Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a trollius chinensis hard candy and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Globeflower (trollius Bunge) and globeflower (t. ledebouriRei chb.) belonging to buttercup genus are used as medicines, collected when flowers bloom in summer, dried in the air, and their properties and tastes: bitter and cool; has effects in clearing away heat and toxic materials, and can be used for treating acute tonsillitis, chronic tonsillitis, acute otitis media, acute myringitis, acute conjunctivitis, and acute lymphangitis, especially chronic inflammation of upper respiratory tract. Recorded in Bencao gang mu Shi Yi (supplement to compendium of materia Medica) is that trollflower is used for treating aphtha, throat swelling, edema, heat, toothache, earache and eye pain. The flos Trollii contains abundant nutrients, and contains flavonoid components orientin and vitexin, alkaloid, resin, palmitic acid, coumarin and its glycosides, sugar and polysaccharide, volatile oil, tannin and various sterols. The trollius chinensis bunge can be used as a medicine and tea, and has a great ornamental value, so that people have wider and wider application to the trollius chinensis bunge.
Pharyngitis is diffuse inflammation of pharyngeal mucosa, submucosa and lymphoid tissues, is often accompanied by other upper respiratory diseases, and is a very common pharyngeal disease in people. The expression is as follows: pharyngeal discomfort, foreign body sensation, irritative cough, dryness, fullness, obstruction, itching, etc. In recent years, there is a growing trend for the sufferers due to air pollution and poor living habits. At present, the treatment methods for pharyngitis include surgical treatment, radio frequency ablation treatment under an endoscope, drug treatment and the like. The operation treatment and the radio frequency ablation treatment under the endoscope have good curative effect on early patients, but the treatment cost is high and the treatment is not easy to be accepted by the patients. In addition, although the types of the medicines for treating pharyngitis are various, most medicines are expensive and have poor effects. Some therapeutic agents are used in large amounts and can also cause a number of side effects, which can produce undesirable effects. Although some tea or other drinks have good effects on regulating the interior of a human body and preventing throat discomfort, the effect time is short. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a throat-clearing and moistening product which can directly act on the affected part, has long acting time, good effect and relatively low cost, and meets the market demand.
