As shown in fig. 2, which is a house type diagram of the second floor 2F of the courtyard structure, two houses on the second floor of the south house type can enter the house through the elevator 2 or the entrance porch 12, the first north yard 10 on the second floor is located between the second north yard 11 on the second floor and the entrance porch 12 on the second floor, 14 is the upper portion of the side yard on the one floor, 15 is the upper portion of the first south yard on the one floor, and 16 is the upper portion of the second south yard on the one floor. Two households in the second floor of the north house type can enter the house through the elevator 42 or the three- floor courtyard 57, 39 is a two-floor elevator hall, 62 is a two-floor side yard, 63 is above the one-floor entrance yard, and 75 is a second-floor sleeping.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a house type diagram of a third floor 3F of a courtyard structure, a south house type 17 is above a three-floor garden, 18 is above a second floor first north yard, 19 is above a second floor second north yard, 20 is above a three-floor garden, 22 and 23 are above a second floor south yard, and a three-floor main terrace 21 is located at the north side of the second floor south yard; the third floor is a household, and the third floor main deck 21 is located between the third floor guest dining room 34 and the third floor main bed 36. The north house type 74 is the upper part of the second-layer south yard, 73 is the upper part of the second-layer south yard, 64 is the three-layer garden of entering the house, and the three-layer main terrace 66 is positioned on the north side of the upper part of the second-layer south yard; the third floor is a household and the main deck 66 is located between the main three floors of restaurants 69 and the main three floors of bedrooms 709.
The elevation of the floor of the first floor is the same as the elevation of the floor of the parking garage, the floor of the first floor is the floor of the first floor, the elevation of the floor of the second floor is the same as the elevation of the floor on the top plate of the parking garage, and the floor of the third floor is the floor of the second floor on the west side and the three floors of courtyards 9 and 57.
The south house type and the north house type of each air courtyard residential unit are five houses, the total number is ten, the units can be used independently or in a double-spliced mode in the general diagram, and the units can be connected infinitely after the double-spliced mode, so that a Chinese courtyard park of the three-dimensional traffic system is formed.
The novel air courtyard structure of the independent courtyard provided by the invention has the advantages that related specialties are technically designed according to respective current national specifications, and the structure forms of the novel air courtyard structure can be various, such as a frame shear wall structure, a frame structure, a steel structure and the like; the outer wall material and the building components can adopt green building materials, and the illumination of households in a house type, new energy heating, water facilities, utilization of reclaimed water and the like can be optimized into an energy-saving type; the size of the building meets the requirement of national regulations on building modulus, the house type design length and the height direction meet the relevant standard requirements of building fireproof design, and the single building has no advanced quality of non-emission of high-quality living space from inside to outside.
What has been described above is merely a specific embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that: other equivalent variations and modifications of the invention as would be obvious to those skilled in the art, given the benefit of the teachings herein, are deemed to be within the scope of the invention.
Claims (4)
1. A Chinese style air courtyard structure is characterized in that: the system comprises a south type air courtyard and a north type air courtyard which are positioned on the south and north sides of a road, wherein the south type air courtyard and the north type air courtyard both comprise at least one residential unit, each residential unit is of a three-layer residential structure, the first layer and the second layer are respectively provided with two independent households, the two households on each layer are arranged in a mirror image mode, the third layer is an independent household, and each household comprises a dining room, a kitchen, at least one bedroom and at least one toilet;
each household on the first floor of each residential unit is provided with an elevator and a south courtyard, and the elevator is positioned in an elevator lobby; the north side of each household on the first layer of the residential unit of the south house type air courtyard and the south side of each household on the first layer of the residential unit of the north house type air courtyard are respectively provided with a shared garage for serving all the users of the residential unit; the first floor of the residential unit of the south house type air courtyard is provided with a floor entrance door at the south side of each house, and the first floor of the residential unit of the north house type air courtyard is provided with a floor entrance door and a floor entrance courtyard at the north side of each house; the floor of the house is at the same elevation with the floor of the shared garage and the elevator entrance;
each household on the second floor of each residential unit is provided with two floors of south courtyards, the north side of each household on the second floor of the residential unit of the south house type air courtyards and the south side of each household on the second floor of the residential unit of the north house type air courtyards are respectively provided with two floors of entrance porches, and the north side of each household on the second floor of the residential unit of the south house type air courtyards is also provided with two floors of north courtyards; the two-layer house entrance porch is arranged on the two-layer house entrance ground, and the two-layer house entrance ground and the ground on the top plate are at the same elevation;
the edge side of the second floor of the residential unit of the south house type air courtyard and the edge side of the second floor of the residential unit of the north house type air courtyard are respectively provided with a three-floor garden of entering, the edge side of the third floor of the residential unit of the south house type air courtyard and the edge side of the third floor of the residential unit of the north house type air courtyard are respectively provided with a three-floor garden of entering, the elevation of the three-floor garden of entering is the same as the elevation of the ground of entering at the two floors, stairs are respectively arranged on the ground on the top plate of the elevator lobby at the first floor, the lower end of each stair extends to the corresponding three-floor garden of entering, and the upper end of each stair extends to; the three-layer courtyards of the south house type air courtyards are arranged on the elevator lobby of the first floor, and the three-layer courtyards of the north house type air courtyards are arranged on the top plate of the first floor;
the first floor of residents of the south house type air courtyard enters the home from the south side floor and enters the home through a floor entrance door; the second floor of the house type enters the house from the second floor of the north side through the second floor of the house entrance porch; the third floor of the house type enters the three-floor family courtyard at the west side from the ground at the second floor, and then enters the house from the stairs through the three-floor family garden; the residents on the second floor and the residents on the third floor can enter from the elevator in the elevator lobby;
the residents at the first floor of the north house type air courtyard enter the house from the floor at the north side through a floor entrance door; the second floor of residents enter the home from the second floor of the south side through the second floor of entrance porch; the third floor of residents enter the three-floor family courtyard at the west from the ground at the second floor, and then enter the family from the stairs through the three-floor family garden; the residents on the second floor and the residents on the third floor can enter from the elevator in the elevator lobby.
