本揭露是有关于一种桥接器,特别是有关于一种用以与电池连接的桥接器。
背景技术
随着电动装置(例如电动工具、器具、个人可携式通信装置、膝上型计算机和平板计算机、个人媒体装置、车辆等)的激增,人们对设计电池连接模块的兴趣也随之增加。习知的电池连接模块通常包含电池座以及电池连接器。电池座的外型通常会设计得与电池的一部分匹配,以容置电池的此部分。然而,这种电池座会有较大的尺寸,且设有这种电池连接模块的车辆、充电器或充电站的结构设计也会受限于电池座外型。
另外,一般来说,车辆、充电器或充电站与经认证的电池进行电力传输是较佳的操作情境。若车辆、充电器或充电站与非原厂电池进行连接,则可能会因非原厂电池的不良品质而损毁,从而导致车辆、充电器或充电站无法正常运作。
因此,如何提出一种可解决上述问题的桥接器,是目前业界亟欲投入研发资源解决的问题之一。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本揭露的一目的在于提出一种可有解决上述问题的桥接器。
为了达到上述目的,依据本揭露的一实施方式,一种桥接器包含连接平台、电连接器、无线通讯模块以及处理单元。电连接器设置于连接平台上。无线通讯模块设置于连接平台上,并配置以接收无线信号。处理单元配置以:对无线信号包含的信息进行验证程序;以及当对信息的验证程序被证明为真时,允许电连接器传输电力。
于本揭露的一或多个实施方式中,连接平台具有一抵接面以及由抵接面凹陷的凹槽。电连接器由抵接面突起。无线通讯模块包含天线。天线容置于凹槽内。
于本揭露的一或多个实施方式中,桥接器进一步包含保护盖。保护盖覆盖无线通讯模块。
于本揭露的一或多个实施方式中,保护盖与连接平台的前述抵接面齐平。
于本揭露的一或多个实施方式中,天线环绕电连接器。

于本揭露的一或多个实施方式中,连接平台具有一抵接面。电连接器与连接侦测器由抵接面突起。
于本揭露的一或多个实施方式中,验证程序包含下述步骤中的至少一者:判断信息所包含的电池制造商数据是否符合预定名单;判断信息所包含的电池状态/健康数据是否符合电池状态/健康标准;判断信息所包含的充电历史数据是否符合充电次数标准;以及,判断信息所包含的电池种类数据是否符合订阅计划。
综上所述,于本揭露的桥接器中,处理单元可对无线通讯模块由外部电池所接收的无线信号进行验证程序,并当对信息的验证程序为真时才允许电连接器与外部电池传输电力。借此,即可避免装设桥接器的设备(例如车辆、充电器或充电站)因非经验证的外部电池的不良品质而损毁,更有利于对外部电池的充放电进行管控。另外,本揭露的桥接器以连接平台取代用于容置外部电池一部分的习知电池座,因此桥接器整体具有较小尺寸,进而可有效地减少对装设桥接器的设备的结构设计所造成的限制。

请参照图1。图1为根据本发明一些实施方式绘示车辆100的侧视图。如图1所示,车辆100(例如,跨骑式车辆)包含壳体110以及桥接器200。壳体110内具有容置空间111,而桥接器200设置于壳体110的容置空间111内。于一些实施方式中,容置空间111作为用以容置外部电池的电池舱,而桥接器200是配置以在车辆100的电力系统与电池组之间建立电性连接。
请参照图2以及图3。图2为绘示根据本揭露一实施方式的桥接器200的立体图。图3为绘示图2中的桥接器200的另一立体图,其中保护盖250向上分离。如图2与图3所示,于本实施方式中,桥接器200包含连接平台210以及电连接器220。连接平台210具有抵接面211。抵接面211配置以与外部电池(图未示)抵接。换句话说,抵接面211可作为外部电池的承载面。电连接器220设置于连接平台210上,并由连接平台210的抵接面211突起。因此,当外部电池抵接连接平台210的抵接面211时,电连接器220可与外部电池插接而电性连接。
相较于用于容置外部电池一部分的习知电池座,本实施方式中以连接平台210取代习知电池座的桥接器200可具有较小的整体尺寸,进而可有效地减少对装设桥接器200的设备的结构设计所造成的限制。
如图3所示,于本实施方式中,桥接器200进一步包含无线通讯模块230。无线通讯模块230设置于连接平台210上。具体来说,连接平台210还具有由抵接面211凹陷的凹槽212。无线通讯模块230包含天线231。天线231容置于凹槽212内。借此,无线通讯模块230可通过天线231接收无线信号(例如,设置于外部电池上的通讯模块所发送的无线信号)。举例来说,无线通讯模块230可以是NFC(Near-field communication)读卡机,其可读取设置于外部电池中的NFC模块的信息。
于一些实施方式中,天线231呈环状且环绕电连接器220。对应地,连接平台210的凹槽212亦呈环状。借此,不论外部电池以何方位与电连接器220连接,设置于外部电池上的通讯模块都可与天线231的一部分上下对齐,从而可确保天线231由外部电池的通讯模块所接收到的无线信号的信号强度。
如图3所示,于本实施方式中,桥接器200进一步包含保护盖250。保护盖250覆盖无线通讯模块230。具体来说,保护盖250覆盖无线通讯模块230的天线231且呈环状,借以契合地盖合在连接平台210的凹槽212的开口处。借此,无线通讯模块230的天线231即可受到保护盖250保护,从而可有效地避免天线231受到外部电池的磨损。
于一些实施方式中,保护盖250的材料包含塑料,但本揭露并不以此为限。举例来说,保护盖250可以是一片聚酯薄膜(Mylar),但本揭露并不以此为限。
于一些实施方式中,保护盖250与连接平台210的抵接面211齐平。通过此结构配置,桥接器200即可以抵接面211与保护盖250同时抵接外部电池,以提升外部电池抵接桥接器200时的稳定度。
请参照图4,其为绘示图2中的桥接器200的再一立体图。如图3与图4所示,于本实施方式中,无线通讯模块230进一步包含匹配板232。匹配板232与天线231连接,并配置通过内部电路的运作而调整天线231的通讯频率,从而使无线通讯模块230符合预定出货标准。
请参照图5,其为绘示根据本揭露一实施方式的桥接器200的功能方块图。如图5所示,于本实施方式中,桥接器200进一步包含处理单元240。处理单元240可设置于壳体110上的任意位置,并连接电连接器220与无线通讯模块230的匹配板232。处理单元240配置以对无线信号包含的信息进行验证程序。处理单元240还配置以当对信息的验证程序被证明为真时,允许电连接器220传输电力。相对地,处理单元240还配置以当对信息的验证程序被证明不为真时,不允许电连接器220传输电力。

