Abstract
A Chinese style stacked villa comprises a stacked villa main body, wherein the stacked villa main body is of a three-layer villa structure, a dividing wall is positioned in the middle of the three-layer villa structure and is communicated in the north-south direction of the villa, the villa is divided into two east and west households, two households on each layer are arranged in a mirror image mode, a part of the north part of a first layer of the stacked villa main body, a second layer and a third layer form an independent household to serve as an upper stacked household, and other parts of the first layer and an underground layer form an independent household to serve as a lower stacked household; each house comprises a dining room, a kitchen, at least one bedroom and at least one toilet; the lower stacked residents can directly enter the house through the entrance door of the first floor, the upper stacked residents can enter the house through the first north yard of the first floor, and the upper stacked residents can directly enter the second floor of the stacked villa main body through the elevator or the stairs. The invention provides a Chinese style folding yard villa with independent house entry modes and independent yards for one-storey and two-storey residences.
