Abstract
A novel multi-storey superposed villa comprises a villa main body, wherein the villa main body is of a six-storey residential structure, four independent duplex apartment houses are arranged from a first storey to a second storey, two duplex apartment houses are arranged from a third storey to a fourth storey in a mirror image manner, and two duplex apartment houses are arranged from a fifth storey to a seventh storey in a mirror image manner; each duplex apartment includes dining room, kitchen, at least one bedroom, and at least one toilet. The invention provides a novel multi-storey superposed villa, wherein bottom-storey houses all have independent entrance ways and independent courtyards, middle-storey houses all have independent terraces, and top-storey houses all have roof gardens.

Technical Field
