1) de-enzyming: cleaning leaves on fresh radix tetrastigme serving as a raw material, spreading for cooling, deactivating enzyme by using a de-enzyming conditioning machine, wherein the de-enzyming temperature is 200 ℃, the de-enzyming time is 70s, when the bud leaves are basically stripped, the water content is reduced to be below 50wt%, taking the de-enzymed leaves out of a pot, spreading for cooling and dampening for 50 min;
2) rolling: rolling the enzyme-removed leaves in a rolling machine for 40s, and mainly lightly rolling to ensure that the strip forming rate of the leaves is over 80 percent;
3) preparing momordica grosvenori powder: selecting naturally mature fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii as raw material, pulverizing, and sieving;
4) preparation of coix seed freeze-dried powder: pulverizing Coicis semen with pulverizer, adding 4 times of distilled water, leaching at 90 deg.C for 1 hr, concentrating the water extract to obtain extract, and vacuum freeze drying to obtain Coicis semen lyophilized powder;

The finished tea products of the comparative example 1 and the example 2 are brewed with water, and the sweetness of the radix tetrastigme momordica grosvenori tea of the example 2 is better from the aspect of palatability, and the content of the momordica grosvenori glycoside in the tea soup of the example 2 is 5.8 percent higher than that in the tea soup of the comparative document 1; the water-soluble components of radix tetrastigme are complex, and the content of the flavonoid in the tea soup of the example 2 is 8.3% higher than that in the tea soup of the comparative document 1 in terms of the total amount of the flavonoid in the carbon; on the premise of adding the same amount of fructus momordicae powder and radix tetrastigme, the coix seed water extract freeze-dried powder plays a role in solubilization, so that more effective components of the radix tetrastigme can be dissolved out, and the utilization rate is improved.

2) rolling: rolling the enzyme-removed leaves in a rolling machine for 20-60 s, and mainly lightly rolling to ensure that the strip forming rate of the leaves is more than 80%;
3) preparing momordica grosvenori powder: selecting naturally mature fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii as raw material, pulverizing, and sieving;
4) preparation of coix seed freeze-dried powder: pulverizing Coicis semen with pulverizer, adding 4-6 times of distilled water, leaching at 90-100 deg.C for 1-2 hr, concentrating the water extract to obtain extract, and vacuum freeze drying to obtain Coicis semen lyophilized powder;
5) and (3) frying: uniformly mixing the momordica grosvenori powder, the coix seed freeze-dried powder and the twisted radix tetrastigme according to the weight ratio of 1:0.5-1.0: 4-5; molding and frying the tea leaves by using a frying machine at the temperature of 130-170 ℃ for 2-5 h until the tea leaves are in a ball shape, slightly kneading the tea leaves into powder by hand, and sealing and bagging the tea leaves, wherein the water content of the tea leaves is less than 18 wt%.
