Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有按键功能的功能构件,具有:硬质承载构件,所述承载构件具有至少一个缺口;薄膜,所述薄膜覆盖承载构件的缺口;和在缺口之下设置的可机械操作的电开关元件,所述电开关元件可通过在缺口之上的区域中对薄膜施加压力来操作,其中沿着缺口的内部边缘面并且与薄膜接触地设置有环形地或中空圆柱形地构成的体部。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有按键功能的功能构件,具有:硬质承载构件,所述承载构件具有至少一个缺口;薄膜,所述薄膜覆盖承载构件的缺口;和在缺口之下设置的可机械操作的电开关元件,所述开关元件可通过在缺口之上的区域中对薄膜施加压力来操作。
背景技术
这种功能构件从德国公开文献DE36 41 003 A1中已知,其中薄膜在此构成为向外凸状拱形的弹性薄膜。
对于一些应用而言,使用拱形的弹性薄膜出于期望的设计和触觉的原因是不可接受的。因此,例如在汽车领域中尤其期望平坦的和高度平滑的表面,所述表面尽管如此仍应允许对在其之下设置的机械开关元件的操作。
对此提出的薄膜在此通常由塑料材料包覆注射成型、背面注射成型或也由硬化的塑料材料淹没成型。
在此成问题的是,这种薄膜,尤其通过附加地施加的塑料层仅是略有弹性的。这种在操作面中的缺口之上张紧的薄膜因此倾向于,在缺口的边缘处弯折。在此,会出现持久可见的保留的弯折线或凹部。
发明内容
本发明基于如下目的,实现这种功能构件,其中减少或完全消除所述问题。
所述目的根据本发明通过如下方式来实现,沿着缺口的内部边缘面并且与薄膜接触地设置有环形地或中空圆柱形地构成的体部。
本发明的有利的设计方案和改进方案通过从属权利要求的特征描述。

具体实施方式
通过图2首先应根据草绘示出的传统构成的功能构件来阐述本发明所基于的问题。图2示出具有承载构件10的功能构件,所述承载构件具有缺口12。承载构件10由硬质材料构成,这就是说其在轻微的压力负荷下不弯曲。所述承载构件尤其由非弹性塑料构成。
在承载构件10的表面上设置有薄膜20,所述薄膜覆盖缺口12。在缺口12之内,在薄膜20之下设置有电开关30。其包括可机械操作的开关元件32,所述开关元件处于电路板34上。开关30此外具有开关壳体38,在所述开关壳体处引导开关推杆36。开关推杆36在一侧与开关元件32机械接触并且在另一侧借助端部部段贴靠在薄膜20的下侧处。
机械开关元件32优选地构成为翻转盘片或完成安装的短行程开关,这具有如下优点,其可以通过开关推杆36的短的操作路径触发。
假设,薄膜20同样由硬质的、也就是说非弹性的材料构成,这适用于大多数装饰性的和高度透明的薄膜。
开关30的操作通过对在缺口12的区域中并且理想地直接在开关推杆36之上的薄膜20的表面的压力作用进行,由此薄膜20拱入到缺口12中并且将开关推杆36朝向开关元件32的方向移动。
在此有问题的是,在此在硬质承载构件10和缺口12之间的过渡区域50处,薄膜20弯折。缺口12的边缘区域因此构成环绕的弯折部位。
薄膜20在压力作用下的弯折能够在薄膜20的相关的部位处引起材料特性的改变,这作为凹部或弯折线保持持久可见,这通常是不期望的。
如果薄膜20通过另一硬质塑料材料背面注射成型、包覆注射成型或淹没成型(überflutet),所述问题更尖锐。
所述问题的根据本发明的解决方案在图1中草绘示出。功能构件的基本构造与在上文中描述的实施方案大部分一致,使得其描述在此不需要重复。
然而,沿着缺口12的内部边缘面并且与薄膜20接触地,附加地设置有由弹性柔软的材料构成的体部40。
在图1中在剖面图中示出的体部40匹配于缺口12的横截面形状并且因此具有圆形的或多边形的环形形状。重要的是,体部40将薄膜20至少在缺口12的边缘处在图2中示出的过渡区域50处弹性支撑。在对在开关推杆36的区域中的薄膜20进行压力操作时,拱形的薄膜20使体部40的接触其的外表面部段变形,使得在体部40处不出现直角的或锐角的棱边,在所述棱边处薄膜20可能尖锐地弯折。由此,可以有效地避免在薄膜20处的凹部和弯折线。
柔软的体部40可以有利地通过泡沫材料构成。柔软的体部40的可变形性匹配于相应的应用和所使用的薄膜20的类型构成。
根据本发明的功能构件的两个实施变型形式根据图3和图4阐述。为了简化绘图,在此分别不示出薄膜和承载构件。
图3示出由多个、在此例如两个同心地互相接合的环42、44构成体部40的可能性。环42、44可以由不同的和尤其由不同软度的材料构成。在此有利的是,设置从外部较硬到内部较软的梯度分级,因为由于薄膜20的朝向缺口的中间变大的弯曲半径有利的是,体部40的可变形性朝向相同的方向增大。
在图4中示意地示出的实施方式中设有体部40,所述体部具有部段地倒圆的外轮廓46。在按键操作时,在此未示出的薄膜贴靠在倒圆的外轮廓46处,由此避免窄的弯曲半径并且因此避免薄膜的弯折。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有按键功能的功能构件,具有:
硬质承载构件(10),所述承载构件具有至少一个缺口(12);
薄膜(20),所述薄膜覆盖所述承载构件(10)的所述缺口(12);和
在所述缺口(12)之下设置的可机械操作的电开关元件(32),所述电开关元件可通过在所述缺口(12)之上的区域中对所述薄膜(20)施加压力来操作,
其特征在于,
沿着所述缺口(12)的内部边缘面并且与所述薄膜(20)接触地设置有环形地或中空圆柱形地构成的体部(40)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能构件,
其特征在于,
所述体部(40)由弹性柔软的材料构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的功能构件,
其特征在于,
所述体部(40)至少部段地具有倒圆的外轮廓(46)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的功能构件,
其特征在于,
所述体部(40)与所述承载构件(10)或与开关壳体(38)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的功能构件,
其特征在于,
所述体部(40)由多个同心设置的由不同硬度的材料构成的环(42、44)构成,其硬度从外向内减小。

其特征在于,
所述体部(40)由一种或多种弹性体构成。