如图2、图4与图5所示,于本实施方式中,桥接器200进一步包含连接侦测器260。连接侦测器260设置于连接平台210上,并配置以经触发而产生触发信号。通过设计连接侦测器260在连接平台210上的设置位置(例如,连接侦测器260由抵接面211突起),使得连接侦测器260可在外部电池抵接连接平台210的抵接面211时产生触发信号,则触发信号的产生即可作为桥接器200与外部电池连接的指示信号。连接侦测器260产生触发信号后会将其传送到处理单元240。处理单元240进一步配置以在接收到触发信号时对无线信号的信息进行验证程序。借此,即可让处理单元240在桥接器200与外部电池连接时才进行验证程序,从而可减少处理单元240的运作负担。
如图2与图4所示,于本实施方式中,连接侦测器260包含侦测开关261以及弹性件262。侦测开关261设置于连接平台210上。弹性件262覆盖侦测开关261。侦测开关261配置以受经外部电池挤压而变形的弹性件262(例如被外部电池挤压)触发而产生触发信号。换言之,侦测开关261为接触式开关,并可在接受到实体接触时产生触发信号。
于其他一些实施方式中,连接侦测器260的侦测开关261可以是非接触式开关。举例来说,侦测开关261可以是磁簧开关、遮光开关等,但本揭露并不以此为限。
于一些实施方式中,弹性件262的材料包含橡胶,但本揭露并不以此为限。
于一些实施方式中,任意数量的桥接器200可以串接在一起,并且这些桥接器200可共用同一个处理单元240,因此本揭露的桥接器200还具有高可扩充性的特性。桥接器200除了安装在电动车辆上外,也可安装于任何使用充电电池的系统中,如充电站、路灯、发电器、不断电系统、电动工具机等等。
由以上对于本揭露的具体实施方式的详述,可以明显地看出,于本揭露的桥接器中,处理单元可对无线通讯模块由外部电池所接收的无线信号进行验证程序,并当对信息的验证程序为真时才允许电连接器与外部电池传输电力。借此,即可避免装设桥接器的设备(例如车辆、充电器或充电站)因非经验证的外部电池的不良品质而损毁,更有利于对外部电池的充放电进行管控。另外,本揭露的桥接器以连接平台取代用于容置外部电池一部分的习知电池座,因此桥接器整体具有较小尺寸,进而可有效地减少对装设桥接器的设备的结构设计所造成的限制。
虽然本揭露已以实施方式揭露如上,然其并不用以限定本揭露,任何熟悉此技艺者,在不脱离本揭露的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本揭露的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种桥接器,其特征在于,包含:
一连接平台;
一电连接器,设置于该连接平台上;
一无线通讯模块,设置于该连接平台上,并配置以接收一无线信号;以及
一处理单元,配置以:
对该无线信号包含的信息进行一验证程序;以及
当对该信息的该验证程序被证明为真时,允许该电连接器传输电力。
2.如权利要求1所述的桥接器,其特征在于,该连接平台具有一抵接面以及由该抵接面凹陷的一凹槽,该电连接器由该抵接面突起,该无线通讯模块包含一天线,且该天线容置于该凹槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的桥接器,其特征在于,进一步包含一保护盖,该保护盖覆盖该无线通讯模块。
4.如权利要求3所述的桥接器,其特征在于,该保护盖与该连接平台的该抵接面齐平。
5.如权利要求2所述的桥接器,其特征在于,该天线环绕该电连接器。
6.如权利要求2所述的桥接器,其特征在于,该无线通讯模块进一步包含一匹配板,该匹配板与该天线连接,并配置以调整该天线的一通讯频率。
7.如权利要求1所述的桥接器,其特征在于,进一步包含一连接侦测器,该连接侦测器设置于该连接平台上,并配置以经触发而产生一触发信号且将该触发信号传送至该该处理单元,其中该处理单元进一步配置在接收到该触发信号时对该信息进行该验证程序。
8.如权利要求7所述的桥接器,其特征在于,该连接侦测器包含:
一侦测开关,设置于该连接平台上;以及
一弹性件,覆盖该侦测开关,
其中该侦测开关配置以受该弹性件由一外力所造成的变形触发而产生该触发信号。
9.如权利要求7所述的桥接器,其特征在于,该连接平台具有一抵接面,且该电连接器与该连接侦测器由该抵接面突起。
10.如权利要求1所述的桥接器,其特征在于,该验证程序包含下述步骤中的至少一者:
判断该信息所包含的一电池制造商数据是否符合一预定名单;
判断该信息所包含的一电池状态/健康数据是否符合一电池状态/健康标准;
判断该信息所包含的一充电历史数据是否符合一充电次数标准;以及
判断该信息所包含的一电池种类数据是否符合一订阅计划。
