Abstract
A self-defined residential unit comprises two superposed self-defined belts, two superposed communication belts and a service belt which are sequentially distributed in parallel; the self-defining belt is formed by encircling and connecting side walls and a floor slab; the combined pass band is formed by enclosing a floor between the service band and the two user-defined bands; the service area is enclosed to close by side wall, inside wall, stair and floor and connects and forms, including the function room of two coincide, the equipment room of two coincide, the passageway of two coincide, a stairwell and the function room of two coincide that set gradually. The invention effectively solves the problem of limitation of the structure to space utilization when the traditional house is used for modification, and improves the scene adaptability of the house unit. Detailed Description
Fig. 1 and 2 show plan views of custom dwelling units according to one embodiment of the invention. In the invention, the user-defined bands (3, 5), the combined pass bands (2, 4) and the service band (1) are arranged in the user-defined residential unit, by arranging the service belt (1), two superposed functional rooms (6, 16), two superposed equipment rooms (7, 17), two superposed passages (9, 19), a staircase (11 and 20) and two superposed functional rooms (12, 22) of the service class space in the functional space are integrated on one side of the dwelling unit, thereby forming a user-defined band (3) and a communicating band (2) without structural barriers, a user-defined band (5) and a communicating band (4), wherein the communicating band (2) is arranged between the user-defined band (3) and the service band (1), the communication band (4) is arranged between the custom band (5) and the service band (1) and is used for communicating the functional space of the custom layer of the plan view 2. Claims (8)
1. A self-defined residential unit comprises two superposed self-defined belts, two superposed communication belts and a service belt which are sequentially distributed in parallel;
the self-defining belt is formed by encircling and connecting side walls and a floor slab;
the combined pass band is formed by enclosing a floor between the service band and the two user-defined bands;
the service area is enclosed to close by side wall, inside wall, stair and floor and connects and forms, including the function room of two coincide, the equipment room of two coincide, the passageway of two coincide, a stairwell and the function room of two coincide that set gradually.
2. The custom dwelling unit of claim 1, wherein each custom dwelling unit includes two custom floors, each custom floor having a custom band, a pass band, and a device bay, a channel, and two function bays located in a service band, the two custom floors being communicated by a stairwell located in the service band.
3. 7. The custom dwelling unit of claim 6, wherein the custom zone of the custom dwelling unit is adjacent to a street.
8. The custom dwelling unit of claim 7, wherein the two intercommunicating bands of the custom dwelling unit are located between the service band and the two custom bands, and the intercommunicating bands are provided with intercommunicating doors at the ends of both sides.
