A single-layer building is selected to compare parking efficiencies, and as shown in fig. 11, in the traditional house type, the shadow part of the area where parking cannot be performed occupies 73.5% of the whole building area, and the area of the part where parking can be performed occupies 26.5% of the whole building area; the unit residential unit type house is shown in figure 12, the shaded area of the non-parking area occupies 52.5% of the whole floor area, and the area of the parking available area occupies 47.5% of the whole floor area; the parking efficiency is improved by 21% compared with that of the traditional house type;
the south-facing outer walls of the unit type residential building are neat, the whole flat floor is square, and compared with the traditional house type, the area of the garage is reduced under the condition that the number of the parking spaces is the same; according to the arrangement mode of no parking under the building seat, the garage area is reduced by about 14 percent.
Example 6
Different from the embodiment 5, the parking layer structure is specifically as follows:
as shown in the conventional house type shown in fig. 13 and the novel unit type house type shown in fig. 14, all the house types are arranged in a manner that three lanes of four rows of vehicles are arranged between two house building buildings, the distances between the buildings are consistent, and parking spaces are arranged below the seats, and the distances between the north side lane and the south side lane are set to be 37.4 m.
Compared with the traditional large concave-convex house type in the figure 9, the unit type house type residential building in the figure 10 has the advantages that the south direction is flush, the whole flat floor is neat, and the area required by a single parking space is reduced by about 25% compared with the traditional house type under the condition that the arrangement form and the space between the buildings are the same.
According to the arrangement mode of parking under the seats, the garage area is reduced by about 26 percent. The arrangement mode of parking under the building seat is selected, if the comparison is carried out according to the traditional residential building underground garage area of 25000 square meters, the residential building underground garage area can be 18500 square meters, and 6500 square meters can be saved.

Claims (10)
1. A core barrel construction, comprising:
an elevator (1);
two garden of entry for the homeowner to the portal, a first garden of entry (4) and a second garden of entry (5).
2. A core barrel construction according to claim 1,
comprises a closed staircase (2);
one side of the closed staircase (2) is communicated with a first garden (4) and the other side of the closed staircase (2) is communicated with a second garden (5);
the closed staircase (2) is provided with a lighting ventilating window (6), lighting and natural wind of a garden entering a house are led into the closed staircase (2) and are used for lighting and ventilating the closed staircase (2);
and one end of the closed staircase (2) far away from the elevator (1) is provided with an electric well (7) and a water heating well (8).
3. A core barrel construction according to claim 1,
the elevator is characterized by further comprising a smoke-proof staircase (15), wherein a shared front room (3) is formed between the smoke-proof staircase (15) and the elevator (1);
one side of the shared front room (3) is communicated with the first garden (4) and the other side of the shared front room (3) is communicated with the second garden (5);
one side of the shared front room (3) close to the elevator (1) is provided with a lighting ventilating window (6) for introducing lighting and natural wind of a garden entering a house into the shared front room (3) for lighting and ventilating the shared front room (3);
a lighting ventilating window (6) is arranged on one side wall body of the smoke-proof staircase (15) close to the garden of the user, and lighting and natural wind of the garden of the user are led into the smoke-proof staircase (15) for lighting and ventilating the smoke-proof staircase (15).
The other side of the shared front chamber (3) close to the elevator (1) is provided with an electric well (7);
one end of the shared front room (3) close to the smoke-proof stairway (15) is provided with a water heating well (8).
4. A core barrel construction according to claims 2-3, further comprising an equipment platform (9).
5. A core barrel structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein said first (4) and second (5) garden are further provided with indoor lighting ventilation louvers (6) for lighting and ventilation of the room.
6. A building layer structure, comprising:
at least three core barrel structures as recited in claim 5;
all-open-house type modules, namely a house type A module (10) and a house type B module (11), which are arranged on two sides of each core tube structure;
the house type A module (10) is provided with more nurses (12) than the house type B module (11).

The building layer structure according to claim 6, characterized in that the dwelling B module (11) comprises a rest area (13) and a living leisure area (14), the rest area (13) and the living leisure area (14) are arranged in parallel, and the rest area (13) is divided from the living leisure area (14) by a three-section partition wall.
8. A building layer structure according to claim 7, characterised in that the rest area (13) comprises a main bedroom area (1301), two secondary bedrooms (1302) and a migration zone (1303);
the master-sleeping room area (1301) comprises a master-sleeping room (13011), a coat and hat room (13012), a master-sleeping toilet (13013) and a master-sleeping corridor (13014), wherein the master-sleeping room area movement line is formed by the master-sleeping room (13011), the coat and hat room (13012) and the master-sleeping toilet (13013) through the master-sleeping corridor (13014);
the two secondary bedrooms (1302) are respectively positioned on two sides of the migration walking line area (1303) and are arranged in parallel with the main bedroom area (1301);
the migration walking line area (1303) comprises a hallway (13031), a storage hall (13032), a hall (13033) and a toilet (13034);
the main lying corridor (13014) and the passing hall (13033) can be arranged in a communicating way.
9. A building layer structure according to claim 7, said living and leisure area (14) comprising a kitchen area (1401), a storage room (1402), a dining room (1403), a multi-purpose hall (1404), a leisure area (1405), a living room (1406) and a home-function roundabout (1407);
the home function rotary island (1406) can form a storage and activity space together with a storage hall (13032), an entrance (13031), a hall (13033) and a storage room (1402);
the three spaces of the restaurant (1403), the multifunctional hall (1404) and the family function rotary island (1407) can be subjected to position exchange, size change or space combined use according to the living habits and requirements of family members.
10. A building comprising at least one building level according to claim 9 and at least one parking level underground.
