Description

Fermentation bed padding and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal husbandry cultivation, in particular to a fermentation bed padding, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The pig raising in the fermenting bed is to utilize functional microbe to culture the microbe's original species under specific nutritious condition, and to mix the materials including the original species, sawdust, chaff, etc. homogeneously in certain proportion to produce organic padding, and to spread the padding inside pig house in certain thickness.
The fermenting bed padding is a key part of the fermenting bed for raising pigs, the existing fermenting bed padding has complex components, high padding thickness and large dosage, so that the cost of the fermenting bed is often higher. For example, chinese patent application CN106173227a discloses a high permeability pig fermentation bed padding, which is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 37-40 parts of rice bran, 6-9 parts of annual fleabane herb, 3-5 parts of fennel powder, 0.7-0.8 part of 2, 5-dimethyl pyrazine, 13-15 parts of pig bone meal, 18-22 parts of fly ash, 42-46 parts of corn straw, 23-27 parts of beer yeast mud, 2-4 parts of protease preparation, 0.6-0.8 part of cysteine hydrochloride, 1.4-1.6 parts of thiamine, 22-23 parts of vanilla pod, a proper amount of 45% ethanol solution and a proper amount of water. The Chinese patent application CN102224804A is a novel microbial fermentation mattress, which consists of an upper layer fermentation padding and a bottom layer fermentation bed, wherein the thickness of the upper layer fermentation padding is 70-80cm, and the upper layer fermentation padding consists of padding mixed with a biological fermentation microbial inoculum.
The weaned pigs are determined by the physiological characteristics of the weaned pigs and are easy to be influenced by weaning stress to cause diarrhea; and the weaned parent antibody source of the piglets is stopped, and the autoimmune system is still unhealthy, weak in resistance and poor in disease resistance. And relatively little fermenting bed padding is available for weaned pig farming at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a fermentation bed padding, a preparation method and application thereof. The fermenting bed padding has simple components, adopts single microbial inoculum for fermentation, and greatly reduces the production cost of the fermenting bed padding. The fermenting bed padding is suitable for weaned pigs, and can improve the growth performance and the immunity of the weaned pigs.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a fermenting bed padding, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of tartary buckwheat shell, 20-40 parts of rice bran, 10-20 parts of rice husk and 0.1-0.5 part of fermentation inoculant.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a method of preparing the fermenting bed material of the first aspect above, comprising the steps of: uniformly mixing tartary buckwheat hulls, rice bran and rice hulls, diluting yeast dry powder with water, spraying the diluted yeast dry powder on the surface of a material, and stirring while spraying, wherein the water content of the sprayed material reaches 50% -60%; covering the surface of the material with plastic cloth, compacting, and sealing and fermenting around.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a fermentation bed padding as described in the first aspect above, and the use of the fermentation bed padding produced by the method of the second aspect in weaned pig farming.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the fermentation bed padding is suitable for the culture of weaned pigs, and can effectively relieve oxidation stress reaction and inflammatory reaction of the weaned pigs, help organisms to restore immune homeostasis, relieve oxidation damage of intestinal tracts and maintain intestinal health; the diarrhea rate of weaned pigs is reduced, and the growth performance of the weaned pigs is provided.
The fermenting bed padding is used for breeding weaned pigs, and can save materials only by paving the fermenting bed padding with the thickness of 20-40cm in a colony house. The fermenting bed padding raw material provided by the invention is composed of tartary buckwheat hulls, rice bran and rice hulls according to a specific proportion, and single microbial inoculum is adopted for fermentation, so that the production cost of the fermenting bed padding is greatly reduced.
