Abstract
A self-defined residential unit comprises two lighting bands, two self-defined bands, two combined pass bands and a service band which are sequentially distributed in parallel from outside to inside; the lighting strip is formed by connecting pillars, and roof slabs and floor slabs on the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner; the self-defining belt is formed by connecting side walls, a roof plate and a floor plate on the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner; the coupling band is formed by surrounding and connecting side walls, a roof plate and a floor plate on the top surface and the bottom surface; the service belt is formed by connecting side walls, an inner wall, two core tube walls, stairs, a roof plate and a floor plate on the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner. The invention effectively solves the problem that the traditional house is difficult to adapt to the structural change of family members due to the structural and spatial limitations, and improves the scene applicability of the house. Optionally, each of the custom dwelling units includes two separate dwellings, and each of the separate dwellings has an exclusive use part and a common use part of one lighting band, one custom band, one united lighting band and a service band.

Fig. 1 illustrates a four-dwelling house plan view of a custom dwelling unit according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the house is composed of lighting bands (1, 7), custom bands (2, 6), joint bands (3, 5) and a service band (4), and the unit of the custom house comprises two independent houses positioned at the right side and the left side of a plan view; the house on the right side of the plan view comprises a passageway (27) and function rooms (11, 21, 23, 24, 33), equipment rooms (19, 31), bedrooms (13, 15, 18, 22), a living room (25) and a dining room (32) which are distributed on two sides of the passageway (27), and the house on the left side of the plan view comprises a passageway (41) and function rooms (37, 43, 44, 46), equipment rooms (39, 48), bedrooms (45, 50, 51, 8), a living room (42) and a dining room (36) which are distributed on two sides of the passageway (41). Fig. 4 and 5 are plan views showing a three-room house shown in fig. 3 or a five-room house shown in fig. 5, which is obtained by modifying the four-room house shown in fig. 1.
The invention, through setting up the lighting belt (1, 7), the custom belt (2, 6), the coupling belt (3, 5), the service belt (4) in the custom residential unit, through setting up the service belt (4), will serve two function rooms (10, 11) of the class space in the function space, a fire control staircase (14), a fire control staircase front room (16), a fire control elevator room (20) and two equipment rooms (48, 19) with front room (48), two function rooms (43, 44, 46) and (21, 23, 24), a staircase (26), a front room (28), two elevator rooms (30, 38) and two equipment rooms (31, 39), two function rooms (33, 37) integrate in the middle of the residential unit, and then form the custom belt (2) and the coupling belt (3) and the custom belt (6) and the coupling belt (5) without structural obstacle, the communication band (3) is arranged between the custom band (2) and the service band (4) and is used for communicating each function space of the independent house on the left side in the figure 1, and the communication band (5) is arranged between the custom band (6) and the service band (4) and is used for communicating each function space of the independent house on the right side in the figure 1. The invention can also set communication doors (9, 12, 34, 35) at the two ends of the two communication belts, and communicate the independent houses of the house units in the row through the communication doors (9, 12, 34, 35), so that the two houses are combined for use, and the expansion capability of the house units is improved.

1. A self-defined residential unit comprises two lighting bands, two self-defined bands, two combined pass bands and a service band which are sequentially distributed in parallel from outside to inside;
the lighting strip is formed by connecting pillars, and roof slabs and floor slabs on the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner;
the self-defining belt is formed by connecting side walls, a roof plate and a floor plate on the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner;
the coupling band is formed by surrounding and connecting side walls, a roof plate and a floor plate on the top surface and the bottom surface;
the service belt is formed by connecting side walls, an inner wall, two core tube walls, stairs, a roof plate and a floor plate on the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner.
2. The custom dwelling unit of claim 1, wherein each custom dwelling unit comprises two separate dwellings, each separate dwelling having an exclusive use portion and a common use portion of a lighting band, a custom band, a union band, and a service band.
3. The custom dwelling unit of claim 2, wherein the custom dwelling unit has a length of 20 meters or more and 30 meters or less on a side parallel to the lighting strip, custom strip, communication strip, and service strip, a width of 15 meters or more and 25 meters or less on a side perpendicular to the lighting strip, custom strip, communication strip, and service strip, and a preferred footprint size of the custom dwelling unit is a length of 25 meters and a width of 17.6 meters;
the width of the lighting strip is greater than or equal to 0.3 meter and less than or equal to 1.2 meters, the width of the custom strip is greater than or equal to 3.5 meters and less than or equal to 9 meters, the width of the coupling strip is greater than or equal to 1 meter and less than or equal to 1.5 meters, and the width of the service strip is greater than or equal to 4.5 meters and less than or equal to 7 meters.
4. The custom dwelling unit of claim 3, comprising two function rooms, one stairwell, one lobby, one elevator room with a lobby, and two equipment rooms, two function rooms, one stairwell, one lobby, two elevator rooms, and two equipment rooms, two function rooms, arranged in sequence.
5. The custom dwelling unit of claim 4, wherein the functional compartments of each individual dwelling of the custom dwelling unit are connected to a communication band of that dwelling.

7. The custom dwelling unit of claim 6, wherein the equipment room of each individual dwelling of the custom dwelling unit is connected to a communication band of that dwelling.
8. The custom dwelling unit of claim 7, wherein the stairwell of each core barrel of the custom dwelling unit is opposite a location of an elevator car.
9. The custom dwelling unit of claim 8, wherein the lighting strip of each individual dwelling of the custom dwelling unit is adjacent to a street.
10. The custom dwelling unit of claim 9, wherein the two intercommunicating bands of the custom dwelling unit are located between the service band and the two custom bands, and the intercommunicating bands have intercommunicating doors at the ends of both sides.
