本发明公开了一种屋面防水系统,其是在屋面上依次涂上底漆和防水中涂,均按重量份数计,其中底漆是由如下原料组成的:水200‑250份;pH调节剂1‑3份;润湿剂1‑3份;分散剂2‑4份;消泡剂2‑4份;防腐剂1‑3份;成膜助剂14‑18份;丙二醇4‑7份;重钙420‑450份;丙烯酸酯乳液300‑320份;增稠剂10‑15份。中涂也有相应配方。本发明具有超强的附着能力、超高柔韧性、超高拉伸强度、优异的低温柔性和耐候性,以及具有不透水性,又具有透气性。

一种屋面防水系统
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑屋面领域,具体涉及一种屋面防水系统。
背景技术
一般常规的屋面防水材料采用沥青、SBS、APP等,这些防水材料经日光老化后会出现开裂;即使防水材料自身不开裂,也会因混凝土的开裂而断裂;另外,防水卷材无法避免的接缝现象还容易造成漏水。
保温材料通常为聚苯乙烯泡沫板材(EPS)。防水材料与保温材料都存在性能单一和施工程序复杂的现象而屋面施工自下而上为混凝土屋面板、保温层、找平层、防水层、保护层。这种情况的优点是保温层在防水层下面,保温层会受到防水层的保护,不被雨水浸泡,能维持比较好的保温效果。缺点是因为保温垫层施工作保温层上的找平层上,因保温层多为板状材料,其上施工的找平层容易发生开裂,造成防水层破坏发生渗漏。另外工序多,上部自重大、对成本控制及结构安全不利。
随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,对常规的屋面防水会有不同的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种屋面防水系统,其可在常规的新旧金属屋面上常温常压条件下施工,在屋面上依次涂上底漆和防水中涂,本屋面防水系统具有超强的附着能力、超高柔韧性、超高拉伸强度、优异的低温柔性,以及具有不透水性,又具有透气性。
所采用的技术方案为:
一种屋面防水系统,其是在屋面上依次涂上底漆和防水中涂,均按重量份数计,所述底漆是由如下原料组成的:
水200-250份;pH调节剂1-3份;润湿剂1-3份;分散剂2-4份;消泡剂2-4份;防腐剂1-3份;成膜助剂14-18份;丙二醇4-7份;重钙420-450份;丙烯酸酯乳液300-320份;增稠剂10-15份;
所述中涂是由如下原料组成的:
水120-150份;pH调节剂1-3份;润湿剂1-3份;分散剂2-4份;消泡剂2-4份;防腐剂1-3份;煅烧高岭土20-30份;成膜助剂14-18份;丙二醇4-7份;钛白粉50-60份;重钙400-450份;苯丙乳液350-400份;增稠剂8-12份。
进一步地,所述底漆中的增稠剂与所述中涂的增稠剂均由氨基甲酸乙酯缔合型增稠剂和阴离子疏水改性丙烯酸碱溶胀型增稠剂组成。
进一步地,在所述底漆和所述中涂中,所述pH调节剂均为多功能胺中和剂。
进一步地,该屋面防水系统是在屋面上依次涂上底漆、防水中涂和透明防护漆,所述透明防护漆是由如下A组分和B组分组成的,其中A组分按重量百分比计,是由如下原料组成的:
pH调节剂为0.1%-0.3%;羟基丙烯酸树脂52%-57%;消泡剂0.1%-0.3%;润湿剂0.2%-0.4%;稀释剂3%-5%;流平剂1%-2%;增稠剂0.2%-0.5%;水余量。
B组分是由固化剂组成的;
施工时,A组分:B组分的重量比为9:1。
进一步地,所述固化剂为水可分散异氰酸酯固化剂。
进一步地,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂。
进一步地,所述透明防护漆是通过如下方法制备的:
S1.转速调整至800-1000rpm,按顺序缓慢加入部分水、pH调节剂、羟基丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂和润湿剂,充分分散;
S2.按顺序缓慢加入剩余部分水、稀释剂和流平剂,保持转速800-1000rpm,充分分散;
S3.加入增稠剂调整粘度后,用滤布过滤制得。
进一步地,S1中,分散10-20min。
进一步地,S2中,分散5-10min。
进一步地,S3中,用100-200目的滤布过滤。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本屋面防水系统可在常规的新旧金属屋面上常温常压条件下施工,在屋面上依次涂上底漆和防水中涂,屋面防水系统具有超强的附着能力、超高柔韧性、超高拉伸强度、优异的低温柔性和耐候性,以及具有不透水性,又具有透气性。

