or dendrobium candidum slices to obtain dendrobium nobile or dendrobium candidum freeze-dried tablets;
(3) Pulverizing herba Dendrobii or herba Dendrobii lyophilized tablet, and collecting powder with 100-200 mesh size to obtain herba Dendrobii or herba Dendrobii powder;
(4) Mixing herba Dendrobii or herba Dendrobii powder with lactose, mannitol and PVP, adding appropriate amount of 50-70% ethanol, dispersing to obtain soft material, sieving, granulating, drying, mixing herba Dendrobii granule with magnesium stearate, and tabletting to obtain herba Dendrobii buccal tablet.
According to the invention, the hot water blanching enzyme deactivation is adopted, so that the catalytic actions of oxidase, amylase and the like can be reduced, the color and luster are protected, and the nutrition loss is reduced, and preferably, in the step (1), the temperature of the hot water blanching enzyme deactivation is 65-80 ℃ and the time is 4-7 min.
Preferably, in the step (2), the freeze drying comprises a pre-freezing treatment stage, a sublimation drying stage and an analysis drying stage, wherein the pre-freezing treatment stage is a quick-freezing mode, the pre-freezing temperature is-40 to-80 ℃, and the pre-freezing time is 3-12h; in the sublimation drying stage, the vacuum degree is 50-70pa, the temperature of a heating plate is 15-30 ℃, and the drying time is 7-12h; and in the desorption drying stage, the vacuum degree is 40-50pa, the temperature of the heating plate is 30-45 ℃, and the drying time is 10-16h.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the invention, the color is protected and the brittleness of dendrobium nobile fibers can be effectively improved by preprocessing and freeze-drying dendrobium nobile or dendrobium candidum fresh materials by utilizing freeze drying, so that the uniformity of granularity of dendrobium nobile is improved when the dendrobium nobile is crushed; meanwhile, dendrobium nobile or dendrobium candidum powder with proper granularity is screened, so that the coarse mouthfeel caused by a common crushing method and the sticky mouthfeel caused by single superfine crushing are improved, and the prepared dendrobium nobile buccal tablet is bright light green and has good mouthfeel.