2. The Chinese style air courtyard structure of claim 1, wherein: each first floor of the south type air courtyard is also provided with a layer of parking garage, the parking garages of the two floors are respectively positioned at the east and west sides of the shared parking garage of the residential unit, the parking garage of the one floor of each floor is positioned at one side of the elevator hall of the corresponding floor close to the dividing wall of the corresponding floor, the parking garage of the one floor is communicated with the guest dining hall of the one floor of the corresponding floor, the residents of the first floor can directly enter the house from the parking garage of the one floor, the south side of each home of the first floor of the residential unit is provided with a first south courtyard and a second south courtyard, and the entrance door of the one floor of the corresponding floor is arranged between the first south courtyard of the one floor and; the first floor of each house of the north house type air courtyard house unit is also provided with a layer of north courtyard, the north courtyard is positioned between a layer of entrance door and a branch wall of the house, a layer of entrance porch is arranged between a layer of south courtyard and a layer of main berth of the house, and the first floor of houses can directly enter the house from the layer of entrance porch;
two north courtyards are arranged at the second floor of each house north side of the residential unit of the south dwelling type air courtyard, namely a first north courtyard at the second floor and a second north courtyard at the second floor, and the first north courtyard at the second floor is positioned between the second north courtyard at the second floor and the entrance porch at the second floor of the house.

The Chinese style air courtyard structure of claim 2, wherein: the north side of the first layer of the residential unit of the south house type air courtyard and the first layer of the residential unit of the north house type air courtyard are both provided with a light collecting well, each light collecting well simultaneously penetrates through the second layer and the third layer, and the side of the first layer of the residential unit of the south house type air courtyard is provided with a first-layer side courtyard;
the second north yard of the second floor of the south house type air courtyard is positioned above the parking garage and the shared garage of the first floor, and the entrance porch of the second floor of the south house type air courtyard is positioned above the elevator lobby of the first floor; the second-layer south courtyard of the north house type air courtyard is positioned above the first-layer main crouching of the house type, and the second-layer entrance porch of the house type is positioned above the first-layer south courtyard;
the three-storey main balcony is communicated with the three-storey dining rooms, and the three-storey terraces are respectively arranged on the third storey of the two types of air courtyards.

A Chinese style air courtyard structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein: each study room of a first floor of a residential unit of the south-type air courtyard is arranged at the north of a first floor of side courtyard and communicated with the first floor of side courtyard, a first floor of main courtyard is arranged at the north of a second floor of south courtyard and communicated with the second floor of south courtyard, a first floor of guest dining rooms is arranged between the first floor of side courtyard and the first floor of main courtyard, the first floor of guest dining rooms is simultaneously communicated with the study room of the first floor, the first floor of entrance porch and the second floor of south courtyard, and a second floor of south courtyard is arranged at the north of the first floor of south cour; each study room of a first floor of a residential unit of the north dwelling type air courtyard is arranged between a first-floor entrance courtyard and a first-floor north courtyard, a first-floor main berth is arranged between a first-floor south courtyard and a branch wall and is communicated with a first-floor entrance porch, a first-floor restaurant is arranged in the north of the first-floor south courtyard, the study rooms of the first floor and the first-floor entrance porch are simultaneously communicated, and a second-floor berth is arranged in the north of the first-floor south courtyard and is communicated with the first-floor south courtyard;
each study room on the second floor of the residential unit of the south type air courtyard is positioned on the north side above the first floor of the courtyard and is communicated with the two floors of guest restaurants, the two floors of guest restaurants are positioned on the south side of the second north courtyard and are communicated with the two floors of crouching rooms, the two floors of south courtyards are positioned on the south side of the second floor of the guest restaurants and are communicated with the two floors of guest restaurants, the two floors of master crouching rooms are positioned between the two floors of south courtyards and the household separating wall, and the two floors of guest restaurants are communicated with the two floors of master crouching rooms and the two floors of entrance; the second floor of the residential unit of the north house type air courtyard is positioned in the north above the first floor of the south courtyard and is communicated with the second floor of the guest dining rooms, the second floor of the guest dining rooms is positioned in the north of the second floor of the south courtyard and is communicated with the second floor of the south courtyard, the second floor of the south courtyard is positioned in the south of the second floor of the south courtyard and is communicated with the second floor of the guest dining rooms, and the second floor of the guest dining rooms is also communicated with the second floor of the;