实施例4
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例的屋面防水系统是在屋面上依次涂上实施例1的底漆、实施例1的防水中涂和本实施例的透明防护漆,该透明防护漆是由如下A组分和B组分组成的,其中A组分按重量百分比计,是由如下原料组成的:

B组分是由Aquolin 269固化剂组成的;Aquolin 269固化剂是一种基于六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的水可分散异氰酸酯固化剂。
施工时,A组分:B组分的重量比为9:1。
该透明防护漆是通过如下方法制备的:
S1.转速调整至800-1000rpm,按顺序缓慢加入部分水、pH调节剂、羟基丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂和润湿剂,充分分散10-20min;
S2.按顺序缓慢加入剩余部分水、稀释剂和流平剂,保持转速800-1000rpm,充分分散5-10min;
S3.加入增稠剂调整粘度后,用100-200目的滤布过滤制得。
在金属屋面的试样品上依次涂覆上实施例1-3的底漆和防水中涂,然后进行性能测试。可参照GB/T23445-2009进行性能测试。测试结果参见下表:

实施例1-3的屋面防水系统经济适用,可适用偶尔上人的屋面。
在金属屋面的试样品上依次涂覆上实施例4的底漆、防水中涂和透明防护漆,然后进行性能测试。测试结果参见下表:

实施例1-3的屋面防水系统透气防水,耐候性优异,适用寿命更长。可以适用频繁上人的屋面。

水200-250份;pH调节剂1-3份;润湿剂1-3份;分散剂2-4份;消泡剂2-4份;防腐剂1-3份;成膜助剂14-18份;丙二醇4-7份;重钙420-450份;丙烯酸酯乳液300-320份;增稠剂10-15份;
所述中涂是由如下原料组成的:
水120-150份;pH调节剂1-3份;润湿剂1-3份;分散剂2-4份;消泡剂2-4份;防腐剂1-3份;煅烧高岭土20-30份;成膜助剂14-18份;丙二醇4-7份;钛白粉50-60份;重钙400-450份;苯丙乳液350-400份;增稠剂8-12份;
所述透明防护漆是由如下A组分和B组分组成的,其中A组分按重量百分比计,是由如下原料组成的:
pH调节剂为0.1%-0.3%;羟基丙烯酸树脂52%-57%;消泡剂0.1%-0.3%;润湿剂0.2%-0.4%;稀释剂3%-5%;流平剂1%-2%;增稠剂0.2%-0.5%;水余量;
B组分是由固化剂组成的;所述固化剂为水可分散异氰酸酯固化剂;
施工时,A组分:B组分的重量比为9:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋面防水系统,其特征在于,所述底漆中的增稠剂与所述中涂的增稠剂均由氨基甲酸乙酯缔合型增稠剂和阴离子疏水改性丙烯酸碱溶胀型增稠剂组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的屋面防水系统,其特征在于,在所述底漆和所述中涂中,所述pH调节剂均为多功能胺中和剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的屋面防水系统,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂。
5.根据权利要求1的屋面防水系统,其特征在于,所述透明防护漆是通过如下方法制备的:
S1.转速调整至800-1000rpm,按顺序缓慢加入部分水、pH调节剂、羟基丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂和润湿剂,充分分散;
S2.按顺序缓慢加入剩余部分水、稀释剂和流平剂,保持转速800-1000rpm,充分分散;
S3.加入增稠剂调整粘度后,用滤布过滤制得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的屋面防水系统,其特征在于,S1中,分散10-20min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的屋面防水系统,其特征在于,S2中,分散5-10min。
